Installation Precautions
1. Install only according to these
instructions. Improper installation
can create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles
and heavy-duty work gloves
during installation.
3. Keep installation area clean and well lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the
area during installation.
5. Do not install when tired or when under
the influence of drugs or medication.
6. Weight capacity and other product
capabilities apply to properly and
completely installed product only.
7. Mount on a solid wood surface
capable of supporting product’s
fully loaded weight.
8. Carefully inspect the mounting area
to make sure there are no hidden
electrical wires, cables or pipes.

children to play with or near this item.
2. Use as intended only.
3. Inspect before every use; do not use
if parts are loose or damaged.
4. Maintain product labels and
nameplates. These carry
important safety information.
If unreadable or missing, contact
Harbor Freight Tools for a replacement.

Installation Instructions
1. Orient each Panel Board (1) so that
the bin slots open on top, as shown.
2. Place each Panel Board (1) against
the mounting surface and line up
with a level (sold separately). Mark 4
mounting holes, each board.
3. After checking the mounting area for
hidden wiring, drill 4 holes each board to
hold 1/8" wood screws, at least 2" long.
4. Mount each Panel Board (1) using
4 wood screws (sold separately.)
5. Mount Bins onto the Panel Board by
hanging the back lip of the Bins on
the Board’s slots. The smaller Bins (2)
mount in the upper 3 rows and the
larger Bins (3) in the lower 2 rows.
