The device leaves our stocks properly packed with appropriate symbols and labels. There are also appropriate
instructions for use. In case the packing shows bad handling or damage, it must be reclaimed at transporter
immediately by writing and signing of a damage protocol.

TECHNISCHE INSTRUKTIONEN FÜR DIE INSTALLATION UND REGULATION
Zur Benützung AUSSCHLIEßLICH nur für spezialisierte Techniker, Instruktionen, die folgen, wenden sich an
den Techniker, der für die Installation qualifiziert ist, damit er alle Operationen mit der korrektesten Weise und
laut der gültigen Normen durchführt.
Wichtig
Jeweils irgendeine Tätigkeit, die mit der Reparatur verbunden ist u.ä, muß nur mit der aus dem Netz ausgezogenen
und abeschalteten Einrichtung vollgezogen sein.Solange das Gerät unter der Spannung notwendig zu halten ist,
eine höchste Vorsicht zu beachten vorliegt.
DIE PLATZIERUNG
Es ist unbedingt notwendig, zu der Regulation der Gerätetätigkeit, daß das Milieu - der Küche -, wo das Gerät
installiert wird, sehr gut belüftbar ist (im Hinblick darauf: sei der Techniker sich mit geltenden Normen EN (ČSN…)
richtet). Wenn die Einrichtung so plaziert wird, daß sie im Möbelwandkontakt stehen wird, so müssen diese einer
Temperatur von 60°C wiederstehen. Die Installation, Herrichtung, Inbetriebsnahme müssen durch qualifizierte
Person, die zu solchen Vorkehrungen eine Befugnis hat und dies laut geltenden Normen nach, durchgeführt
werden.
Packen Sie das Gerät aus und kontrollieren Sie , ob sich das Gerät während des Transportes nicht beschädigt
hat. Platzieren Sie das Gerät auf eine waagrechte Fläche (maximalle Unebenheit bis 2°). Stellen Sie das Gerät
unter den Haubenabzug, damit Sie die Wasserdämpfe und den Geruch eliminieren.

Die Einrichtungsbedienung dürfen nur Erwachsene ausführen
• Das Gerät darf sicher in gewöhnlicher Umgebung laut EN verwendet werden.
• Es ist notwendig das Gerät so platzieren, daß es auf einer unbrennbaren Grundlage steht oder hängt.
• Esdürfen,aufundineine Entfernung,diekleinerermasealssichervomGerätbezeichnetwird,keineGegenstände
aus brennbaren Materilien (die kleinste Entfernung vom Brennbarem ist 10 cm) aufgestellt werden.

Die Bedarfsartikel müssen sicher installiert werden und sind mit regulierenbaren Beinchen - zur Ausgleichen der
Höhe und der Unebenheiten eingestattet.
Die Geräte müssen in einer sicheren Weise installiert werden. Bei der Installation müssen weiter betreffende
Projekt-, Sicherheits-, und Hygienevorschriften respektiert werden.

DER ELEKTRISCHE KABELNETZANSCHLUSS
Die Installation der elektrischen Ankupplung - Diese Zuleitung muß selbstständig gesichert werden. Und das
durch entsprechende Sicherung des Nennstromes in der Abhängigkeit am Anschlußwert des installierten
Gerätes. Kontrollieren sie den Anschlußwert des Apparates auf dem Produktionsschild im Hinterteil des Gerätes.
Schließen Sie das Gerät direkt ans Netz an. Es ist unbedingt notwendig zwischen das Gerät und das Netz einen
Schalter zu legen, der eine minimale Entfernung von 3mm unter den Einzelkontakten aufweist und der auch
den geltenden Normen und Belastungen entspricht. Die Erdungszuleitung (gelbgrün) darf nicht durch diesen
Schalter unterbrochen sein.
Der Zuleitungskabel muß in jedem Fall so angebracht sein, dass er in keinem Punkt einer um 50°C höherer
Temperatur als Umgebungstemperatur nicht erreicht. Eher das Gerät ans Netz angeschlossen wird, versichern
Sie sich, dass:
• die Zuleitungssicherung und die Innenscheidung die Einrichtungsbelastung ertragen (siehe Matrizeschild),
• die Verteilung mit wirksamer Erdung laut Normen (EN) und Gesetzbedingungen ausgestattet ist
WIR VERZICHTEN AUF JEGLICHE VERANTWORTUNG IM FALLE, DASS DIESE NORMEN NICHT
RESPEKTIERT WERDEN UND IM FALLE DER NICHTEINHALTUNG DER OBENERWÄHNTER
GRUNDSÄTZE.
Es ist notwendig die Schutzfollie vor der ersten Benützung zu beseitigen, sowie das Gerät zu reinigen siehe das
Kapitel „Reinigung und Instandshaltung“.
INSTANDSHALTUNG
Es ist empfohlen mindestens einmal pro Jahr das Gerät durch einen fachlichen Servicedienst warten zu lassen.
Alle Eingriffe in das Gerät darf nur eine qualifizierte Person durchführen, die zu solchen Handlungen eine
Befugnis besitzt.
GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG:
Vorsicht!
Bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden werden, ist es notwendig ihn gut mit feuchten Lappen abzuwaschen. Lassen
Sie nie das Gerät ohne Aufsicht im Betrieb. Wir empfehlen, den Röster das erste Mal leer einzuschalten, und
zwar bei Höchstleistung, und ihn 15 bis 20 Minuten lang laufen zu lassen, wobei der Raum so gut wie möglich
durchgelüftet werden sollte.
Zum Einschalten des Gerätes den Drehknopf (A) betaetigen, der seinerseits einen Schalter und das Thermostat
einschaltet. Die doppelte Kontrolleuchte (B,C) zeigt durch das weisse Licht an, dass das Geraet eingeschaltet
ist und durch dass gruene Licht, dass das Thermostat zur Regulierung der Kochplattentemperatur eingeschaltet
ist. Um die Temperatur des Heizelements zu erhoehen, den Drehknopf weiter nach rechts drehen und ihn auf
die gewuenschte Temperatur stellen. Das Gerät wird ausgeschaltet , wenn man den Schaltuhr in die Position
„0“ und den Schalter „A“ in die Position AUS schalten (es scheint nicht).

DIE REINIGUNG UND INSTANDSHALTUNG
ACHTUNG!
Die Einrichtung darf nicht mit Direkt-, oder Druckwasserstrahl gereinigt werden. Reinigen Sie das Gerät täglich.
Die Lebensdauer und Gerätewirkung wird durch die tägliche Wartung gewährleistet. Überzeugen Sie sich, vorm
Reinigungsanfang, dass Sie die Einrichtung vom Elektrostrom abgeschaltet haben. Schalten Sie immer die
Gerätehauptzufuhr ab. Waschen Sie die Edelstahteile mit feuchtem Waschlappen, der im Waschpulver getauft
ist und keine grobe Teilchen aufweist. Wischen Sie alles ins Trockene ab. Verwenden Sie keine abrasive- oder
korrosionsreiche Reinigungsmitteln.
WICHTIG!
Zur regelmässiger Wartung, der der Kunde macht, gehört Herrichtung des Steigbügels. Der Steigbügel sichert
Stabilization der oberen Arbeitsoberflächen in offener Stellung. der Steigbügel richtet man mit Schlüssel (der ein
Teil von Lieferung ist) nach Abnehmen der rostfreien Deckung im Hinterteil des Gerätes, die Welle und Steigbügel
deckt. Lockern Sie oder ziehen Sie den Schraub des Steigbügels fest. Sehr freier Steigbügel verursacht
ungenügende Aretazion der Oberflächen in Offener Stellung und im Gegenteil verursacht sehr festziehender
Steigbügel extremen Wiederstand, der bei Manipulation mit oberen Arbeitsflächen eine Deformation der
Längshältern verursachten können. Die Längeshälter halten die oberen Arbeitsflächen. Diese Richtung muss
man regelmässig, etwa einmal in drei Wochen, machen.

Schalten sie die elektrische Stromleitung ab und rufen die Serviceorganisation des Verkäufers an.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES DE FABRICATION
La structure de l´appareil est en acier inox tandis que le plaque est en fonte traitée á l´émail elimentaire vitrifié
ou en acier traité au chrome.
MISE EN PLACE DE L´APPAREIL
Poser la plaque sur un plan stable, robuste et sec, dont le matériau est inflammable et résistant á la température.
Installer l´appariel á une hauteur d´au moins 80 cm du sol. La piéce doit étre suffisament aérée. Tenir au moins
5 cm d´espace entre l´appareil et les murs. Si ces derniers n´ont pas une bonne résistance á la chaleur, adopter
les mesures de protection nécessaires pour garantir l´isolation.
BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE
L´installation et la mise en marche de l´appareil sont réservées au personnel qualifié et conformément aux normes
de sécurité en viqueur et aux normes CEI. Respecter les indications de la plaquette signalétique. L´interrupteur
général ou la prise doivent se trouver á proximité de l´appareil et l´accés doit étre aisé. Conformément aux
prescriptions internationales, prévoir en amont un dispositif omnipolaire avec ouverture des contacts d´au moins
3 mm pour pouvoir couper l´alimantation á l´appareil.
MODE D’EMPLOI
Enlever soignesement le film de protection des surfaces en acier et nettoyer tout résidu de colle. Pour le nettoyage,
ne pas utiliser d´instruments pointus, de substances abrasives ou inflammables. A l´allumage, et pendant les
premiéres minutes, les isolants thermiques utlisés et les résidus de graisse provoquent la formation de fumée et
dégagent une odeur désagréable. Au premier allumage, il est conseillé de faire fonctionner l´appareil á vide á la
puissance maximale pendant 15-20 mm et d´aérer le plus possible la piéce.
Actionner l’interrupteur général (A) et positionner le bouton du thermostat (D) sur la temperature souhaitée.
Les voyants (B) et (C) seront allumés. Le voyant (B) est allumé quand l’appareil est sous le courant électrique.
Le témoin (C) est allumé si les résistances sont en marche. Le voyant (C) s’éteint aussitôt que la plaque est
échauffée à la température ajustée. Pour débrancher l’appareil, rendre le bouton du thermostat (D) dans la
position „0“ et débrancher l’interrupteur (A).

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
L´entretien ordinaire consiste á nettoyer scrupuleusement l´appareil tous les jours, notamment les parties qui
entrent en contact avec les aliments. Ne pas utiliser de machine hydrique, de jets d´eau ou de substances
abrasives.
RÉPARATIONS ET ENTRETIEN
Tout travail d´entretien ou de réparation est exclusivement réservé au personnel qualifié. Avant de commercer,
débrancher l´appareil ou couper le courant en agissant sur l´interrupteur en amont. Pour avoir accés aux
composants électriques: résistances, thermostat, interrupteur etc., enlever le panneau de fond en dévissant les
vis ainsi que les pieds de réglage. S´il faut changer le cáble d´alimantation, s´assurer que le nouveau cáble ait
les caractéristiques suivantes: il doit étre de type H05RN-F avec une section appropriée á la puissance indiquée
sur la plaquette signalétique. Attention: en can se rupture du serre-cáble il faut détacher de conducteur de terre
aprés avoir détaché les cábles d´alimantation.
La société décline toute responsabilité en cas de dommages causés aux personnes ou aux choses et provoqués
par une panne ou par une suspnsion forcée de l´utilisation de l´appareil.
AVERTISSEMENT
La garantie ne couvert pas de pièces soumises á l’usure normale (étanchements en caoutchouc, lampes, pièces
plastiques et en verre, etc.) ainsi que l’appareillage dont l’installation n’a pas été exécuté conformément á la mode
d’emplois, par une personne qualifiée et conformément aux normes correspondantes. La garantie ne couvert
pas de dommages causées par une manipulation non autorisée (interventions dans l’appareillage intérieure) ou
si l’appareil était servit par des personnes non qualifiées et/ou en cas de non-respect des instructions du manuel
d’utilisation. La garantie ne couvert pas de dégâts causées par des actions naturelles ou par d’autres influences
extérieures.
