3. Attach the 42" Extension Pipe to the Mid Pipe. For Extended Cab Short Bed
vehicles this is the only Extension Pipe required. For Crew Cab Long Bed vehicles
you will require the full length of both the 32" Extension Pipe and the 42" Extension
Pipe. For Extended Cab Long Bed and Crew Cab Short Bed vehicles the 32"
Extension Pipe will have to be cut. For Extended Cab Long Bed vehicles attach the
two extension pipes and cut the 32" Extension Pipe to a combined, attached length of
571/4". For Crew Cab Short Bed vehicles attach the two extension pipes and cut the
32" Extension Pipe to a combined, attached length of 55 1/4".
Figure 6 Refer to Figure 6.
4. Install the Muffler over the Extension Pipe. Install the Hanger Band Clamp at the
connection between the Muffler and the Extension Pipe and installed into the OEM rubber
hanger at this position. Install the “T” Hanger Band Clamp into the two OEM rubber
hangers located above the outlet of the Muffler.
Refer to Figure 7.
5. Install the 4” Band Clamp onto the Tail Pipe and then connect the Tail Pipe to the Over
Axle Pipe. Then from the rear of the truck, slide the assembly over the axle and attach to the
Muffler Outlet. Install the tail pipe hanger into the OEM rubber hanger, then adjust for best
axle clearance and Tail Pipe exit location to complete.
Refer to Figure 8.

6. Install the provided clamps around the pipes where needed. Adjust the
Tail Pipe and check along the whole length of the exhaust system to
ensure that there is adequate clearance around the fuel and brake lines or
any wiring. If any interference is detected relocate or adjust.
7. Make sure the exhaust is in place before tightening the clamps. Start at the front of
the exhaust system and begin tightening all connections.
