2. Installation
UC 200 IR can work with the pressure transducer or litre counter sensor. To ensure
optimal operation in the pressure configuration for UC 200 IR and its related transducer
they should be installed near the support nozzle powered by a 12V battery, if the
transducer is installed away from the nozzle it is possible to compensate for its related
loss in pressure with a special programmable parameter, see chapter on Programming.
Selecting the type of sensor:
UC 200 IR is factory-set to work with a pressure sensor, to use a flow meter instead
you need to: open the device removing the 4 corner screws, removing the front panel
and moving the micro-switches as indicated in the following figure, then change the
relative software parameter (see chapter on Programming).

3. Programming
To access the programming phase of the parameters keep the PRESS/bar pressed for
10 seconds, after which the monitor will request a password, the password usually
corresponds to a 4-digit number shown on the label behind the monitor.

press the Press button; if the password has been input
correctly, when pressing the Press button for the last
time, the monitor will go to programming the first
parameter, see the list below

At the end of the parameters it is possible
to change the m3 counter totals, the
totalled current value will appear on the
display with the related arrow and the
flashing first digit : thus the value of the
digit can be changed or reset using the
same keys used to input the password

4. Changing password
The programming access Password can be changed in the following way : with the
monitor off (disconnected from the power supply) press all three keys simultaneously
and hold them down for about 10 seconds until the display shows “P----“, now release
the keys and input the new password, use the external keys to change the value of the
first digit and with the middle key go to the next digit.

( (1) = sample calculation 12V power battery : setting the hourly consumption at
80mA/h, setting 10 hours of daily work therefore 80*10=800mA daily, setting 30
consecutive working days thus 800*30=24A=24000mA
Therefore, if the sprayer worked consecutively for 1 month, consumption would be
24A. If you cannot connect UC 200 IR to the tractor battery it is advisable to use a
battery with at least twice the calculated value capacity, thus 48A: for example a
battery for small cars.
