For best results, allow adhesive to bond to the disc for 48 - 72 hours in a warm
environment before use. This creates a strong bond that will survive most impact.
Removing the tracker takes a bit of time and patience (see resource page instructions), so
we recommend only doing so when changing the battery or permanently swapping to a
new disc.
Visit meepmeep.co/resources to access instructional videos, a printable centering
guide, battery and donut replacement instructions, and other resources.
Use and Care
For best results, we recommend using high quality batteries from a reputable
manufacturer (such as Energizer, Duracell, Panasonic, Maxell, etc).
Do not remove the embedded electronics from the plastic case as damage may
occur. Replace the battery by sliding it out and in from the side only.
While the MeepMeep Pilot is water resistant when properly attached to a disc, we
cannot guarantee performance after long exposure to water, extreme temperatures,
or hard impacts. Do not use your tracker in extremely hot or cold environments.
This product is only designed for use with CR2016 batteries. Do not replace the
battery with incorrect types, and dispose of all batteries appropriately at your local
e-waste center. Never ingest batteries as it can lead to severe harm.
An unattached MeepMeep Pilot, the CR2016 batteries, and adhesive donuts are
choking hazards. This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of young children and
pets.
