I. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE
Dear Customer
Thank you for buying MESKO products.
This appliance is intended for household use only.
This appliance is NOT intended for commercial/professional use.
This appliance MUST NOT be used outdoor.
Attention! Before using this appliance carefully read this manual to avoid the risk of
accidents and to ensure proper use of the appliance. Keep and store the manual so as to
ensure easy reference in the future. The manufacturer shall not be held reliable for damage
caused by misuse or improper operation of the appliance.
4.Make sure that, before and during use, the power cord is not routed above naked flames or
other source of heat or hung over sharp edges which might damage the cable insulation.
7.This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities unless they have been given supervision of authorized or experienced
persons always in accordance with this manual
6.Before the first use remove all the packaging elements. Attention! Where the casing is
composed of metal parts, such parts may be covered with a protection film which is hardly
visible. The film should be removed too.
9.The appliance can only be connected to an earthed 220-240V ~50/60Hz socket

play with the equipment. The equipment must not be cleaned or maintained by the children
unless they are not under the age of 8 and the activities are supervised

22.The appliance is a 1st class fire protection device and, therefore, it must be
connected to a power socket with an earthing prong.
23.Provide sufficient space around and above the appliance when in use. During the
operation the appliance must not come in contact with any inflammable objects such
as decorations, paper towels, curtains, clothes etc.

II DETAILED SAFETY CONDITIONS

10.Place the cooker at least 30 cm away from the wall, furniture, other equipment,
containers. Make sure that sheer curtains, curtains, clothes or other inflammable materials
cannot come closer than 30 cm away from the cooker as this may cause fire.

not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance.

III. WARNINGS

IV. BEFORE THE FIRST USE

7. Do not leave the cooker plugged into the power socket unattended
ATTENTION: After you have finished using the cooker unplug it from the power socket.

and off according to the operating cycle of the thermostat installed in the cooker.

VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
8. After you have finished using the cooker turn the knob [3] to “0”. The control lamp [4] should go off. even if the lamp is off it
does not indicate that the cooker is off.
Before cleaning always unplug the appliance form the power socket and wait until the cooker has cooled down.
1. Wipe the housing [1] with a wet cloth using a dishwashing liquid.
2. Dirty heating plates, burnt food residues should be cleaned with a soft damp cloth.
3. If parts such as power plug or thermostat controller cable contacts get wet during cleaning dry them carefully before next use.
10. Take special care because excessively hot fat or oil may catch fire.
3. Put a flat-bottomed cookware on the heating plate [2], [2a], [2b]. It is recommended to use cookware with bottom of an area
equal to or larger than that of the heating plate to avoid energy losses. Use only pots with clean and dry bottoms and
always place them on a dry and clean heating plate.
4. CAUTION: Cooker must not be immersed in water or any other liquid.

9. If you have noticed a rack in the heating plate [2, 2a, 2b] or the housing [1] immediately turn the cooker off using the knob
[3] and unplug it from the power socket.
