When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including
the following:
1. Read all the instructions.
2. Important: the metal blade, disc attachments are very sharp, always take care
when handling them, especially when removing them from the bowl and when
cleaning.
3. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put appliance in water or
any other liquid.
4. This appliance is not intended for use by young children or inrm persons
unless they have been adequately supervised by a responsible person to
ensure that they can use the appliance safely. Young children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
5. Unplug from the socket when not in use, before putting on or taking off
attachments, and before cleaning,
6. Avoid touching moving parts. keep hands, hair, clothing as well as spatulas
and other utensils away from processor tools during operation, to prevent
personal injury and/or damage to the appliance.
NEVER PUT YOUR FINGERS INTO THE FEED TUBE, always use the food pusher.
7. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged lead or plug, or after an
appliance has malfunctioned or has been dropped or damaged in any way.
Contact the manufacturer or its service agent for advice on examination repair
or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
8. The use of attachments or tools not recommended or sold by the
manufacturer or its service agent may cause re electric shock or injury.
9. Do not use outdoors.
10. Do not let the mains lead overhang the edge of the table or work-top, or
touch hot surfaces.
11. Never immerse the processor body in water or any other liquids. All tools and
attachments should be removed before cleaning.
12. Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electrical hob or in a
heated oven.
13. Do not process for longer than the time periods recommended.
14. When using the processor do not remove the lid until the blade has stopped
rotating.
15. Always remove the accessory before emptying the processor bowl of its
contents.
16. Should the mains lead of the appliance need replacing do not attempt this
repair yourself as special tools are required. Contact the manufacturer or its
service agent for advice on service or repair.
17. The sound level under normal operating conditions is less than
85dB(A).
18. Switch off the appliance before changing accessories
19. Do not use the appliance if the rotating sieve is damaged

BEFORE USING
Setting up:
Using the following instructions, assemble the food
processor as follows.
1. Put the housing cap on the housing, and turn it
clockwise. (Fig.1)
2. Place the processing bowl onto the base assembly
by rotating the bowl clockwise until you hear a
click to ensure the bowl interlocks with the base
unit. (Fig.2)
3. The blade and disc holder can now be placed into
the bowl.
4. Place the bowl lid on top of the bowl and rotate
clockwise until it clicks into place. (Fig.3)
5. Before plugging the processor in ensure that the
bowl and cover are tted correctly.
The machine will not operate if the assembly is
incorrect
6. Select recommended speed level

Food Processor
1. The feeder on the top of the bowl lid can be used
to add liquid and solid ingredients. (Fig.4)
2. Use the pusher to guide ingredients through the
feeder (Fig.5)
3. You can also use the pusher to close the feeder
while the appliance is running to prevent food from
escaping through the feeder opening.
4. The pusher includes a pusher cap which is also a
measuring cup. The pusher cap can be
removed to create a narrower feeder.

HOW TO USE
Juicer
1. Lock the processor bowl into the base of the
machine. Once it is locked take out the blade
shaft and insert the juicer drive shaft to replace the
blade shaft.(Fig.6)
2. Place the strainer into the top of the processor
bowl. Turn the strainer clockwise until it locks into
place(Fig.7)
3. Select a desired speed level
Juice extractor
1. Lock the processor bowl into the base of the
machine. Once it is locked take out the blade shaft
and insert the juicer drive shaft to replace it. (Fig.8)
2 Holding the juicer bowl rotate the bowl clock wise
rmly until the juicer bowl lid and the base lock into
place (Fig.9)
3 Insert ingredients into the bowl from the entrance of
the feeder. (Fig. 10)

Fitting and using the tools
All tools which are tted within the processor bowl
must be rmly connected to the hexagonal drive shaft
in the center of the processor bowl. Ensure that the
tools are tted correctly
Metal and plastic blades
1. With the processor bowl already tted, place the
blade over the hexagonal drive shaft of the
processor, lightly turn the tool until it engages onto
the drive and the blades are close to the bottom of
the bowl and level. (Fig.11)
2. Holding the cover by the feed tube, t the cover by
rotating clockwise ensure that the safety interlock
has clicked into place. (Fig.12)
Slicing, and grating plates
1. With the processor bowl already tted, place the
slicing or grating plates into the plate holding disc,
the plates should be placed into the disc as shown
and clicked into place. (will only t one way) (Fig.13)
2. Place the plate holding disc onto the shaft. ( with
the thinner end at the top) onto the central drive
shaft of the bowl and check that it is rmly xed in
place. (Fig.14)

HOW TO USE
Blender
*Important
1. The appliance can be used with or without the
blender attached to the housing. If you use the
appliance without the blender, the appliance will
not function if the housing cap has not been
screwed onto the attaching hole for the blender:
2. Before use: attached the blender jar to the housing
cap in the correct way then plug into 230/240 volt
power outlet
3. After use: unplug the appliance before you remove
the blender jar from the housing.
4. Do not ll the blender jar with ingredients that are
hotter than 80˚C.
5. To prevent spilling, do not put more than 1.5 litres
of liquid in the blender jar.
6. Never remove the lid while the blender is running.
*Function
The blender can be used for pureeing very nely and
for blending. It can be used for e.g. soups, sauces,
milk shakes, baby food, vegetables, fruit, puree. If nec-
essary, cut solid ingredients into smaller pieces before
you put them in the blender.
How to use the blender
1. Remove the housing cap. (Fig.15)
2. Lock the blender jug into the base of the machine
(Fig. 16)
3. Press the lid into the jug until it is rmly xed in
place (Fig. 17)
4. Put the ingredients in the blender jar.
5. Insert the ller cap into the blender lid
6. Switch on the appliance by setting the speed
control to the desired speed
*Tips
1. The ller cap in the lid can be used to add
ingredients while the appliance is running.
2. It may be necessary from time to time to remove
pieces of food sticking to the inside of the blender.
3. Switch off the appliance and unplug it before
putting spatula inside the jug,

Dismantling after use
1. Unplug the processor.
2. Remove the processor bowl cover by turning it anti-clockwise.
3. Carefully remove the blade/disc and shaft/ citrus juicer, as the metal tools are very
sharp.
4. Unlock and remove the processor bowl.
How to clean
1. Always unplug the appliance before you start cleaning the housing.
2. Wipe the housing over with a clean, damp cloth after each use. Never immerse any
part of the housing in water or other liquid.
3. The bowl and lid may be washed by hand in hot soapy water.
4. Do not place in the dishwasher. Do not use abrasives.
5. Clean the blade, the knife of the blender and the slicer very carefully. The cutting
edges are very sharp!
HOW TO USE
Hints and tips
1. The metal blade can be used for chopping meat, sh, vegetables, cheese etc setting
the speed to manual slow.
2. For coarse chopping, use the pulse button for a few seconds and monitor food
texture, do not exceed 2 sec for each pulse.
3. Pre-cut larger pieces to make them t into the feed tube when chopping hard foods
(e.g. meat, cheese) cut into 1 inch/2.5cm cubes
4. For grating, place food horizontally into the feed tube. For slicing, place the food
vertically
If Your Appliance Suddenly Ceases Operation
-Pull the mains plug out of the socket.
-Let the appliance cool down for 15 minutes.
-Switch on the appliance again.
