Extra legs can also be installed onto cross rails to increase load bearing capacity of the frame.
For larger frames, side rails can be joined above a foot with 1 x set of fixings into each length.

QFR41 QWIKFRAME ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
MX-R Qwikframe is a modular frame system for supporting roof mounted HVAC equipment.
This versatile system is very simple and easy to install and can be easily manipulated to suit
dierent needs. Qwikframe utilises regular channel with no welded alterations, meaning beams
can be made to any length. The frame is mounted on height adjustable legs with Qwikfoot feet
made from anti-vibration rubber, designed to spread the load without damage to the roof membrane.
Specification:
Overall height: Adjustable from 324mm to 424mm
Finish: All metal components hot dip galvanised to BS EN 1461:2019
Torque: 55Nm unless stated otherwise

2. Place side rails 2onto leg assemblies 4and fix using M12 set screws and channel nuts.
3. Fix single socket brackets 3to the ends of each cross rail 1with 1x M12 set screws and channel nuts.
1. Insert the leg assemblies 4into the feet 5and set them approximately in position with the
U brackets aligned.
6. Adjust leg height by running the M24 leg nut up/down it’s thread until the unit is levelled.
4. Lower the cross rails 1onto the side rails 2and fix with M12 set screws and channel nuts.
Socket brackets 3should be positioned as close to the leg assembly 4as possible.
5. Insert M12x80 bolt through the clearance hole under the side rails 2and fasten with M12 hex nut.
This bolt should only be tightened until resistance is met.
