OPERATING YOUR DEVICE
BEFORE YOU START
1. First you must download the TinyCam
app from the Google Play Store or the
iPhone App Store.
2. If you wish to enable SD Card recording,
you must insert a MicroSD card into the
unit. See page 5 to locate the right SD
card slot.
3. This device will only connect to 2.4 GHz
Wi-Fi networks. Please contact your
service provider to confirm your
network is 2.4GHz.
4. We recommend using plug-in power
with this device. Please remove the back
cover of the device, and pull the plastic
battery protector out. Make sure the
battery is secure, then re-attach the

back. Use the “Charging Port” for plug-
in power.
HOW TO ADJUST CLOCK TIME
1. When you power your device, the clock
display will automatically turn on. To set
the date and time, press the
“Time/Alarm/Date Set” button once.
a. Press the “Hour/Month” setting
button until the current hour
shows on the clock.
b. Press the “Minutes/Day” setting
button until the current minutes
show on the clock.
c. Press the “Hour/Month” setting
button until the current month
displays.
d. Press the “Minutes/Day” setting
button until the current day
displays.

e. Press the “Time/Alarm/Date set”
button one more time, and the
clock will save the settings.
2. This device will also sync the correct
time and date from your Wi-Fi router
once you have successfully completed
the 2-part connection below.
USING THE BLUETOOTH FUNCTION
To use the Bluetooth function, you must power
on your device.
1. Long press the “Bluetooth On/Off”
button for 3 seconds. The Bluetooth
light will start flashing.
2. Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth
settings. Look for the clock’s name in
the “available devices”, then select to
connect.

3. You will know the device is successfully
connected when the Bluetooth light is a
solid blue.
a. You can play music via the
Bluetooth connection or via
Micro SD card (see page 4 to
locate the correct slot). Simply
double click the “Bluetooth
On/Off” button to switch
between Bluetooth playing and
SD card playing.
CONNECTING TO YOUR DEVICE DIRECTLY [PART
1]
In order to view your camera feed remotely,
you must first complete the following two-part
sequence of steps.
1. The Wi-Fi will activate once you power
your device. Remove the back cover to

access the On/Off button for the hidden
camera.
2. Turn on your phone’s Wi-Fi and wait up
to 7 minutes for the device to generate
a Wi-Fi signal. The Wi-Fi Signal name will
match the UID on the sticker on the
back of the device.
oYou will be looking in your Wi-Fi
settings for a network that
looks like PPRTXXXXXX-XXXXX.
3. Once the device generates its Wi-Fi
signal, connect to it via the Wi-Fi
settings on your phone.
NOTE: Some Android devices may produce a
warning that the network has no internet
access. If you see this, choose to connect to the
network anyway.
4. After connecting to the Wi-Fi Signal with
your mobile device, open the TinyCam
App.
