LET’S STORE YOUR VIDEOS & IMAGES
Fully insert the Micro SD card (not included) into the Micro SD slot ensuring
the card is correctly orientated. (If it does not fully insert please turn the SD
card over and try again.) Do not use force to insert the SD card. Please choose
known branded SD cards as unbranded cards cannot be guaranteed to work
correctly with the camera.
LET’S INSTALL THE BATTERY
Using a fingernail press on the battery door latch to open the door .
Insert the battery while observing the + / - symbols and arrows inside the
battery door to position the battery correctly. Close the battery door. To remove
the battery open the door latch and take the battery out.
LET’S STAY CHARGED
Charge the camera using the Micro USB cable supplied. Attach the cable to
a suitable USB wall charger, power outlet or computer. It is recommended to
use a wall charger for optimum charging speed. It is not necessary to turn on
the camera whilst charging however, the camera may be used and recordings
made whilst it is charging.

LET’S POWER ON / OFF
Press and hold the power/mode button for 5 seconds to turn the
camera on / off.
MODE SELECTION
Short press the Power / Mode button to cycle through the following options:
VIDEO MODE -> STILL PHOTO MODE -> PLAYBACK MODE -> MENU

LET’S RECORD A VIDEO
OR TAKE A STILL PICTURE
To record a video, short press the Power / Mode button to select video mode –
a yellow symbol will be displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. Press
the Shutter / Select button to start recording. The yellow symbol will flash
whilst the recording is being made. To stop recording press the Shutter / Select
button again.
For still photo shooting, short press the Power / Mode button to select photo
mode – a camera symbol will be displayed in the upper left corner of the
screen. Press the Shutter / Select button to take a still photo.

LET’S PLAYBACK
To play back video and photos taken on the camera, short press the Power /
Mode button to select Playblack mode. Use the Up / Down / buttons
to select a photo to view on the built-in display screen . Use the Shutter /
Select button to start or stop playing a video that you have recorded.
LET’S EXPORT FILES TO YOUR COMPUTER
Connect the camera to your computer using a USB cable and select ‘Mass
Storage’ mode on the screen using the Up / Down / buttons. Your
camera will connect to the computer and appear as an external disk drive.
Alternatively, eject the micro SD card from the camera by pushing it in
and releasing so that it pops out and can be removed – you can connect the
micro SD card to your computer using a standard SD card reader and Micro SD
adapter (not included)

LET’S PLAYBACK
Short press the Power / Mode button until you reach the settings menu.
This menu allows you to adjust the settings for your camera such as, record
resolution, photo image size, set the date and time, format the micro SD
card and many other settings. To navigate the menu use the Up / Down /
buttons to move through the menus.
Use the Shutter / Select button to enter a menu option or make a selection.
Once you have finished, press the Power / Mode button to exit.
LET’S USE WIFI TO CONNECT TO
A MOBILE DEVICE
First install the App ‘GoPlus Cam’ from your Android or Apple smart devices’
App store. This App lets you control your camera remotely. Features include
full camera control, live preview, photo playback, selecting and sharing content
and much more.
After installing the App, select one of the recording modes (Video or Photo) and
press the UP / Wi-Fi button . The camera will display a Wi-Fi logo and then
change to confirm the SSID and a password to connect your phone to.
Enter the Wi-Fi settings on your Android or Apple smart device and connect it
to the Cameras Wi-Fi SSID. Enter the password shown on the camera screen.
Open the GoPlus Cam App on your smart device.
