BEFORE USE
Before use, please read this manual carefully.
Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket.
This appliance is for household use only. When using electrical
appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
avoid res, electric shocks, burns, or other injuries and damage. Read
these operating and safety instructions carefully.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS (1/2)
Only connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket.
This heater must be used on an AC supply only and the voltage marked
on the heater must correspond to the supply voltage.
Do not switch the appliance on until it properly installed as described in
this manual.
Never use the appliance unsupervised when in use.
If you have to leave even for a short moment please stop the appliance.
Keep out of reach of children and do not allow them to operate this
appliance.
Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the way indicated
in these instructions.
From time to time check the cord for damages.
Never use the appliance if the cord or any part of the appliance shows
any signs of damage.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
Make sure the connection cord does not touch any hot surfaces.
Do not use the appliance outdoors
Do not use if you have wet hands.
Never use the appliance on or near hot surfaces.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord.
Before cleaning the appliance, make sure it is unplugged from the
power and that it is completely cooled.
Do not clean the appliance with abrasive chemicals.
Never use accessories that are not recommended or supplied by the
manufacturer. It could cause danger to the user or damage to the
appliance.
The heater should not be put under the jack directly.

Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device
that switches the heater on automatically, since a re risk exists if the
heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a
shower or a swimming pool.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
WARNING: This heater is not equipped with a device to control the
room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are
occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own,
unless constant supervision is provided.
Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously
supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch
on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed
in its intended normal operating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards involved.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in,
regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
CAUTION — some parts of this product can become very hot and
cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and
vulnerable people are present.
WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

PLACEMENT
This heater is designed to be placed on a hard, level surface. When
positioning, please keep the following points in mind:
If you are placing the heater in an alcove, make sure that there is at
least 150mm of space on all sides to ensure good air circulation
The heater must not be located over a xed electrical socket. The
socket must always be accessible in order to disconnect the heater from
the electrical supply for maintenance or when replacing a lamp.
Keep hearth rugs and other soft furnishings away from the front of the
heater. They could obstruct the free ow of hot air from the fan and
damage both soft furnishings and heater.
LOCATION OF CONTROLS
The following switches are located under the front door of heater.

1. Thermostat knob - Adjust to maintain room temperature
2. Flame dimmer knob - Adjust to set ame intensity
3. Flame switch - Turn on/off for ame/fuel effect
4. Heater switch - Turn on/off for one of 900W heat setting
5. Heater switch - Turn on/off for one of 900W heat setting

SAFETY CUT-OFF
This appliance is tted with a safety cut-off which will operate if the
heater overheats (e.g. Due to blocked air vents). For safety reasons, the
heater will NOT automatically reset.
To reset the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the mains supply
for at least 15 minutes. Reconnect the supply to the mains and switch
on the appliance.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
The following switches are located at the back of the heater.
1. Insert plug into mains socket
2. Open the front door.
3. Select the desired functions:
- Flame/fuel effect on/off (3)
- Low heat setting 900W (3 + 4)
- High heat setting 1800W (3 + 4+ 5)
- Heating and Flame effect (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5)
Increase or decrease ame intensity by clockwise or anti-clockwise
rotates the ame dimmer knob (2).
Rotate thermostat knob clockwise or anti-clockwise to increase or
decrease desired room temperature setting.
Notice: The heater will only work if switch O/I is on and thermostat is
set above current room temperature.

BULB REPLACEMENT
The bulb inside the heater is LEDs and not replaceable.
CLEANING AND CARE
Before cleaning, always remove the plug from the electrical socket.
Ensure that the unit is cool enough to work on.
Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents to clean this product and avoid
using abrasive cleaning agents.
The heater and glass parts need only to be wiped clean with a dry, soft
cloth; do not use polishes or abrasive materials.
Do not immerse in water or any liquid when you clean it.
Use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth to clean this appliance.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
No heat or light: Check the wall socket by plugging in a working
appliance. If socket is functional, and the cord or plug of the heater is
suspected to be faulty, have it checked by an electrician.
Light but no heat: Check that the Thermostat on the stove is set above
the current room temperature. Alternatively, the thermal cut-off may
have engaged - see thermal cut-off section.

DISPOSAL
Do not dispose of the device in normal domestic waste.
Dispose of the device over a registered waste disposal rm or through
your communal waste disposal facility.
Observe the currently valid regulations. In case of doubt, consult your
waste disposal facility.

VOOR HET GEBRUIK
Lees deze handleiding voor gebruik met aandacht.
Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een geaard stopcontact.
Dit apparaat is alleen voor huishoudelijk gebruik. Bij gebruik van elektrische
apparaten, moeten algemene veiligheidsmaatregelen altijd opgevolgd worden
om brand, elektrische schokken, brandwonden en andere verwondingen
en vormen van schade te voorkomen. Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing en
veiligheidsmaatregelen zorgvuldig.

VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES (1/3)
Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een geaard stopcontact.
Deze kachel moet alleen op een AC-voeding worden gebruikt
en de spanning op de verwarming moet overeenkomen met de
voedingsspanning.
Schakel het apparaat niet aan tot dat het correct is geïnstalleerd zoals
beschreven in deze handleiding.
Gebruik het apparaat nooit zonder toezicht wanneer het in gebruik is.
Als u geen toezicht kan houden op het apparaat schakel deze dan uit.
Buiten bereik van kinderen houden en niet toestaan dat ze dit apparaat
gebruiken.
Gebruik het apparaat alleen voor huishoudelijke doeleinden en op de
manier die in deze instructies wordt aangegeven.
Controleer het snoer van tijd tot tijd op schade.
Gebruik het apparaat nooit als het snoer of een deel van het apparaat
tekenen van beschadiging vertoont.
Als het netsnoer is beschadigd, moet het worden vervangen door
de fabrikant, zijn onderhoudsvertegenwoordiger of personen met
vergelijkbare kwalicaties om gevaar te voorkomen.
Zorg ervoor dat het verbindingssnoer geen hete oppervlakken raakt.
Gebruik het apparaat niet buitenshuis.
Niet gebruiken als u natte handen heeft.
Gebruik het apparaat nooit op of in de buurt van hete oppervlakken.
Verplaats het apparaat nooit door aan het snoer te trekken.
Voordat u het apparaat schoonmaakt, moet u ervoor zorgen dat het is
losgekoppeld van de stroom en dat het volledig is afgekoeld.
Reinig het apparaat niet met schurende chemicaliën.
Gebruik nooit accessoires die niet worden aanbevolen of geleverd
door de fabrikant. Dit kan gevaar voor de gebruiker of schade aan het
apparaat veroorzaken.
De kachel mag niet direct onder de krik worden geplaatst.

Gebruik deze kachel niet met een programmeerapparaat, timer of
ander apparaat dat de kachel automatisch inschakelt, omdat er
brandgevaar bestaat als de kachel bedekt is of verkeerd geplaatst is.
Gebruik deze kachel niet in de directe omgeving van een bad, een
douche of een zwembad.
Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen (inclusief
kinderen) met beperkte fysieke, sensorische of mentale vermogens,
of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, tenzij ze zijn gegeven toezicht of
instructie met betrekking tot het gebruik van het apparaat door een
persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid.
Houd toezicht op kinderen om ervoor te zorgen dat ze niet met het
apparaat spelen.
WAARSCHUWING: deze kachel is niet uitgerust met een apparaat om
de kamertemperatuur te regelen. Gebruik deze kachel niet in kleine
ruimtes wanneer deze worden bezet door personen die niet in staat
zijn de ruimte zelfstandig te verlaten, tenzij constant toezicht wordt
gehouden.
Kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar moeten worden weggehouden, tenzij ze
onder voortdurend toezicht staan.
Kinderen van 3 jaar en jonger dan 8 jaar mogen het apparaat alleen
in- en uitschakelen mits het is geplaatst of geïnstalleerd in de normale
gebruiksstand en zij toezicht hebben gekregen of instructies hebben
gekregen over het gebruik van het apparaat op een veilige manier en
begrijp de gevaren.
Kinderen van 3 jaar en jonger dan 8 jaar mogen het apparaat niet
aansluiten, regelen en schoonmaken of gebruikersonderhoud uitvoeren.
Dit apparaat kan worden gebruikt door kinderen van 8 jaar en
ouder en personen met verminderde fysieke, sensorische of mentale
capaciteiten of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis als zij op een veilige
manier toezicht hebben gekregen of geïnstrueerd zijn over het gebruik
van het apparaat en de gevaren begrijpen.
Reiniging en gebruikersonderhoud mag niet door kinderen worden
gedaan zonder toezicht.
LET OP - sommige delen van dit product kunnen erg heet worden en
brandwonden veroorzaken. Er moet speciale aandacht worden besteed
aan kinderen en kwetsbare personen.

WAARSCHUWING: dek de kachel niet af om oververhitting te
voorkomen.
PLAATSING
Deze verwarming is ontworpen om op een hard, horizontaal oppervlak
te worden geplaatst. Denk bij het plaatsen aan de volgende punten:
Als u de verwarming in een nis plaatst, zorg dan dat er aan alle kanten
minstens 150 mm ruimte is om een goede luchtcirculatie te garanderen
De verwarming mag niet boven een vast stopcontact worden geplaatst.
De contactdoos moet altijd toegankelijk zijn om de verwarming van
de elektrische voeding te ontkoppelen voor onderhoud of wanneer de
lamp wordt vervangen.
Houd vloerkleden en andere zachte meubels uit de buurt van de
voorkant van de verwarming. Ze kunnen de vrije toevoer van hete lucht
uit de ventilator belemmeren en zowel de stoffering als de verwarming
beschadigen.
LOCATIE BEDIENINGSPANELEN
De volgende schakelaars bevinden zich onder de voordeur van de
kachel.

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING
De volgende schakelaars bevinden zich aan de achterkant van de
kachel.
1. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.
2. Open de voordeur.
3. Selecteer de gewenste functies:
- Vlam- / brandstofeffect aan / uit (3)
- Lage temperatuurinstelling 900W (3 + 4)
- Hoge temperatuurinstelling 1800W (3 + 4+ 5)
- Verwarmings- en vlameffect (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5)
Verhoog of verlaag de vlamintensiteit door met de klok mee of tegen de
klok in de vlamdimmerknop (2) te draaien.
Draai de thermostaatknop met de klok mee of tegen de klok in om de
gewenste kamertemperatuurinstelling te verhogen of te verlagen.
Opmerking: De verwarming werkt alleen als de schakelaar O / I is
ingeschakeld en de thermostaat boven de huidige kamertemperatuur is
ingesteld.
VEILIGHEIDSAFSTAND
Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een veiligheidsuitschakeling die
werkt als de kachel oververhit raakt (bijv. Vanwege geblokkeerde
ventilatieopeningen). Om veiligheidsredenen wordt de verwarming
NIET automatisch gereset.
Om het apparaat te resetten, koppelt u het apparaat minimaal 15
minuten los van de netvoeding. Sluit de stroomtoevoer weer aan en
schakel het apparaat in.

LAMP VERVANGING
De lamp in de kachel is van LED en kan niet worden vervangen.
REINIGING EN ZORG
Haal de stekker altijd uit het stopcontact voordat u het apparaat
schoonmaakt. Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat koel genoeg is om aan te
werken.
Gebruik geen agressieve chemicaliën of oplosmiddelen om dit product
te reinigen en gebruik geen schurende schoonmaakmiddelen.
De verwarming en de glazen onderdelen hoeven alleen te worden
schoongeveegd met een droge, zachte doek; gebruik geen
polijstmiddelen of schurende materialen.
Dompel niet onder in water of een andere vloeistof als u hem
schoonmaakt.
Gebruik een ietwat vochtige, pluisvrije doek om dit apparaat te
reinigen.
FOUTOPSPORING
Geen warmte of licht: controleer het stopcontact door een werkend
toestel aan te sluiten. Als het stopcontact functioneert en de snoer of de
stekker van de kachel vermoedelijk defect is, laat het dan controleren
door een elektricien.
Licht maar geen warmte: controleer of de thermostaat op het fornuis
boven de huidige kamertemperatuur staat. Als alternatief kan de
thermische uitschakeling zijn ingeschakeld - zie thermische uitschakel
sectie.

VERWIJDEREN
Gooi het apparaat niet bij het huishoudelijk afval.
Breng het apparaat naar een geregistreerd afvalverwerkingsbedrijf of
naar de plaatselijke milieustraat.
Houd u zich aan de huidige geldige regelgeving. Neem in geval van
twijfel contact op met het dichtstbijzijnde afvalverwerkingsbedrijf.
