This device is intended for indoor use only.
Do not expose this device to water or moisture of any kind. Do not place drinks or
other containers with moisture on or near the device. If moisture does get in or on
the device, immediately unplug it from the power outlet and allow it to fully dry
before reapplying power.
Do not subject the product to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature
or humidity.
Do not expose this device to excessively high temperatures. Do not place it in, on,
or near heat sources, such as a fireplace, stove, radiator, etc. Do not leave it in direct
sunlight.
Clean using a soft, dry cloth only. Do not use chemical cleaners, solvents, or
detergents. For stubborn deposits, moisten the cloth with warm water.
This device has no user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to open, service, or
modify this device.

REMOTE CONTROL
1. Reset Button, LED Indicator, and Power Button
2. Device Selection: The camera address code and remote
control address code must correspond (set to 1-3 in the
OSD menu).
3. Pan and Tilt Controls: Use the directional keys to move
the camera pan and tilt. Press the Home button to return
the camera to the home position.
4. Focus Controls: Set the focus to Auto or Manual. When
Manual is selected, use the Far and Near buttons to
adjust the focus.
5. Zoom Controls: Use the + and - buttons to adjust the
optical zoom.
6. OSD Controls: Press the Dome OSD or Lens OSD buttons
to access the Dome or Lens OSD menus. Press the Rev
button to flip the camera image or use a mirror image.
7. Preset Control Buttons: After pressing a Preset Address
Button, press Set to save the preset, press Clear to erase
the preset, or press the Call button to move the camera
to the saved preset position.
8. Preset Address Buttons: Press one of the numbered keys
to select one of the six presets. After selecting the preset,
press the Set button to save the camera position to the
preset, the Clear button to erase the preset, or the Call
button to move the camera to the saved preset position.

CONNECTING TO A COMPUTER
Plug one Type-B end of the included L-type USB cable into the camera, then plug the main
Type-A connector at the other end into a USB port on your computer. If connecting to a
USB 2.0 port, plug the other Type-A connector into a second USB port to supply the power
needed by the camera. If connecting to a USB 3.0 connector, a second connection for
power is not required.
SETUP
This camera is a plug and play device and does not require drivers when connected to a
computer running the Windows® 7/8/10, Mac® OS X®, Chrome OS™, or Linux® operating
system. The computer should automatically configure itself to use the camera. If it does
not, ensure that the Conferencing App is configured to use the USB PTZ Camera.
ON SCREEN DISPLAY
Self-Test Menu
On power-up, a self-test menu briefly displays the following information.
IR Address: Displays the current IR address used by the remote control.
Dome Address: Displays the current IR address code assigned to the camera.
Protocol: Displays the current control protocol.
Baudrate: Displays the current baud rate.

Lenstype: Displays the camera lens type.
Dometype: Displays the camera model information.
Vendor: Displays the manufacturer.
Version: Displays the firmware version.
Dome Menu
Press the Dome OSD button on the remote control to open the camera menu. Use the
directional buttons to scroll and change the settings. An &symbol on the menu indicates
that the parameter is being adjusted. Press the Dome OSD button again to save the
settings and exit the menu.
Protocol: Choose VISCA or Pelco-D as the control protocol. The change takes effect
after exiting the menu.
Baudrate: Choose 9600 or 38400 for the baud rate. The change takes effect after
exiting the menu.
Pan Speed: Set the pan movement speed to a value from 1-24. The change takes
effect after exiting the menu.
Tilt Speed: Set the tilt movement speed to a value from 1-20. The change takes
effect after exiting the menu.
Auto Rev: Set the image flip to On, Off, Mirror, or Flip. The change takes effect
immediately.
Frame: Set the video output frame rate to 25 or 30 frames per second. The change
takes effect immediately.
Flicker: Set the anti-flicker setting to 50Hz or 60Hz. The change takes effect
immediately.
Preset Freeze: When enabled, the camera freezes the image on screen while it
moves to a preset PTZ position. The change takes effect after exiting the menu.

POS Comeback: This setting instructs the camera to remember the last position
after the set time has elapsed. This is useful for when the camera is turned back on.
Set the value to 30, 60, or 90 seconds. The change takes effect after exiting the
menu.
Lens Menu
Press the Lens OSD button on the remote control to open the camera menu. Use the
directional buttons to scroll and change the settings. An &symbol on the menu indicates
that the parameter is being adjusted. Press the Lens OSD button again to save the settings
and exit the menu.
BL: Turn backlight compensation On or Off. The change takes effect immediately.
Saturation: Set the color saturation to a value from 0-15. The change takes effect
immediately.
Sharpness: Set the sharpness to a value from 0-15. The change takes effect
immediately.
NR: Set the noise reduction to Off or Auto 1-4. The change takes effect immediately.
WB: Set the white balance to Auto, Indoor, Outdoor, Onepush, ATW, or Manual.
When the Manual option is selected, you can set both the RGAIN (red gain) and
BGAIN (blue gain) to a value from 0-255.
AE: Set the exposure to Auto or Manual. When set to Manual, you can set the
shutter speed to a value from 1/10,000 to 1/60 seconds. The Iris is fixed by default
and is non-adjustable. The change takes effect immediately.
Notes:
Only the high-end models support the OSD menu display
Pan and Tilt operations are disabled when the OSD menu is displayed.
The settings for the Address Code, Protocol, Baud Rate, and Preset Freeze functions
do not change when the Reset button is pressed.
The Shutter can only be adjusted if Manual is selected in the AE menu.

The RGAIN and BGAIN values can only be adjusted when the WB is set to Manual.
