No refrigeration at all Is the power supply interrupted?
Is the power cord plug disconnected from the wall outlet?
Are the shop’s power fuses blown and/or the circuit breaker activated?
Is the temperature control turned to OFF?
Inadequate
refrigeration
Is the place of installation ventilated?
Is the freezer exposed to direct sunlight, placed near a heater or stove?
Are the lids opened and closed frequently?
Is the temperature control dial in the direction of Colder. If it is too cold, turn dial in
direction of Cold.
Is a lot of frost forming in the freezer compartment?
Excessive noise Is the floor underneath the freezer sturdy enough?
Is the unit shaking and/or rattling?
Is the rear panel of the unit in contact with a wall, etc.?
Is there a container or something behind the freezer?
The compressor will generate a rather loud sound for a while after operation is started.
The noise will cease together with refrigeration.
Condensation on
cooler exterior
Condensation may condense on the exterior of the unit and the door during hot and
humid days or depending on the place of installation. This occurs when the humidity is
high and water particles in the cold surfaces. This is normal.
Wipe away condensation with a dry cloth.
The circumference of
chest freezer feels hot
Especially in summer or in the period of starting running, the circumference of the chest
freezer feels hot because the Chest freezer inside has a pipe for radiating and preventing
condensation.
The heat does not affect inside goods.

Control panel
It is used to control operation mode of the refrigerator and is located in the front of the
refrigerator.
NOTE:
High temperature setting will
accelerate food waste.
Note: This figure is only a schematic diagram, so please refer to the physical object for
details.
2. Hint: Since the displayed setting temperature is not the actual temperature but the target
temperature, the temperature inside the refrigerator will vary depending on the stored foods.
3. Unlocking
When key locking icon of the refrigerator turns on, it means that keys of the refrigerator are
locked, and adjustment of temperature and modes is unavailable. If the refrigerating and freezing
key is pressed and held for about 3s at this moment, the locking indicator will turn off, keys
will be
unlocked, and the temperature and modes can be adjusted.
If no key is pressed within approximately 20s after 5 minutes of power on, the keys will be
locked automatically. If no key is pressed within approximately 60s, the indicator will turn off.
When any key is touched slightly at this
time, the indicator will turn on again. The
keys are not locked and the indicator turns
on within 5 minutes after power on.
4. Mode switching and temperature adjustment
NOTE:
The setting range of temperature is 5
℃
to -18
℃
,
lowest -24
℃
( only comes with the super freeze function )
Mode switching:
1) After the refrigerating key is pressed and held for about 3s in interchangeable temperature
mode when the keys are unlocked, the refrigerating mode will be enabled; and,
refrigerating mode will be enabled when the refrigerating key is pressed briefly in freezing
mode;
2) After the refrigerating key is pressed and held for about 3s in a mode other than
interchangeable temperature mode when the keys are unlocked, the interchangeable

Temperature adjustment
1) Refrigerating temperature adjustment:
When the keys are unlocked, each time the refrigerating key is pressed in refrigerating mode,
the temperature display zone will change from current setting temperature in the following
order:
“5→4→3→2→8→7→6→5”.
2) Interchangeable temperature adjustment:
When the keys are unlocked, each time the refrigerating key is pressed in interchangeable

temperature mode, the temperature display zone will change from current setting
temperature in the following order:
0→-1→-2→…→-12→-13→1→0.
3) Freezing temperature adjustment:
When the keys are unlocked, each time the freezing key is pressed in freezing mode, the
temperature display zone will change from current setting temperature in the following order:
“-14→-15→-16→…→-22→-23→-24→-14”.
About 2s after the temperature setting is completed, the setting temperature flashes 5 times
and the setting takes effect.
4.Quick-freezing mode switching
After the freezing key is pressed and held for about 3s in a mode other than quick-freezing
mode when the keys are unlocked, the quick-freezing mode will be enabled, “-25” will be
displayed in temperature display zone and the quick-freezing icon turns on. If no key is pressed
then, the “-25” in temperature display zone will flash 5 times and setting of quick-freezing
mode takes effect; the temperature cannot be adjusted in quick-freezing mode. When the
refrigerating or freezing key is pressed briefly, the quick-freezing icon will flash 5 times to
remind
the user that the refrigerator is currently in quick-freezing mode;
After the freezing key is pressed and held for about 3s in quick-freezing mode when the keys
are unlocked, the quick-freezing mode will be exited, and the mode and setting temperature
before entering into quick-freezing mode will be resumed. After a period of continuous forced
freezing in quick-freezing mode, the mode will be exited
automatically and the original setting temperature will be followed during operation.
Notes: The quick-freezing mode allows for rapid refrigeration, but also increases power
consumption.
The refrigerator can automatically remember the state before power off in case of any power
failure, and run according to the state before power off after resumption of power, in which the
quick-freezing mode will not be remembered.
5.Alarm and handling
When "E1" is displayed in the temperature display zone, it means that temperature sensing
head of the refrigerator is out of order. Although the computer board will automatically
control the operation, you shall contact the maintenance point for repair in time.
