Montageanleitung Assembly instructions
Floor installation
1. Install the base frame (a) to the floor.
Attention: bearable hole load (e.g.: bolt M12)
at least 30’000N
2. Install the accessories (if available) on the boom arm (b).
3. Insert the middle frame (c) into the boom arm (b). Secure with
the pipe clamp (d).
4. Connect the vacuum hose to the tube or the elbow-90° (e /
accessor) of the boom arm. Secure with the pipe clamp (f).
5. Put the middle frame (c) on the base frame (a). Bolt the two
frames together, with the bolts (g) and the safety nuts (h).
Note: Step 5. should be implemented by two persons!
6. Connect the vacuum hose of the stationary vacuum cleaner to
the vacuum port (i / 50mm) of the middle frame (c).
Maintenance
To avoid clogging of the airsystem boom, we recomended
regular cleaning. Remove the elbow-90° (see detail drawing X
above).
For your own safety
- Read all instructions before the initial operation. Check their
proper condition and that they operate safely.
- Our products should only be installed by experienced users of
high pressure equipment.
- Safety regulations and guidelines (Accident Prevention Rules)
from the manufacturer of vacuum cleaners are applicable.
- No modifications to the unit are permitted.
Boden-Installation
1. Den Bodenständer (a) am Boden befestigen.
Achtung: Tragkraft pro Bohrung (z.B.: Schraube M12)
min. 30’000N
2. Das Zubehör (wenn Vorhanden) am Kreiselarm (b) montieren.
3. Den Kreiselarm (b) auf den Mittelständer (c) stecken und mit der
Rohrbride (d) festklemmen.
4. Den Schlauch mit dem Ende des Kreiselarm-Rohres oder dem
Rohrbogen (e / Zubehör) zusammen stecken und mit der Rohrbride
(f) sichern.
5. Den Mittelständer (c) auf den Bodenständer (a) stellen. Beide
Ständer mit den Schrauben (g) und den Sicherungsmuttern (h)
zusammenschrauben.
Achtung: Schritt 5. sollte von zwei Personen ausgeführt werden!
6. Den Schlauch vom stationären Staubsauger an den Verbindungs-
stutzen (i / 50mm) des Mittelständers (c) anschliessen.
Wartung + Reinigung
Um eventuellen Verstopfungen im Rohrbogen des Luftsystems
vorzubeugen, empfehlen wir, den Rohrbogen regelmässig zu
entfernen und zu reinigen (siehe Detail X in Skizze).

- Alle Anleitungen sind vor erster Inbetriebnahme zu lesen. Das Gerät
ist auf ordnungsgemässen Zustand und Betriebssicherheit zu
prüfen.
- Die Installation unserer Produkte darf nur von Personen durchge-
führt werden, die mit der Bedienung und den damit verbundenen
Gefahren vertraut sind.
- Es gelten die Sicherheitsrichtlinien (Unfallverhütungsvorschriften)
des Herstellers von Staubsaugern.
- An den Geräten dürfen keine Veränderungen vorgenommen
werden.
