1. It is the sole responsibility of the owner/
operator and his sta to ensure that all users
of the Myride® training are informed of all
warnings and precautions by an authorized
trainer or instructor prior to using the
Myride® VX console.
2. If equipment is used in the performance
of the program the user must familiarise
themselves with, or ask a qualied person
to advise, the equipment‘s safety features,
correct set-up and full operation, referring
to and complying with the manufacturer‘s
instruction stated in the owner manual.
3. The Myride® VX console system is intended
for indoor use only. Do not use in areas with
poor insulation, excessive dust or moisture
(for example, near a swimming pool).
4. Place the Myride® VX console on a level
surface. Be sure there is sucient space
around the Myride system and indoor
cycling bike for a user to mount, dismount
and operate the equipment safely.
5. Regularly inspect all parts of the Myride®
VX console. Please replace defective parts
immediately and do not use the equipment
until repairs are carried out. Only use
original parts from the manufacturer.
6. Unattended children are to kept away
from the Myride® VX console anyway.
7. Children under the age of 16 should
only use the Myride system with parental
approval and under supervision of a specially
trained instructor.
8. To ensure the level of safety of
the Myride® VX console a regular
maintenace is mandatory.

So please consult your physician before beginning
this or any other exercise program. Myride® programs
are designed for t, healthy able-bodied users.
Any action in response to the instructions provided
in this program is at the user‘s discretion.You should
always warm up for a few minutes before beginning
any workout, and you should never exercise
beyond the level at which you feel comfortable.
The usage of a heart rate monitor is highly recommended!
If at anytime you feel you are exercising beyond your
current tness abilities, or you feel discomfort, you must
discontinue exercise immediately and reconsider your
use of Myride® programs or this workout in particular.
The user assumes all risk of injury in the use of this program.

Do not expose the Myride® VX console to moist environments, and
do not place liquid lled containers on or near the unit.
ATTENTION: To prevent a risk of electric shock, be sure the power plug is fully
and correctly inserted into the Myride® VX console and the wall socket.
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. DO NOT OPEN
High voltages are present within the enclosure. Do not open the monitor or computer
housing. There are no user-serviceable parts inside the Myride system. Only trained
and qualied service technicians should service the Myride® VX console.

ENVIRONMENT:
Keep the Myride® VX console between 30% and 70% humidity. Low humidity can
cause gaskets to dry out; high humidity may cause condensation inside the unit.
Operating temperatures should not exceed 110° or dip below 40° Fahrenheit.
Spikes or dips in voltage may damage the Myride system. If your power is subject
to uctuations, prevent damage to the Myride system with a surge protector.
CLEANING:
The LCD and touchscreen panel is delicate. Clean only when necessary
with a soft, damp cloth. Never use liquids on the touch screen, which
can leak into the wave stand and cause electrical problems.
The wave stand itself may require occasional dusting. Do not use cleaning liquids on
the wave stand, as they can leak into the stand and damage electronics. Avoid harsh
chemicals or abrasives which may damage the coating on the surface of the stand.
SOFTWARE:
To take advantage of ne w features and bug xes, update the software on the Myride®
VX console occasionally. You can check for new software at www.indoorcycling.com
HARDWARE:
Heavy use may work some fasteners loose. As part of your regular maintenance,
please verify that all bolts and screws are secure in the Myride wave stand. Please
replace defective parts immediately and do not use the equipment until repairs
are carried out. Only use original parts from the manufacturer. To ensure the level
of safety of the Myride® VX console a regular maintenace is mandatory.

Should any unexpected problems arise, please consult the troubleshooting guide at
www.indoorcycling.com. If problems persist, contact your service representative.

2.1 INTRODUCTION
MYRIDE® VX CONSOLE
The Myride® VX console is a touchscreen media console for use as an
exercise aid. The system consists of an industrial computer and touchscreen,
housed in a sheet metal wave stand. The wave stand is fully assembled and
congured at the factory. The setup may take about 30 minutes.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
The System is fully assembled and additional hardware and tools are not required.

Basic maintenance and support questions are addressed in this manual. If your problem is not
answered by these resources, or if your Myride® VX console requires service,
please contact your distributor.
INSTALLATION NOTES:
Myride® VX console is a product for professional and / or commercial use. Such
training equipment is intended for use in training areas of organizations such
as tness clubs or sport associations where access and control is regulated
and the legal responsibility for use lies with such club or association.

2.2 STARTUP
1: REMOVE THE WAVE STAND FROM THE PACKAGING
The Wave stand is very heavy! It requires at least two people to remove the stand from the
packaging. Make sure you have a rm grip, and avoid holding the edges (which may bend).
2: MOVE THE MYRIDE® VX CONSOLE INTO POSITION
With at least two people, pick the Myride® VX console up and move to its proper location. Use
a rm grip; do not slide or tilt the stand, as the weight of the unit may bend the metal frame. To
prevent the Myride system from tipping over, manufacturer recommends to bolt the unit to the
oor using the holes in the oor plate. Make sure sucient bolts and anchors are being used.
3: POWER ON THE MYRIDE® VX CONSOLE
Once you have nished the installation of the Myride® VX console, plug in the power cable and
turn the power switch to on (|). The Myride system will take a moment to boot up.
ATTENTION!
Please use the AC extension cable required for the electrical system in your country. Consult a professional electrician
if you are unsure how to connect the Myride®VX console your in-house electrical circuit.

3. WARRANTY TERMS
Indoorcycling Group GmbH warrants that all new equipment will be free of
manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, becoming eective on
the date of delivery of the Myride® VX console. Parts and components repaired
or replaced under the terms of warranty will be warranted for the remainder of
the original warranty period only. Warranty may vary by region or country.
Please contact Indoorcycling Group GmbH by email info@indoorcycling.com to
obtain detailed information on applicable warranty terms and conditions.
Please note that warranty does not cover for damages caused by inappropriate use of
the Myride product and any negligent act by the consumer. Manufacturer states that
the product was thoroughly tested and found free of failure prior to shipping.
IMPORTANT!
Manufacturer requires the proper registration of the product on its dedicated
support website www.indoorcycling.com to uphold warranty obligations.

Myride® Trainingsprogramme über alle
Warnungen und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen,
durch autorisierte Trainer oder Ausbilder
vor der Nutzung informiert werden.
2. Bei der Benutzung von Trainingsgeräten in
Verbindung mit virtuellen Trainingsinhalten
muss der Anwender mit der Benutzung,
Einstellung und den Sicherheitsvorkehrung
gemäß den Herstellervorgaben nach dem
zugehörigen Handbuch des verwendeten
Gerätes vertraut sein. Ist dies nicht der
Fall muss der Anwender sich von einer
qualizierten Person vor der ersten
Trainingseinheit unterweisen lassen.
3. Die Myride® VX Konsole ist nur für
den Innenbereich zugelassen. Sie darf
nicht in Räumen mit schlechter Isolation,
übermäßigem Staub oder Feuchtigkeit
(beispielsweise in der Nähe eines
Schwimmbeckens) genutzt werden.
4. Die Myride® VX Konsole ist auf eine
ebene Fläche zu stellen. Es ist dafür zu
sorgen, dass genug Platz zur Nutzung der
Myride® VX Konsole in Verbindung mit
anderen Trainingsgeräten vorhanden ist.
5. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig alle
Teile der Myride® VX Konsole. Defekte
Teile sind umgehend auszutauschen.
Während der Reparatur darf das Gerät
nicht benutzt werden und muss vom
Stromnetz getrennt werden. Es sind
ausschließlich Originalteile des Herstellers
zu verwenden.parts from the manufacturer.
6. Unbeaufsichtigte Kinder sind generell
vom Trainingsgerät fernzuhalten.
7. Kinder unter 16 Jahren dürfen die
Myride® VX Konsole nur mit Erlaubnis
ihrer Eltern und unter Anleitung
eines geschulten Trainers nutzen.
8. Das Sicherheitsniveau der Myride® VX
Konsole kann nur gewährleistet werden,
wenn diese regelmäßig auf Schäden
und Verschleiß überprüft wird.

Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit, -umfang undWiderstand
des Sportgeräts Ihrer Leistungsfähigkeit an.
Die Benutzung eines Herzfrequenzmessgeräts
wird in jedem Fall dringend empfohlen!
Achten Sie auf die richtige Ausführung
der gezeigten Übungsabläufe.

dürfen die Myride® VX Konsole warten.

UMGEBUNG:
Die Luftfeuchtigkeit für die Myride® VX Konsole sollte zwischen 30% und 70% liegen. Niedrige
Luftfeuchtigkeit führt zur Austrocknung der Dichtungen; hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit kann zu
Kondensation im Gerät führen. Die Betriebstemperatur sollte 45˚ Celsius nicht übersteigen
und nicht unter 5˚ Celsius fallen. Spannungsspitzen und -einbrüche können zur Beschädigung
der Myride® VX Konsole führen. Ist Ihr Stromnetz Spannungsschwankungen unterworfen,
bewahren Sie die Myride® VX Konsole mit einem Überspannungsschutz vor Schäden.
REINIGUNG:
Das LCD- und Touchscreen-Panel ist empndlich. Reinigen Sie es nur wenn nötig, mit
einem weichen, feuchten Tuch. Den Touchscreen niemals mit Flüssigkeiten reinigen,
die in das Gehäuse eindringen und zu elektrischen Problemen führen können.
Das Gehäuse sollte gelegentlich abgestaubt werden. Bitte dazu keine
Reinigungsmittel verwenden, da diese in das Gehäuse eindringen und
Kurzschlüsse verursachen können. Verwenden Sie keine chemischen Produkte
oder Scheuermittel, da diese die Beschichtung des Gehäuses angreifen.
SOFTWARE:
Um neue Funktionen nutzen zu können und die Software auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten,
führen Sie gelegentlich ein Software-Update auf dem Myride-System durch. Den aktuellsten
Softwarestand und Bedienungsanleitung nden Sie unter www.indoorcycling.com.
HARDWARE:
Durch starken Gebrauch können sich einige Verbindungen lockern. Überprüfen Sie bei Ihrer
regelmäßigen Wartung, ob alle Bolzen und Schrauben fest mit dem Gehäuse verbunden sind.
Defekte Teile sind umgehend auszutauschen. Während der Reparatur darf das Gerät nicht
benutzt werden und muss vom Stromnetz getrennt werden. Es sind ausschließlich Originalteile
des Herstellers zu verwenden. Das Sicherheitsniveau der Myride® VX Konsole kann nur
gewährleistet werden, wenn diese regelmäßig auf Schäden und Verschleiß überprüft wird.

MYRIDE® VX KONSOLE
Die Myride® VX Konsole ist eine Touch-Screen-Medienkonsole zur Trainingsunterstützung.
Das System besteht aus einem Computer und Touchscreen in Industriequalität,
eingefasst in ein wellenförmiges Metallgehäuse.Das Gehäuse, der Computer und
der Touchscreen werden werkseitig bereits komplett montiert, angeschlossen
und konguriert. Die Inbetriebnahme dauert rund 30 Minuten.
AUFBAU-ANFORDERUNGEN
Die Myride® VX Konsole ist bereits komplett montiert und benötigt kein
zusätzliches Montagematerial und Werkzeug zur Inbetriebnahme.

INSTALLATIONSHINWEIS:
Die Myride® VX Konsole ist ein Produkt für den professionellen und/oder
kommerziellen Einsatz. Diese Trainingsgeräte sind für die Benutzung in
Trainingsräumen von Organisationen, beispielsweise Fitnessclubs oder Sportvereinen
bestimmt, in welchen der Zugang und die Kontrolle der Geräte geregelt sind. Die
gesetzliche Verantwortung für die Benutzung liegt beim Club oder Verein.

2.2 INBETRIEBNAHME
1: ENTNAHME DES WAVE STÄNDERS AUS DER VERPACKUNG
Der Wave Ständer ist sehr schwer! Es sind mindestens zwei Personen nötig, ihn auszupacken.
Fassen Sie fest zu und halten Sie nicht ausschließlich die Ecken (diese können sich verbiegen).
2. AUFSTELLEN DER MYRIDE® VX KONSOLE
Die Myride® VX Konsole sollte mit mindestens zwei Personen aufgestellt und in Position
gebracht werden. Fassen Sie fest an und lassen Sie den Ständer nicht abrutschen oder kippen,
um den Metallständer nicht zu beschädigen. Um ein Überkippen der Myride® VX Konsole zu
vermeiden, empehlt der Hersteller das Verschrauben der Einheit mit dem Boden durch die
vorgesehenen Löcher in der Bodenplatte. Verwenden Sie dafür die nötigen Schrauben und
Verankerungen, welche durch den Betreiber beschat werden müssen.
3. EINSCHALTEN DER MYRIDE® VX KONSOLE
Schließen Sie nach der Installation der Myride® VX Konsole das Netzkabel an und schalten Sie
den Anschaltknopf auf AN (I). Die Myride® VX Konsole benötigt einen Moment zum Booten.
ACHTUNG!
Benutzen Sie das passende Wechselstromkabel für Ihr Land. Ziehen Sie einen professionellen Elektriker hinzu, falls Sie
unsicher sind, wie die Myride® VX Konsole mit dem hauseigenen Stromnetz verbunden wird.

BESTIMMUNGEN
Die Indoorcycling Group GmbH garantiert, dass alle neuen Geräte frei von Material-
und Verarbeitungsfehlern sind; dies tritt mit dem Tag der Auslieferung der Myride® VX
Konsole in Kraft. Im Rahmen der Garantiebestimmungen reparierte oder ausgetauschte
Teile und Komponenten erhalten nur eine Garantie für den Rest der ursprünglichen
Gewährleistungsfrist. Die Garantie kann je nach Region oder Land unterschiedlich sein.

Beachten Sie bitte, dass die Garantie nicht für Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Nutzung der
Myride® VX Konsole entstehen und für keinerlei fahrlässige Nutzung durch den Kunden, gilt.
Der Hersteller erklärt, dass das Produkt gründlich getestet wurde und vor
dem Versand als fehlerfrei galt.

1. Es absoluta responsabilidad del
propietario y resto de su equipo técnico,
asegurarse de que todos los usuarios de
la unidad de entrenamiento Myride®,
hayan sido informados por un entrenador
o instructor autorizado sobre cada una
de las precauciones y advertencias de
seguridad antes de utilizar la consola
Myride® VX.
2. Si el equipo es utilizado para la
representación de un programa, el
usuario debe familiarizarse con la unidad,
o preguntar a una persona qualicada
para consejos sobre las características
de seguridad del equipo, correcta
puesta en marcha y plena operatividad
de la unidad, haciendo referencia a las
instrucciones del fabricante indicadas
en el manual del propietario.
3. El sistema de la consola Myride® VX está
destinado para un uso en interiores. No lo
utilice en áreas con excesivo polvo, con un
aislamiento deciente o en zonas húmedas
(como por ejemplo, cerca de una piscina).
4. Coloque la consola Myride® VX sobre una
supercie plana. Asegúrese de que haya
suciente espacio alrededor del sistema
Myride ® y la bicicleta de ciclismo indoor para
que un usuario pueda montar, desmontar
y utilizar el equipo con seguridad.
5. Inspeccione regularmente todas las partes
de la consola Myride® VX. Por favor, sustituya
las piezas defectuosas inmediatamente
y no utilice el equipo hasta que se hayan
llevado a cabo las reparaciones. Utilice
sólo piezas originales del fabricante.
6. Los niños sin supervisión han de
mantenerse alejados de la consola
Myride® VX en todo momento.
7. Los jóvenes menores de 16 años sólo
deben utilizar la consola Myride® VX previo
consentimiento paterno y han de
ser además supervisados por un
instructor o entrenador cualicado.
8. Es obligatorio llevar a cabo un
mantenimiento periódico para poder
garantizar el nivel de seguridad
de la consola Myride® VX.

1. INTRODUCCIÓN
DESCARGO DE RESPONSABILIDAD MÉDICA
No todos los programas de ejercicio son aptos para
todos. Por favor consulte a su médico antes de
comenzar con este u otro programa de ejercicio. Los
programas Myride® están diseñados para usuarios
saludables y entrenados.
Cualquier acción en respuesta a las instrucciones
proporcionadas en este sistema, quedan a discrección
del usuario. Deberá siempre calentar durante unos
minutos antes de comenzar cualquier sesión de ejercicio
y no deberá nunca entrenar por encima del nivel en el
cual se encuentre cómodo.
¡El uso de un monitor de frecuencia cardíaca es
altamente recomendable!
Siempre que se sienta practicando ejercicio por
encima de sus posibilidades físicas o no se sienta
cómodo, deberá detener el ejercicio inmediatamente
y replantearse el uso de los programas Myride® o éste
entrenamiento en particular.
El usuario asume todos los riesgos o daños que se
puedan derivar por el uso de este programa.
