Dolly Frame assembly-
1. Aach Front frame (Part A) to right table support frame (Part B) using two 2-1/2” bolts and ghten with lock nuts.
2. Aach Front frame (Part A) to le table support frame (Part C) using two 2-1/2” bolts and ghten with lock nuts.
3. Aach Back frame (Part D) to both table support frames (Part B & C) using two 2-1/2” bolts and ghten with lock nuts.
The frame of your Dolly is now completed. Be sure that all bolts are fully ghtened.
Caster installaon-
Install casters by rmly pushing the stems into the square tubing of the table support frames.
 It is important to make sure to install the locking casters into the back of the dolly. The back of the dolly can be idened by the rear
frame which does not have a center plate.
 The non-locking casters should be installed into the tubes at the front of the dolly. Front of the dolly can be idened by the front frame
which has a plate with the safety instrucons.
Handle Installaon-
 Aach right vercal post (part E) to inside of rear of right table support frame using two 2-1/2” bolts and ghten with lock nuts.
 Aach le vercal post (part F) to inside of rear of le table support frame using two 2-1/2” bolts and ghten with lock nuts.
 Place strap loop (Part H) over round handle (Part G).
 Aach Round handle (Part G) to right & le vercal posts using two 1-1/8” bolts and washers.

Tools needed: 17mm or 11/16 Socket Wrench, 10mm or
13/32” Socket Wrench and a pliers.
