Updates
Please follow the instructions below in
order to update your Navirad E
-
lite.
1. Go to www.gpsnavirad.com and click on
Navirad E
-
lite download section.
2. Download the User Tool installation
package on the web page, once installed
please restart your computer.
3. Once your computer has restarted
please connect you’re USB cable to the
Navirad E
-
lite then to the computer and
switch on the Navirad Elite.
4. Open the Navirad User Tool. (You should
now have an icon for this on your desktop
however if you do not, please access this
through your all programmes list in your
start menu)
5. Wait for your unit to automatically
connect.
6. Click DB upgrades make sure the
automatic box is ticked and click upgrade.
The update will now commence.
7. The unit will give a chime when
completed. Please now remove from
computer and install back into car.

A 1 Year Warranty is provided with this
product. Full warranty details are
provided on request.
Do not under any circumstances attempt
to open, disassemble or repair the unit.
The manufacturer will void the warranty
in the case of failure to observe these
instructions. The manufacturer is also
not liable for the speed camera detector
failing to warn the driver of mobile speed
cameras and/or fixed cameras.

The object of the GPS Navirad is to
reinforce your safety on the road. We
decline all responsibility in the case of
failure to observe road safety
regulations or basic due care and
attention .
Please follow the next steps to get
your unit running and updated.

Installation
The Navirad E
-
lite is ready to use out
of the box. Simply remove the
backing on the windscreen bracket
and affix to the windscreen near the
rear view mirror as shown.

Connect the Car Power lead (Supplied) to
the power socket on the Navirad E
-
lite and
then connect the lead to the vehicle cigar
socket.
OR
Alternatively insert two double AA batteries
into the E
-
lite (Not Included) for wireless
use.
Turn the E
-
lite on using the switch on the
side of the unit, to “ON” or “Auto” for
power save mode with the battery option.
Power Switch & Volume:
Turns the unit on/auto/off. Auto will set the
unit to power save when in battery mode.
Volume can be set to Off / 50% / Maximum.
Enter Button:
The button enter is used to "enter"personal
point position that could be edited, saved with
the user tool.
Speed Button:
Pressing this button shortly while driving will
set an over speed warning for the speed you
are driving at. E.g. Accelerateto 50mph,
press button
-
Now if 50mph is passed an
over speed warning will be given.
To remove the speed limiterpress the button
for a few seconds and a cancellation beep
will be heard.
USB & Power Sockets:
USB socket is used to update the unit
when a USB cable is plugged into the unit
and computer.
Power socket will supply power when
used with the In Car Power Lead.
