• Thermal insulation of the room. This provides
efficiency of the appliance and prevents the
water from freezing.
1.2. Requirements for installaon
• The length of connecng pipes between the
water tank and consumer must be as short as
possible.
• Before connecng the boiler to the
installaon, check all screw connecons (bolt
inspecon cover ange, plug and anode).
In very rare cases - during transportaon,
loading and unloading operaons - the screw
connecons may be loosen.
• The ghtening torque for anges is around
160-190 Nm.
• Before commissioning, check the installaon
for leaks
• Do not exceed the working pressure of 8 bar.
• If there is a risk of freezing of water in the
tank - drain the tank completely or let the
water heater works connuously.
• Pressure regulator. In case of pressure in
the water supply network above 5 bar, it is
desirable to install a pressure regulator at
the inlet of cold water. We recommend that
the controller be set to 4 bars, thus ensuring
the correct operaon of the product and its
opmum service life.
• Expansion vessel. We recommend installing
an expansion vessel to absorb water expansion
when heated.
The volume and type are determined by a
qualied designer in accordance with the
technical data of the boiler, the system in place
and the local and European safety standards!
Installaon is carried out by a qualied
technician in accordance with his operang
instrucons.
• Drain connecon (hose) of safety valve.
When the boiler is running, in some cases it
is possible to release a small amount of water
from the relief valve as a result of a linear
expansion of the water. For this reason, it is
necessary to build a diversionary connecon,
which is to be comply with local and European
standards and safety provisions! It must be of
sucient inclinaon for water drainage. Both
ends must be open to the atmosphere and be
provided with an-freeze. At pipe installaon,

for the safe and correct installation, start-up
and trouble-free operation and maintenance
of the water heater.
The water heater can be used for producing of
domestic hot water (DHW) only in the manner
described in this manual.
The application and any other was the area
of operation is not recommended by the
manufacturer and is not responsible for the
occurrence of defects or failures.
1. INSTRUCTION TO INSTALLER
The preparation, installation and
commissioning must be performed
by an authorized installer / service.
During installation and operation, the country
specific requirements and regulations must be
observed:
• local construction regulations on installation
of water tank; weight of the boiler to comply
with the stability of the floor of the room
where it will be installed.
• regulations and norms concerning the fitting
of theinstallation with safety devices.

protective equipment

1.1. Requirements to water tank installation
room
When choosing a room for tank installation
observe the following requirements:
• to have a drainage channel. Some
maintenance procedures require draining of
all water from the tank.

take safety measures from valve ring burns.
1.3. Requirements for periodic maintenance.
Over me, limestone is deposited
during the operaon of the product
under the inuence of high temperature
(so-called scale). Therefore, we recommend
that the product be serviced by an authorized
service center every two years. The prophylaxis
must include inspecon and cleaning of the
anode protector, which is replaced with a new
one if necessary. The performed prophylaxis is
reected in the warranty card of the product.
2. DESCRIPTION OF WATER TANK.
The water heaters S series are used for
producing of domesc hot water (DHW).
SEL models, the heat source is an electric
heater.
SN models have a built-in heat exchanger (coil
type) designed to connect to a solar installaon
or boiler. Opon for installaon of an electric
heang element.
SON models have two built-in heat exchanger
(coil type) for connecon to the solar system
and boiler. Opon for installaon of an electric
heang element.
Product features:
• Floor standing
• Vercal or Horizontal modicaons
• High eciency insulaon and outer casing of
PVC
• Complex corrosion protecon realized
by means of tanium enamel and anode
protecon
• All threads are internal
• Convenient inspecon opening
• Outlet / Outlets for installaon of one or
more electric heang elements
• The heat exchanger/s ( SN / SON) enables the
tank to ulize an external
• sources of renewable energy, such as a solar
system and a biomass boiler
• Easy installaon
2.1. Water tank.
Water tank is made of low-carbon steel S235JR,
ghtly covered with tanium enamel on the
inside. It is then baked to produce a smooth
and uniform deposion - free glazing. Thus
the domesc hot water remains clean, and the
water tank is protected against corrosion.
All threads are internal (see technical
parameters).
2.2. Electric heang element -
(opon).
Outlet connection of electric heating element
1 ½“ :
3000W/230V; 4500W/230V;
6000W/230V; 7500W/400V.

The connection of the electric
heating element to the electric power
supply must be done by a qualified
electricians.
When connect the heating element
to the electric network, make sure
that it is properly grounded.

Screws with rubber heads are mounted at the
bottom of the vertical water tank / 150 to 500

3. CONNECTING OF SAFETY RELIEF VALVE
TO WATER TANK
Legend:
1. Cold water inlet-water supply
2. Check (return) valve

4. Safety (relief) pressure valve

6. Stopcock (drainag)

Stop (Shut-off) valves should never
be installed between a safety (relief)
valve and the tank.
It is recommended once a year to
check the operation of the safety
valve.
4. ANTI-CORROSION PROTECTION -
MAGNESIUM ANODE
The magnesium anode protector protects
from corrosion of the inner
surface of the water tank.
Over time, during the operation of the product
under the influence of high temperature,
limestone (so-called scale) is deposited.
Therefore, we recommend that the product
be serviced by an authorized service center
every two years. The prophylaxis must include
inspection and cleaning of the anode protector,
which is replaced with a new one if necessary.
The performed prophylaxis is reflected in the
warranty card of the product.
2.3. Thermostat (opon).
The double protecon thermostat has
a control range from 30 ° C to 80 ° C,
operang temperature 95 degrees.
The THERMOSTAT provides temperature
control and safety tolerance with manual
adjustment (TLSC model) and automac
adjustment (TLSC / A model).


changes, especially if they are not made by au-
thorized aer-sale service personnel of Man-
ufacturer.
- Tesng and operaon pressures greater
that values established by Manufacturer and
set forth in product manuals, or use of water
with characterisc values exceeding: Dissolv-
able salts – 500 mg/l; Calcium carbonate – 200
mg/l; Free carbon dioxide – 50 mg/l; ph con-
tent – minimum 5 and maximum 12.
8.2.2.) Freeze, ood, natural disasters or third
party acons as well as any intervenons into
normal funconing condions of water heat-
ers and the control of Manufacturer.
The customer as well should monitor the an-
corrosion system (magnesium anodе). He
should periodically check the magnesium an-
ode and replace it depending on the geograph-
ic locaon at intervals depending on the type
of water (so of hard) of the region where the
water heater is being used.
8.2.3.) The warranty cercate is considered
void for water heaters whose serial idenca-
on number has been modied, removed or
blurred, or cannot be expressly aested.
8.2.4. ) Damages in the appearance of prod-
ucts shall not be considered as defects except
for those ones which cause losses during op-
eraon or change technical characteriscs of
water heaters set forth in brochures.
8.2.5.) Manufacturer preserves the right, in
case of replacement, to deliver another mod-
el of water heater in order to fulll approved
warranty claims when the original model is not
being manufactured.
8.3. Claiming warranty
Every customer who has purchased a water
heater from Manufacturer and who has good
reasons to lay a warranty claim, shall proceed
as follows:
8.3.1) Immediately nofy in wring:
- The installer, or the company that has sold
the water heater to him, or
- The distributor rm, or
- The commercial representave of Manufac-
turer in the region.
For this purpose the claimant shall ll out a
claim form; the laer shall be accompanied by

We recommend to transport the water tank to
the installation site in its packaging placed on
the pallet, and stretch foil.
During transport and installation, depending
on the weight, appropriate safety equipment
must be used in accordance with Directive
2006/42/EC.
When transporting items weighing more than
30 kg, the use of pallet jack, fork truck or other
hoisting devices is a must.
8. WARRANTY
8.1. Manufacturing defects and materials
guarantee
Manufacturer expressly guarantees that the
products it manufactures shall be free from de-
fects in materials and workmanship which can
prevent from normal operaon under proper
and normal use, installaon and maintenance
for the intended funcons of the products, for
a period set out in the warranty cercate of
the respecve water heater model you have
bought. The warranty period begins from the
date indicated in the purchase invoice. If a
product or any component there of is deter-
mined to be defecve in manufacture or ma-
terials, Manufacturer will repair or replace the
defecve component or product
8.2. Exclusions and Limitaons of Warranty
Coverage
8.2.1.) The customer can claim warranty
during warranty period of respecve prod-
uct immediately aer any defects have been
determined, except for in case of noceable
defects at the moment of purchase, in which
case the customer must make the claim at the
shop immediately aer nocing the defect as
it is provided for in the general condions of
sale.
- Accidents, installaon on movable struc-
tures, negligence, improper care or noncon-
formity.
- Failure to observe the installaon, use and
maintenance instrucons set forth in the in-
stallaon manual of respecve product.
- Improper installaon and use as well as

ty for indirect damages such as loss of data at
informaon applicaons, loss of producon,
thermal variaons at the service, etc. which
do not violate the applicable regulaons of any
country concerning product liability.
8.4.3.) Abovemenoned warranty limitaons
will be applied in any cases, and when they do
not violate the regulaons in any country con-
cerning product liability. If this circumstance
annuls some of preceding clauses, annulment
will refer only to this clause, while the others
will remain valid. In conclusion, excluded is ap-
plicaon of any Regulaon pointed out in this
Warranty which violates the Law 23/July 10,
2003 and Direcve 1999/44/EU concerning
water heaters and their use on the territory of
the EU.
8.4.4.) Any other warranty right that is not
menoned in this Warranty Cercate is ex-
cluded.
9. RECYCLING AND WASTE DISPOSAL
Submit all packaging material for recycling
according to the local regulaons and require-
ments.
At the end of life cycle of each product its com-
ponents are due to be disposed of in conform-
ity with regulatory prescripons.
According to Direcve 2002/96/EC regarding
electrical and electronic equipment waste,
disposal thereof is required separately from
the normal ow of solid household waste.
Obsolete equipment shall be collected sepa-
rately from other recyclable waste containing
materials with adverse eect on health and
environment.
Expired appliances must be collected sepa-
rately from other recyclable waste containing
substances hazardous to health and environ-
ment.
Both metal and non-metal parts are sold out
to licensed organizaons for recyclable metal
or non-metal waste collecon. In any case they
should not be treated as household waste.

8.3.2.) Aer receiving the claim form, Man-
ufacturer considers it and makes decision
whether the claim has grounds, and whether
the defect is within the scope of the warranty
set forth in this cercate for limited warranty;
aer which informs the customer as to its deci-
sion and the steps he shall do.
8.3.3.) The return of a product cannot be done
without wrien authorizaon issued by the
Quality Department. The return procedure
shall be according to RMA (Return Material Au-
thorizaon).
8.3..4) If on customer’s request, and when
there is reason for urgency, the customer de-
mands immediate replacement of the product
he has claimed warranty for, before making the
decision as to the claim, said request shall be
accompanied by a Purchase requision from
the Commercial Department. Aer decision
for sasfacon of the claim has been made,
the Purchase requision menoned above will
be annulled by issuing a receipt for returned
goods; with this receipt the customer can pur-
chase another product with the same price in
case the claim has proved grounded.
8.3.5) Manufacturer reserves the right to
make in situ reports from the claims they have
received for the purpose of checking every
aspect that might be useful for beer con-
sideraon of warranty claims; for this reason
the customer shall not make any changes in
installaon condions which are reasons for
the claim without prior wrien consent of the
Technical Department.
8.4. Limitaon of liability
8.4.1) Manufacturer is not liable before the
customer, neither directly nor indirectly, for
any non-fulllment or delay at applying the
warranty obligaons which might originate
from external pressure of other circumstances
outside the Manufacturer.
8.4.2.)The liability of Manufacturer under this
Warranty Cercate is limited to the above-
menoned obligaons and up to the sum in
accordance with the purchase receipt of the
product to be claimed; excluded is any liabili-
