•Supports up to 10 Wi-Fi
enabled devices
•Continuous battery use available
up to 4 hours
•4G LTE with 3G backup

STEP: 1 Charge Battery
a) CHARGE BATTERY even if the battery already has some charge,
it is recommended that you charge the battery prior to using
your device.
STEP: 2 Power and Position
a) POWER ON the device by pressing the Power button down
for no less than 5 seconds and wait for the Indicator light to
turn on.
b) ACTIVATING DEVICE The device will automatically go through
a self-activation process that will take several minutes,
depending on network traffic and signal strength.
c) POSITION DEVICE for the three Signal Strength lights
(located on the front edge) to show the most lights possible.
This will indicate if the device has a strong enough signal to
connect. If this indicator has one or no lights, then the signal
is too weak.
Tips to Improve Signal Strength:
•Make sure you’re in a network coverage area.
•Try re-orienting your device.
•Move your computer to another location —you may be in
or near a structure that is blocking the signal. Every obstacle
(for example, walls, ceilings, furniture) decreases the signal
strength.
•Make sure there’s plenty of space around your device to
provide the best signal reception.
•If you cannot obtain service, contact your data service
provider —a network or account problem may be
preventing you from obtaining service.
STEP: 3 Wi-Fi Connection
Default Wi-Fi Security Key is: netzerowifi
Complete one of the following, depending on your operating
system, to establish a Wi-Fi connection:
a) Windows 10, 8 and 7: Right-click the Wi-Fi icon in the
system tray.
b) Windows Vista: Click Control Panel > Network and Internet
> Network and Sharing Center > Connect to a network.
c) Windows XP: Click Control Panel > Network Connections >
Wireless Network Connections > View available wireless
networks.
d) Mac: Click the AirPort icon in the upper right corner of
your screen.
**Once you have established a Wi-Fi connection with your
Hotspot device, please create a personalized Wi-Fi Security Key
as described in Step 4.
