1.1. Premessa
Il presente manuale è diretto ai clienti Newster System srl che hanno
acquistato uno o più sterilizzatori di rifiuti sanitari a rischio infettivo NW5-
NW15-NW50 e contiene indicazioni operative per l’integrazione e l’utilizzo
della lavabidoni industriale. Infatti, ai fini di una corretta gestione dei rifiuti
sanitari a rischio infettivo è importante il lavaggio e la sanificazione completa
ed automatica dei bidoni contenti i rifiuti stessi. Detto questo, il presente
manuale intende mostrare le diverse fasi relative all’ avvio del macchinario, il
pannello operatore, i messaggi principali ed i relativi allarmi.
1.2. Uso conforme alla destinazione
La lavabidoni Industriale acquistata è progettata per il lavaggio e la
sanficiazione dei bidoni normalmente utilizzati per la raccolta dei rifiuti
sanitari a rischio infettivo.
Deve considerarsi “macchinario non autonomo”, vale a dire che il bidone da
lavare, comprensivo del suo coperchio, va collocato con cautela a mano al
suo interno.

2.1. Caratteristiche e posto di utilizzo
 La lavabdioni industraile PRC IMPIANTI “washing and cleaning
engineering” integrata allo sterilizzatore Newster fornisce garanzia di
lavaggio e sanificazione;
 Semplicità e flessibilità di utilizzo;
 Struttura autopulente;
 Parametri di lavoro programmabili;
 Bassi consumi energetici, acqua e prodotti;
 Bassa manutenzione;
 Massima affidabilità;
 La lavabidoni industraile deve essere collocata su una superficie stabile e
piatta;

Per accedere alla pagina relativa alla lavabidoni premere il pulsante
presente nel pannello operatore dello sterilizzatore Newster.

2.3. Interfaccia grafica della lavabidoni industraile integrata allo sterilizzatore
Newster
L’ interfaccia della lavabidoni industraile integrata è composta dalla seguenti
parti principali:
a) Sezione relativa ai messaggi di errori;
b) Sezione relativa al display delle temperature del boiler e della vasca di
lavaggio;
c) Sezione relativa all’accesso dei parametri operativi della lavabidoni.
2.4. Parametri operativi della lavabidoni
Per accedere ai parametri operativi della lavabidoni premere il pulsante
.
La sezione relativa ai parametri è composta dalle seguenti sezioni:
1) Temperatura della vasca di lavaggio;
2) Temperatura del boiler;
3) Parametri operativi.

2.5. Princiapli allarmi e messaggi della lavabidoni
La lista dei principali messaggi ed allarmi della lavabidoni è di seguito riportata:
“Allarme salvamotore pompa lavaggio QM1” indica che il magnetotermico di
protezione della pompa di lavaggio è intervenuto;
“Allarme salvamotore aspirazione vapori QM2” indica che il magnetotermico di
protezione del ventilatore di aspirazione è intervenuto;
“Allarme salvamotore pompa risciacquo QM3” indica che il magnetotermico di
protezione della pompa di risciacquo è intervenuto;

Il messaggio “Porta lavabidoni aperta” indica che il portellone della lavabidoni è
aperto impedendo lo start del ciclo di lavaggio e sanificazione;
“Allarme termostato sicurezza boiler” indica temperatura troppo alta nel boiler;
Il messaggio di allarme “Il pressostato boiler o pompa risciacquo rotti” indicano
la rottura di uno dei due componenti;
Il messaggio di allarme “Pressostato vasca rotto” indica che il pressostato è
rotto;
Il messaggio “Livello acqua boiler basso” indica che il livello dell’acqua all’interno
del boiler non è sufficiente per iniziare il ciclo di lavaggio e sanificazione;
Il messaggio “Livello acqua vasca basso” indica che il livello dell’acqua all’interno
della vasca di lavaggio non è sufficiente per iniziate il ciclo di lavaggio e
sanificazione;
Il messaggio “Temperatura acqua vasca troppo bassa” indica che la temperatura
dell’ acqua all’interno della vasca di lavaggio non è sufficiente per iniziare il ciclo
di lavaggio e sanificazione;
Il messaggio “Temperatura acqua boiler troppo bassa” indica che la temperatura
dell’acqua all’interno del boiler non è sufficiente per inziare il ciclo di lavaggio e
sanficazione;
Il messaggio “ciclo di lavaggio non selezionato” indica che la manopola è
posizionata nella posizione neutra;
Il messaggio “Mancanza start generale macchina” indica il mancato avviamento
generale dell’ impianto Newster.
Il messaggio “Ciclo in corso” indica che il ciclo di lavaggio e sanificazione è in
corso;
Il messaggio “Tutto OK, il ciclo può iniziare” indica che non vi sono
malfunzionamenti e/o messaggi di allarme e pertanto il ciclo può iniziare.

1.1. Preface
The present user manual contains operating instructions for the usage of
plastic bin washer sanitizer integrated with NW5-NW15-NW50 sterilizers for
hospital wase.
In fact, in order to have a proper management of the potentially infectious
solid waste, it is also important to wash and sanitize the plastic bins.
Therefore, the present manual aims at briefly illustrate the different phases
related to start-up of the machine, the operator interface panel and the
related error messages.
1.2. Use of the machine
The machine is designed to wash and sanitize plastic bins generally used for
the collection of potentially infectious solid waste.
The machine dose not contain any automatic loading system. This means
that the bin, including its lid, must be manually placed inside the washing-
sanitizing chamber.

2.1. Specifications and location of use
 The bin washer sanitizer integrated with NW sterilizers guarantees
washing and sanitization;
 Easy and flexible to use;
 Self-cleaning;
 Programmable working parameters;
 Low energy and water consumption;
 Low maintenance;
 Maximum reliability;
 The bin washer sanitizer must be located on a stable and flat surface.
2.2. Access to the bin washer sanitizer Menu from the NW operator panel
In order to access the bin washer sanitizer menu press the button
located on the NW operator panel.

The graphic interface of the bin washer sanitizer contains the main following
sections:
a) Errors and messages;
b) Boiler and washing tank temperature;
c) Button to access the bin washer sanitizer operating parameters
2.4. Bin washer sanitizer operating parameters
In order to access the bin washer sanitizer operating parameters press the
button .
The operating parameters section contains:
1) Washing tank temperature;
2) Boiler temperature;
3) Additional operating parameters.

The minimum boiler temperature required to start the washing and sanitizing
cycle must be equal and not lower than 60 °C.
The minium washing tank temperature required to start the cycle
must be equal and not lower than 35°C.
The maxium temperature required to stop the boiler electrical resistances
must be equal to 80 °C.
The maximum temperature to stop the electrical washing tank resistances
must be equal to 50 °C.
The minimum temperature to start the boiler electrical resistances
must be equal to 75 °C.
The minimum temperature to start the washing tank electrical resistances
must be equal to 45 °C.

2.5. Errors and Messages
The main errors and messages are listed below:
“Wash pump motor protection alarm QM1” indicates that the wash pump
protection magnetothermic has tripped;
“Vapor suction motor protection alarm QM2” indicates that the suction fan
protection magnetothermic has tripped;
Alarm motor protection rinse pump QM3" indicates that the rinse pum protection
magnetothermic has tripped;

“Bin washer sanitizer door open” indicates that bin washer sanitizer door is
opened, preventing to start the sanitizing cycle;
"Boiler thermostat Safety Alarm" indicates a too high boiler temperature;
“The boiler pressure or rinsing pump broken” indicates the rupture of one of the
two components;
“Tank pressure broken” indicates that the pressure switch is broken;
“Low boiler water level” indicates that the boiler water level is too low,
preventing to start the sanitizing cycle;
“Low tank water level” indicates that the tank water level is too low, preventing
to start the sanitizing cycle;
“Tank water temperature too low” indicates that the tank water temperature is
too low, preventing to start the sanitizing cycle;
“Boiler water temperature too low” indicates that the boiler water temperature is
too low, preventing to start the sanitizing cycle;
“non-selected cycle wash” indicates that the knob is positioned in the neutral
position;
“No general machine start” indicates the failure of Newster machine;
“Cycle in progress” indicates that the sanitizing cycle is ON;
“OK, the cycle can starts” indicates that there are no malfunctions and / or alarm
messages and the cycle can begin.
