Nordpeis Brannmur 100x130
Nordpeis brannmursplate limes direkte mot bakvegg,
bortsett fra på tømmervegg hvor en plate må monteres
på veggen først. Brannmurens konstruksjon med 1 cm
luftspalte i bakgrunnen gir brannmuren en meget god
isolasjonsevne. Platen er kun 2 cm tykk, bygger 3 cm
tilsammen, men gir likevel samme beskyttelse som en
tradisjonell brannmur. Platen nnes i to størrelser for
bruk til peis og ovn. NB! Limet er ikke beregnet for
ekstra vekt.

Maling
Maling kan med fordel utføres før du setter opp
veggen. Bruk akryl eller vannbasert malingstype.
Brannmuren må ikke under noen omstendighet

FIG 1. Plasser skruen for den midlertidige
festebraketten ca 1280 mm over gulvet ca midt på
platen. Braketten er 2 mm tykk så distansen mellom
skruehode og vegg bør være ca 2,5 mm
FIG 2. Sprøyt godt med akryl eller silikon på de re
avstandsklossene på baksiden av brannmuren. Sørg
for at hele klossen er dekket.
FIG 3. Plasser brannveggen på gulvet med
distansepinnene ned mot gulvet og trykk brannveggen
mot den brennbare veggen slik at limet får god kontakt
med underlaget.
FIG 4. Plasser den midlertidige braketten ned bak
skruen på FIG 1 og foran brannmuren slik at denne
får støtte til limet er tørt. Limet tørker avhengig av hvor
mye underlaget suger, men braketten bør minimum
stå i tre døgn.

FIG 6. Plasser tetningslisten. De 10 mm med åpning
ned mot gulvet og på toppen av brannmuren må
ikke under noen omstendighet tildekkes. Klipp vekk
overødig tetningslist. NB! Luftstrømmen her er
en forutsetning for nedkjøling av den brennbare
veggen og tetting kan forårsake brann.

Nordpeis Firewall 100x130
The rewall from Nordpeis is glued directly onto the
back wall, unless it is a timber wall where a plate
rst must be mounted onto the wall. The rewall is
constructed with a 1cm air gap in the back, which
gives the rewall an excellent insulation capability.
The plate is only 2 cm thick (together with the rewall
a total of 3 cm) but still provides the same protection
as a traditional rewall. The plate is available in two
sizes for use with replace or stove. NB! The glue is
not estimated to hold any additional weight.

Paint
The wall can be painted prior to being mounted. Use
acrylic or water-based paint. The rewall must under
no circumstance be covered with wallpaper or any
other combustible material.
Assembly
Ensure that all loose parts are included:
A. Acrylic/Silicon
B. Temporary bracket
C. Screw
D. Sealing strip

FIG 1 Place the screw for the temporary mounting
bracket at about 1280 mm over the oor
approximately in the middle of the plate. The bracket
is 2 mm thick so the distance between the head of the
screw and the wall should be approximately 2.5 mm
FIG 2 The four distance blocks on the back of the
rewall must be sprayed abundantly with acrylic or
silicon. Ensure that the entire block is covered.
FIG 3 Place the rewall on the oor with the distance
elements down towards the oor and press the
rewall against the inammable wall so that the glue
gets good contact with the substrate.
FIG 4 Place the temporary bracket down behind the
screw (FIG 1) and in front of the rewall so that this is
supported until the glue has dried. Depending on the
suction of the substrate the time for the glue to set will
vary, the bracket should be in place for a minimum of
three days.

FIG 6 Place the sealing strip. The 10 mm of opening
down towards the oor and on top of the rewall
must not, under any circumstances, be covered. Trim
away excess sealing strip. NB! The airow here is
a prerequisite for the cooling of the inammable
wall and sealing it off can cause a re.
