Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Statement
The company complies with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (2012/19/EU) and its
formal statement is given below.
“In case the product cannot be repaired or you have purchased an electrical product from us that needs
recycling we are registered with the WeeeCare Compliance Scheme and we fully conform with the
European Union's WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU. Any WEEE supplied to the market by Forsberg Services
UK will be recycled by our head office in the United Kingdom. Our compliance scheme registration number
is WEE/GC2611VR and the cost of WEEE recycling as well as the annual reporting of WEEE is the
responsibility of Forsberg Services.
Under Forsberg Service's terms of reference, the customer (i.e.: end-user, reseller, or distributor of the
product) is responsible for all costs incurred by the transport associated with the return flow of WEEE to
Forsberg Services UK. Goods have to be shipped according to the terms set by Forsberg Services in the
contract or other terms of sale between Forsberg Services and the customer.
The WEEE products are to be shipped to Forsberg Services UK stating “WEEE Products” on the delivery
note and packaging. Forsberg Services will not provide any confirmation about receiving the returned
WEEE.”
RoHS Statement
The product has been designed and manufactured in accordance with RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) BS EN
50581:2012 and (2015/863) EN IEC 63000:2018 with all components being RoHS compliant.

UHF Radio
The radio module used in this device has been designed to operate in the 410-475 MHz and 902-928 MHz
frequency bands, the exact use of which differs from one region and/or country to another. The user of this
equipment must take care that the radio is not operated without the permission of the local authorities on
frequencies other than those specifically reserved and intended for use without a specific permit.
For each frequency range the maximum output power is 30dBm, with an antenna impedance of 50 ohms
required.
Radios operating in the 410-475 MHz band can be used in the following countries, either on license free
channels or on channels where operation requires a license. More detailed information is available at the
local frequency management authority.
Countries: AT, BE, BG, CA, CH, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, LV, MT, NL,
NO, PL, PT, RU, RO, SE, SI, SK, UK, US.
Operating a radio in the 406.0 to 406.1 MHz band in North America is strictly prohibited.
RF Exposure
To comply with FCC and ISED RF exposure compliance requirements for mobile transmitting
devices, a separation distance of at least 1.2 meters must be maintained between the UHF
antenna and all persons..
