under the tow har in a manner that will
retain the vehicle if the primary attach·
ment fails or breaks
free,
preferably
attached to different structural members
than those used for the primary attach-
ment. When towing vehicles on the
front wheels, the steering wheel should
be secured to maintain a straight ahead
position.
NOTE: Do not use the locking feature of
the Anti-Theft Lock to secure the front
wheels
for
towing purposes.
