Cut the pine strip (8) to six pieces with each having 23 mm of length.
Insert the cylinder head bolt (2) with spacer and waher (5) into the ø4
mm hole laterally as illustrated. Fix it with a washer (5) and nut (3) at
the front side.
Copy the template (page 4) to the acrylic glass or just fix the template
to the acrylic sheet with sellotape. Drill ø4 and ø10 holes .
Glue the six spacer pieces to the plywood plate as illustrated (see
template).
Copy the template (page 5) to the aluminium sheet or just fix the tem-
plate to the aluminium sheet with sellotape. Drill ø3 and ø10 holes .
Copy the template (page 6) to the plywood or just fix the template
to the plywood with sellotape. Drill ø4 and ø10 holes . For the 50 mm
holes and the elongated hole, pre-drill ø4 m holes at each sawing line
and saw it out.

Put the wooden balls (6&7) into the appropriate holes.Screw the aluminum sheet (11) onto the spacer pieces using bolts (1).
Place the cover (10) on the cylinder head bolts (2), align it with the
wooden balls and then fasten it with wing nuts (4).
Please note: Do not tighten wing nur too much! Acrylic sheet may
break!
