Instruction:
1. rill three ø 4 mm holes into two of four wooden strips
(1a). Then counter-bore the two outer drilled holes by a
depth of 4 mm.

2. Round o the two wooden strips (2) at one end as
shown. Drill two ø 4mm holes through both strips.
Then drill mirror-inverted a ø 8mm blind hole with
a depth of approx. 4mm through both strips (2).
Moreover drill a ø 8mm blind hole with a depth of
approx. 4mm into the 4mm holes at the rounded
sides (2).

3. Shorten the wooden strip (3) to a total length
of 148mm by using the ne saw or scroll saw
and clean the saw cuts. Afterwards mark the
centre point of the face sides and drill a ø 2mm
hole approx. 20mm deep.

4. Shorten the wooden strip (4) to a total length
of 240mm by using the ne saw or scroll saw
and clean the saw cuts.
Structure:
5. Glue the four wooden strips (1a + 1b) together and screw
them with four screws (7) as shown.
Note: The counterbores face out counterbores
6. Glue the 240mm long wooden strip (4) ush to the
bottom to the frame and let the glue dry well.

Take the remaining two wooden strips (1b)
and mark the centre point of the face sides.
In addition drill a ø 2mm hole approx. 20mm
deep.
