
A little more information
When attaching the case:
· After activation, turn your tracker on and take it outside. Wait a
few minutes.
· Your tracker should appear on the map soon after. If your tracker
does not appear on the map, please contact us.
· The tracking unit receives a GPS signal from the sky, this signal
can go through plastics, fabrics, under a car seat, in the glove
compartment, even under a car. Testing your tracker is the best
way to find out where it would work best for you.
· Sometimes you may get a drift in the map position if the Tracking
Unit is placed in much- concealed location. Please be aware that
the signal will not work if the tracker is totally enclosed in metal
or inside a building.
Make sure that the magnets are attached firmly,
otherwise look for an alternative location.
Do not place on a vehicle’s exhaust.
Do not place inside the wheel well.
Do not attach to parts that move.
Make sure the box will not be hit by any object.
When placing the tracker inside, the lights of the
tracker should face opposite to the magnets.
