1) Turn Moxi ON
Mini Automated
Cell Counter
Your Moxi Z comes with a partial battery charge
and can be used immediately. Alternatively, you
can charge the Moxi by connecting it to a
computer or power adapter via the supplied USB
cable. Be sure to disconnect the USB cable prior
to running samples.
Before you Begin:
- Moxi Z cassettes and diluent.
- Biological cell sample.
- Pipette and tips for 75μL aliquot.
Required Materials:
Quick Start Guide
-Type S Cassettes. Size range: 3 - 20um avg. dia.
Concentration range: 3,000 to 2,500,000 cells/ml
-Type M Cassettes. Size range: 4 - 25um avg. dia.
Concentration range: 3,000 - 500,000 cells/ml
For Adherent Cells: Aspirate media and detach
cells with appropriate disassociation media
(e.g., Accutase).
