Basic Operation:
Power on/off:
Press and hold the Power button for 2 sec to turn
on the camera, and activate Standby/Preview Mode.
Press and hold for 2 sec to turn off the camera
when camera is powered on.
Video Recording:
A. Torecord a video, press the “Video Record”
button on the right side of the device (second button
with a video recorder symbol on it). The unit will give
one short audio chirp. A ”red point” will appear, and
timer shows the recording time.
B. Press the “Video Record” button again to stop
recording. The “red point” will disappear, and timer
stops. The unit will stop recording and save the
video.
C. When the unit is powered off, if the user presses
the “Video Record” button, the device will turn on
and automatically start video recording.
D. If recording during the night or in the dark, long
press and hold the “IR/Laser Light” button. The IR
lights will turn on and the device will enter into Night
Mode. The video recorded in the dark will be in
black and white.
Photographing:
A. Totake photos, press the “Photographing” button
(the last button on the left side of the device with a
symbol of camera on it). The unit will start taking
pictures similar to a digital camera.
B. Totake photos while video recording, press the
“Photographing” button and the unit will capture a
photo of the picture recorded at that time without
interrupting the video recording.
C. Totake photos at night or in the dark, press and
hold “IR/Laser Light” button to go into Night Mode
and turn on the IR lights. Photos taken in Night Mode
will be black and white.
Sound Recording:
A. Torecord audio only, press the “Audio Recording”
button (located below the Camera button with a
microphone symbol on it). The unit will give one
short chirp briefly and a recording timer will appear
on the LCD screen display.
B. Tostop recording, press the “Audio Recording”
button again. The unit will vibrate give one short
chirp again and return to the video preview. The
audio recording will end and will be saved as an
audio file.

PTT:
Press and hold PTT button to talk in 2-way radio
state.
Several Tips:
A. In off mode, user can press the video recording
button to power on the camera, and the camera
will start recording directly. One Button Recording.
B. IR/ Laser Light button, single press is for laser
light; press and hold the button is for IR light.
C. Photographing button, single press is for
photographing, press and hold the button is for fill-
light.
D. Menu button, press this button to enter Menu
Setup, if user want to change an option, press it
again, it’s also a “Confirm” button.
E. Playback button, in preview mode, this button is
for playback menu; it’s also a button to return to
previous menu.
F. Up/Down button, to choose different options in
Setup or move cursor.
G. Power button, press and hold it to turn on/off
camera, single press to screen on/off.

Indicators
Working Indicator:
I) Red when shooting videos or taking pictures.
II) Orange when recording audio files.
Power Indicator:
I) Green when power on.
II) Green and yellow when charging.
III) Off when fully charged. Power
Indicator on Charger Dock:
Blue when connected to power source.
Battery Charging Indicator:
I) Red when being charged.
II) Off when fully charged.
> Photo Browse
In the preview mode, press Playback button to enter
into playback menu, move cursor to Snap Image,
press Menu button, then use Up or Down to select the
picture you want to browse, press the Menu button
again to confirm.
> Video Playback
In the preview mode, press Playback button to
enter into playback menu, move cursor to Recording,
press Menu button, then use Up or Down to select
the video you want to play, press the Menu button
again to play.
> Audio Playback
In the preview mode, press Playback button to enter
into playback menu, move cursor to Audio
Recording, press Menu button, then use Up or Down
to select the audio file you want to play, press the
Menu button again to play.

Setup Details:
>Local Video Setting
After turned on, in preview mode, press "Menu" to enter
into "Setup", press menu to enter Record setting, press
"Menu" again to set up resolution. There are 2 options,
2688x1512, 1920*1080P. Press "Up/Down" to select
different options, press "Menu" to confirm. The same
way to set up FPS, BitRate, File Size, PreRec, Ext Rec
etc.
>Live Video Setting
After turned on, in preview mode, press "Menu" to
enter into "Setup", move cursor to Platform, press
"Menu" again. Press “Up/Down”, “Menu” to set up live
video resolution, frame rate, Bit Rate, Platform
Server, Onvif etc.
>Network Setting
After turned on, in preview mode, press "Menu" to
enter into "Setup", move cursor to Network, press
"Menu" again. Press "Up/Down" to select different
network options, press "Menu" to confirm.
I) USB Net
When connecting the device to PC via USB, users
can use network adapter to visit the web client of the
device using PC.
II) Wifi
Enable WIFI and the unit will search Wifi SSID
around. Users can use up and down buttons to select
a particular WIFI and press “Menu” to enter password.
(Use Up/Down/Audio Recording/Photographing
buttons to move thecursor.)

>Wifi AP Mode
Press “Menu” button to enable the function. Check
out SSID number and enter password you want to
set up. Press Playback button to return to preview
mode. WIFI AP icon appear.
>GPS
Enable GPS function in the menu and press
Playback to return to preview mode. GPS icon will
be ready after GPS signal searching.
>4G
Enable 4G function in the menu and press Playback to
return to preview mode. 4G icon will be ready if you
have inserted a 4G SIM Card before.
>Additional Function Setting
After turned on, in preview mode, press "Menu"
to enter into "Setup", press menu to enter
Function setting.
I) IRCUT: Youcan choose day, night or auto
mode.
II) Image Quality: 4M/8M/16M/32M
III) MicVol: Volume of microphone from1-10
IV) SpkVol: Volume of speaker form1-10
V) KeyTone: Turn on/off sound of this unit.
VI) Vibration: Turn on/off vibration of thisunit.

>System Setting
After turned on, in preview mode, press "Menu" to
enter into "Setup", move cursor to System press
"Menu" again. Press "Up/Down" and “Menu” set up
system information.
>How To Insert SIM Card
Open SIM Card port when powered off, insert
your micro SIM card with face up as you see
indication picture shown below, push the card
inside until you heard a crack sound. Power on the
unit and enable 4G function to check if SIM card is
working correctly.
>Device Information
After turned on, in preview mode, press "Menu" to
enter into "Setup", move cursor to DeviceInfo press
"Menu" again. Press "Up/Down" and “Menu” set up
device information.
