Accessory: Converter (DV12V & Network plug) for IPC
connection
Before connecting solar pane, make sure the power switch
to "O" state,
connect negative electrode first, then the positive electrode.
When IPC Working LED is Always Off & Always On, if I
PC power LED (F) is checked normal, please check if IPC
wiring and connectors are proper.
IPC came with waterproof connector, need to put
waterproof head onto Cat5e / Cat6 cable in advance,
then perform crimping the crystal head.
If the microwave power indicate abnormal, you need to
contact the engineers, returned to factory for repair.
According to the signal strength, to adjust the angle and
direction inbetween the microwave receive and transmit.
If there is no output of solar panel, please check if there
is crack in solar panel, wiring is correct or cable is
damaged.
Should power supply irregular occurs, if there is
sufficient sunshine, the device will be charged up
automatically and recovered, IPC & Microwave
will enter normal working stage when battery is recovered
to normal level, human intervention is not required. If it is
unable to recover for a long time, please check if there is
crack in solar panel, wiring is correct or cable is damaged.
Should power supply irregular occurs, if there is
insufficient sunshine, need to remove the microwave
device, charge via the external charging port.
For several days without or insufficient sunlight, battery
too low will happen. When sunlight restored, the solar
panels will charge up the battery, according to sunlight
conditions, it takes 5-15 days to fully charge the battery.
SPMW300-500 charging time 6 hours can be filled, do
not charge more than 10 hours
SPMW300-1000 charging time 12 hours can be filled,
do not charge more than 20 hours
After fully charged, unplug the power cord and turn the
power switch to "O" state, charging indicator stays On
for a while then Off and this is a normal phenomenon
due to a small electric charge by capacitor within
the charging device, charging indicator will turn Off after
discharge.
Make sure Power Switch is Off before charging, plug in
the charging power cord, and then Switch to charging
state
After fully charge, first unplug the charging power cord,
and turn the Switch to Off state

Device battery level should below 25% for transportation,
fully charged is prohibited.
Special circumstances so require fully charged in transport,
take precaution to avoid Intense vibration or collision,
high temperature.
Device inside enclosed car under sun exposure is prohibited.
Banging the device is prohibited.
Drilling the device is prohibited.
Storage environment above 120 ° F (50 ° C) or below
14 ° F (-10 ° C) is prohibited.
Device installation height up as far as
possible, in the shadow of solar panel to
reduce sun exposure.

When delivered to installation site,
device charging steps as below:
(1). Power switch to "-" state, device selftest, battery level indicator
(D) shown normal.
(2). Power switch to "O" state
(3). Plug in charging power cord
(4). Power switch to "=" state
(5). SPMW300-500 takes about 6 hours to fully charge, do not charge
more than 10 hours.
SPMW300-1000 takes about 12 hours to fully charge, do not
charge more than 20 hours.
(6). After fully charged, unplug the charging power cord, turn the power
switch to "O" state, charging indicator stays On for a while then Off,
this is a normal phenomenon due to a small amount of electric

West 15 degree.

10. Solar Microwave System cabling
- perform cabling in according to the schemac diagram
1. Microwave signal receiving angle range is 60° (as shown in the figure below)
2. Adjust the receiver and transmier direcon angle, the stronger the signal,
the beer.
