WARNINGS FOR INSTALLER AND USER
All the operations indicated on these warnings must be carried out by quali ied sta according to the
regulations in orce.
This category I 3B/P appliance can only run on Butane/Propane and does not need any adjustment.
ATTENTION: don’t move the appliance during use or when it is still warm.
Change deteriorated gas pipes and replace them be ore expiry date imprinted on
the pipe.
Pipes must not be dented in any parts and must be installed in such a way that
they don’t have to be placed under any strain.
They must not come into contact with any hot part.
Nevertheless a ter connection check that the burner lame is stable and properly
ventilated.
A r regulat on band: i not already itted, it it as in the photo, observing the
dimension X=5mm, which is to be considered indicative and can be modi ied in
relation to the appearance o the lame.
THE GAS BOTTLE SHALL RUN ON A MAXIMUM OF 10 KG. OF BUTANE
The label is on the ront o the appliance.
WARNINGS FOR INSTALLER
INSTALLATION OF THE APPLIANCE
The appliance can be placed on a sur ace with the ollowing speci ications:
- the support shall have a temperature resistance o at least 80°C;
- ONLY FOR OUTDOOR USE
- Installation must be carried out ollowing the installation regulations in orce
CONNECTION TO GAS SUPPLY
The appliance operates with butan/propan gas and must be connected using lexible pipes to hose holder.
The lexible pipe must be in accordance with the particular laws in orce.
The rubber lexible pipe must be in accordance with the standards in orce and ixed to hose holder with
clamp. Pressure regulator o the gas bottle must be in accordance with the regulations in orce (DO NOT
USE HIGH PRESSURE REGULATORS!)
The installation o this appliance must be carried out by quali ied person in accordance with the
requirements o the gas sa ety regulations, the local building regulations and the by-laws o the local
undertakings.
It should also be in accordance with any relevant requirements o the local gas region o LPG supplier, the
local authority and the relevant recommendations o the standards (latest edition) concerned.
All gas cylinder connection and replacement operations shall be per ormed by skilled sta in compliance
with the ollowing observations:
- Be ore connecting the cylinder care ully close the burner’s taps and those o the cylinder to be replaced.
Unscrew the pressure adjuster o the cylinder by unscrewing the nut in clockwise direction.
- Remove protection hood rom the cylinder to be connected and unscrew the closing nut (le t threaded).
The closing tap must not be damaged.
- A ter checking i the gasket is in place on the cylinder tap and that no gasket is stuck to the pressure
adjuster, manually screw the pressure adjuster by turning the nut in anticlockwise direction.
- Do not turn the adjuster. Make sure that the pipe is not being pulled.

Recommendat ons
A ter installation check that the connections are properly astened.
NEVER USE FLAMES TO SEEK GAS LEAKS, USE FOAMY LIQUIDS ONLY.
MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE
- Be ore each operation close gas supply tap
- Regularly check the state o the lexible pipe
- For correct unctioning, check the burner tap once a year and i necessary change in compliance with the
ollowing instructions:
• Overturn the appliance
• Pull out the Venturi burner
• Unscrew tap astening screw rom burner
• Unscrew tap and change
AFTER THIS OPERATION, CHECK THE FASTENING WITH FOAMY LIQUID
WARNINGS FOR USER
We recommend you to check that installation o your appliance has been done correctly. Also check the
appliance once a year with regard to the state o connection and tap pipes, etc.
The manu acturer disclaims all liability or any damage caused by incorrect installation or incorrect use o
the appliance.
All modi ications to the appliance can be damaging.
USE OF THE APPLIANCE
TURNING BURNER ON
- Open cylinder by turning the tap counter clockwise
- Turn adjustment control (1) le t and bring lame close to the burner, keep the sa ety-valve’s knob (2)
depressed or a ew seconds
- Adjust lame according to cooking speed. For highest lame turn the control entirely le t.
TURNING BURNER OFF
When cooking is complete turn the control knob on the right direction and close gas cylinder.
USING PANS
The lame should never come round the sides o the pan.

WARNING: to avo d overheat ng and lack of a r that could comprom se funct onal ty of burner and tap,
you must not place ron and cast ron plate or other over the appl ance.
CLEANING
1) Clean the appliance each time it is used
2) The sur aces shall be cleaned with a damp sponge and detergent
3) Never leave salty liquids on the sur ace
4) ATTENTION: never use abrasive detergents
5) To clean burners: use a damp sponge and soap or a special detergent
6) I the burner is not used or a prolonged period o time, replace in its package and keep in a dry and
clean area
7) I the burner and Venturi meter holes are blocked never use metallic objects to unblock them. The
diameter o the holes could be changed, thus causing the appliance to mal unction. For example use
compressed air.
8) For any technical problem contact the installer or a skilled technical expert
Only a skilled technical expert can replace the parts o the burner.

GUARANTEE
This guarantee is valid or 24 months rom the date o purchase (as proven by the sales rece pt).
It covers, in the event o manu acturing de ects, replacement o the material ound to be de ective and labour costs.
Replacement or repair o the unit does not prolong its duration.
Upon expiration o the a orementioned period, the guarantee is no longer valid and service will be provided with costs charged or
replaced parts, labour and transport, based on current prices.
The guarantee is voided by the ollowing causes:
- external in luxes
- unpro essional installation and maintenance
- ailure to comply with instructions or use
- damage caused by transport
- uncontrollable events
- inappropriate use
- use o non-original spare parts
- arbitrary tampering
- di erent uel
- normal wear
and any causes not attributable to the manu acturer.
The warranty is also excluded on all painted parts.
The manu acturer shall not be held liable or any direct or indirect damage to individuals or property caused by original de ects or
anomalies in the equipment or resulting rom orced suspension o its use.
