trademark, we were guided to offer an easy tool for everyday video
surveillance and security tasks for any type of objects.
All Partizan equipment passes a three-level quality control, which
minimizes the possibility of manufacturing defects. For all Partizan
equipment 24 months warranty from date of sale.
This document describes the key hardware features, connection
diagrams, as well as cautions and warranty conditions. Before working
on equipment, please read carefully these important materials.

WARNING
Please, before use this equipment read carefully this manual for your
safety.
Read and notice warranty conditions and terms.
In case of broken equipment, please contact to your Sales or certified
service center.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages or fault caused
by this equipment.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Do not connect the camera to the unregulated power supply. It can
lead to fire, electric shock or other hazards.
Power supply and operating temperature must comply with the
operational requirements of the camera.
Do not install the camera near a radiator or heater.
Do not expose the lens to direct sunlight - it can damage it.
Do not use the camera without lightning protection equipment.
Do not attempt to disassemble the camera, as this will void the
warranty.
Voltage drop can cause cyclic reboot or turn off the camera.
When the camera is mounted on metal surfaces is recommended to
isolate them from the camera body.

CAMERA DIMENSIONS
RJ-45 - is a standard type of connector for network cables such as
those used in Ethernet networks. We recommend using 100 meters
(maximum) lengths of Category 5e twisted-pair cabling. PoE
standard IEEE 802.3af is supported.
DC12V - an electrical connector for supplying direct current (DC)
power. Please, use DC Power Plug Connector with 5.5 mm outside
diameter.

INSTALLATION STEPS
Before camera installation it is recommended to configure the IP
address and change the default password. This can be done by
Internet Explorer, or by using the utility UpdateTool. Remember and
write down your password! Forgotten password can be reset only at
the service center.
For easy mounting we provide substrate, which schematically noted
designated for drilling the mounting surface.
Using included dowels, mount the camera on the surface.
If the camera is mounted on a metal surface - it is recommended to
additionally use a polypropylene or a rubber gasket to prevent the
camera body or other static discharges.
Using hex tools adjust the angle and rotation of the camera.
After mounting the camera adjust the camera angle and sharpness.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If the camera IP address is not known, use for the searching cameras
UpdateTool, software CMS, or the search function in the DVR.
Before the simultaneous enabling of multiple cameras, change the
default IP address of the camera. Otherwise the camera will not be
available over the network.
Camera configuration is available only in Internet Explorer. If the
configuration menu is not available, add the camera IP address at the
list of trusted websites (Main Menu: Tools-Internet options-Security-
Trusted sites. Button «WebSites»). In some cases, we recommend
using «compatibility Mode». After adding an address, and turn on
compatibility mode, then restart Internet Explorer.
To display video streams in other browsers use the add-in QuickTime
or VLC. The relevant amendments are set separately for each browser.
During cyclic camera reboot make sure the power source, issue the
necessary power. Test the device with another power source and a
short cord from the power supply to the camera.
Fuzzy or blurred image can be caused by a misconfiguration of the
lens. Adjust the focus and sharpness of the lens.

WARRANTY
In case of detection of the defect, the Buyer, upon presentation of
these conditions of warranty service, has the right to repair, acquired from
the Seller equipment (except for equipment installation) during a
guarantee period (24 months from the date of purchase). Warranty cases
when the equipment is out of order due to violations of the rules of use,
storage or transportation of product, actions of third parties. All customer
claims must be expressed in writing in the warranty card with a
description of the sequence of actions resulting there was a loss of
serviceability of the equipment.
Product not covered by the warranty in cases:
Loss of warranty service conditions;
Violations of the rules of operation, namely:
1) The use of equipment in conditions not stipulated by the
manufacturer's instruction, the excess of recommended
manufacturer of load;
2) The presence of mechanical damage (dents, cracks, chips, etc.);
3) The presence of the circumcision cables or connectors (cropping
cables are allowed only at the distance of 1 cm from the
connector). Please note that part of the cable from the junction
box to the camera itself is a technological and in any case can’t
be damaged or cut, as it will lead to loss of warranty and break
your camera;

4) Missing or damaged seals on the device;
5) Finalization of the functional blocks of the device to modify the
factory characteristics and use of equipment in the conditions, not
provided for by its underlying characteristics;
6) Faults caused by ingestion of foreign objects;
7) Failure of the device elements as a result of thunderstorms or
other natural phenomena;
8) The presence of chemical, electrochemical, electrostatic, thermal
damage;
9) Damage caused by the mismatch of power supply, cabling
communication, by the requirements specified in the device's
instruction;
10)The presence of the damage caused by the installation of
nonconforming components specifications (which are not
included with the unit);
11)Incorrect work with the hardware and software products and/or
incorrect reprogramming.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage of other equipment, which works in conjunction with this
device;
Compatibility with this device of software products and third party
products as to their compatibility and configuration systems.

Disclaimer of other warranties:
The Seller, under any circumstances, be liable for any damages
whatsoever (including without limitation loss of profits, business
interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss)
arising from the use or inability to use the purchased equipment.
Other conditions:
All transportation costs are paid by the buyer and are not refundable;
Warranty term will be increased at the time of the equipment repair;
Warranty repair is carried out on the territory of the Service center
of the Seller.

TERMS AND STAGES OF WARRANTY REPAIR
Upon detection of equipment failure, the buyer will contact the
seller to fill in the warranty card and hand over the product for the
technical expertise and repair. After receipt of the equipment, Service
center within 3 (three) working days diagnose equipment and provide a
conclusion on the degree of fault and the timing of repair. This conclusion
and the repair terms refers to the Buyer via e-mail or mobile phone.
In case of no warranty repair, Service center provides an invoice
specifying the work and the cost of repairs, which is transferred for
review and approval to the Buyer.
Repair of equipment takes up to ten (10) working days if the
necessary component base. In other cases, the date of the repair and
possible use of buffer stock will be reported separately. Details and
conditions are discussed individuallywith the lead Manager or specialists
of the Service center.
After repairs, with the Buyer agreed time and method of obtaining
the restored equipment.

НЕОБХОДИМО ПОМНИТЬ
Перед тем, как выполнять любые работы по подключению
камер, внимательно изучите инструкцию по эксплуатации для
безопасной работы с продуктом и гарантийные условия.
При возникновении неисправностей, пожалуйста, обратитесь к
Продавцу или в сертифицированный сервисный центр.
Производитель не несет ответственности и не возмещает ущерб
за дефекты, возникшие по вине потребителя при несоблюдении
правил эксплуатации и монтажа.
МЕРЫ ПРЕДОСТОРОЖНОСТИ
Не подключайте камеру к электропитанию от
нестабилизированного источника. Это может привести к
возгоранию, поражению электрическим током или
возникновению других опасностей.
Источник питания и рабочая температура должны
соответствовать эксплуатационным требованиям камеры.
Не рекомендуется использование камеры без грозозащитного
оборудования.
Запрещается самостоятельно разбирать камеру, так как это
приведет к потере гарантии.
Падение напряжения питания может привести к циклической
перезагрузке или отключению камеры.
При установке камеры на металлические поверхности
рекомендуется изолировать от них корпус камеры.

ГАБАРИТЫ ОБОРУДОВАНИЯ
RJ-45 –стандартный коннектор для подключения ксетям
Ethernet. Рекомендуется использовать кабель типа «витая пара»
категории 5е, который не превышает длину 100 метров.
Стандарт IEEE 802.3af (технология PoE) поддерживается.
DC12V –стандартный коннектор питания для подключения
блока питания постоянного тока 12В. Рекомендуется
использовать коннектор питания с внешним диаметром 5.5 мм.

УСТАНОВКА ОБОРУДОВАНИЯ
Перед установкой камеры рекомендуется выполнить настройку
IP адреса и сменить стандартный пароль. Это можно выполнить
при помощи браузера Internet Explorer, либо при помощи
утилиты UpdateTool. Запишите установленный пароль!
Забытый пароль можно сбросить только при помощи
сервисного центра.
Для удобства монтажа в комплекте предоставляется монтажная
подложка на клейкой основе, на которой схематически отмечено
места для сверления поверхности установки камеры.
Используя дюбеля, входящие в комплект, закрепите камеру на
поверхности.
Если камера устанавливается на металлическую поверхность –
рекомендуется дополнительно применять полипропиленовую
или резиновую прокладку во избежание попадания на корпус
камеры статических или иных разрядов.
Используя шестигранные ключи отрегулируйте угол наклона и
поворот камеры.
После установки камеры отрегулируйте угол обзора камеры и
резкость.
