higher power output efficient than a 41600mAh/3.7V/154Wh design.
Q4: When a PaWa Box is fully charged, will the designated PaWa charger continue to charge,
or do I need to remove the PaWa Box from the PaWa charger as a precaution?

A: This product is a high-capacity smart power bank comprised of 16 LG battery 18650 cells to
provides its 41600mAh capacity. In simultaneous charging conditions whereby the charge
(input) and discharge (output) are the same. It may cause abnormal operation of the PaWa
Box such as: incorrect LED battery display or abnormal charging behavior.
Due to this constant charging, batteries may experience excessive heat releasing and thus be
prone to overheating or damage, therefore to ensure the safety and operational stability of the
batteries, the product has an “overload protection mechanism”. To avoid simultaneous charge
and discharge, the PaWa Box controller will stop the charging process. If this occurs, unplug all

devices connected to the PaWa Box and wait 15 seconds, after which, press the power on
switch to resume normal charging operations.
Q13: Why the LED capacity indicator only turn on for 10 seconds? How to check the internal

connected to a PaWa charger or has multiply devices charging at the same time.
Q15: PaWa Box output ports have 5V/2.25A but no 5V/1A output port
A: For devices with higher capacity battery, a high current source is needed.
Q16: Is PaWa Box able to charge up to six devices simultaneously no matter its battery status?
A: The product has “low battery voltage protection” and therefore can support charging of
multiply devices based on the following power levels (approximately):
LED Battery Indicator:
[ ON o o o ] 1 to 25%: tablet (x2) or smartphone (3)
[ ON ON o o ] 26 to 50%: tablet (x4) or smartphone (5)
[ ON ON ON o ] 51 to 75%: tablet (x6) or smartphone (8)
[ ON ON ON ON ] 76 to 100%: tablet (x8) or smartphone (x10)
When the PaWa Box is low on power and voltage, the above operation may result in abnormal
charging processes due to the installed “low battery voltage protection” causing discharge to be
stopped until the device has sufficiently stored charge.
To return to proper charging operations, simply unplug all devices from the USB ports, recharge
to at least 26~50% status.

Q17: How do I know the PaWa Box is charging my devices?
