care and cleaning
• Clean regularly with a mild detergent solution and/or clean water applied with a soft
cloth or sponge.Rub gently.
• Do not use any abrasive cleaners such as steel wool or scrub pads.
• Deep clean once a week with a recommended cleanser(be sure to rub in the direction
of the finish lines) and a soft cloth or sponge rather than aggressive cleaning.
Some Don'ts:
• Don't leave wet sponges,cloths, cleaning pad, rubber mats or dishpans in the sink.
This could lead to surface rust or possible pitting.
• Do not leave standing solutions of chlorine bleach and water in the sink for extended
periods of time. Always rinse the sink after using such solutions.
• Do not allow liquid soap or other cleansers to dry on the surface of the sink.
• Rinse and wipe the sink dry after every use to prevent water spotting &mineral deposits
in severe hard water conditions.
Cleaning
Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.This sink will be replaced at no charge(excluding
replacement labor and transportation costs) if the sink is proven defective by YingAo.This limited
lifetime warranty is void if the sink has been moved from its initial installation site or if ownership of
the product has changed.
This sink is to be used only in a residential application and installed using appropriate industry standards
(i.e. no screws or nails through the flange.)
This warranty does not apply if the cleaning instructions are not adhered to or visible damage is caused
by abuse or negligence.
YingAo shall not liable for;
• Improper installation or modification
• Damages occurring from abuse
• Improper care or maintenance
• Improper applications
• Scratches or chemical damage
• Non residential use
This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied.This warranty does not cover any
liability for consequential or incidental damages, all of which are hereby expressly disclaims,or the
extension beyond the duration of this warranty.
THE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND STATED ONLY FOR THE BUYERS.NO OTHER WARRA-
TIES,WHETHER EXPRESS,STATUTORY,OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WA-
RRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR AN INTENDED PURPOSE,ALL OF WHICH
ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.YINGAO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL,SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE GOODS
OF SERVICES SUPPLIED HEREUNDER.
Please note chlorides are found in most all soap,detergents,blenches,and cleansers.Chlorides
can be harsh on stainless steel. Rinse your sink thoroughly after each use to remove any chloride
residue.
Scratches
Scratches are inevitable during your usage over time.Use a nylon pad with an iron free abrasive polishing
compound.Follow the original polish lines to blend out the scratch in a small area.Be cautions not to
overdo the process,too aggressive procedure will result in a bright spot.
