Stage I –Screwing the goal together
1. At the beginning connect together the main frame of the goal (pos. 1), consisting of 2 posts and
a crossbar. Slide the corner connector inside the aluminum profiles from the beveled ends, so that
the posts and the crossbar form a right angle. Use countersunk head screws (screws included with
the corner element kit) to screw the corner connector with aluminum profiles. See the picture on the
right. NOTE: The ribs in the posts and crossbar must coincide.
2. Place the flat bar (pos. 3) in the
groove of the main frame, near the
corner.
3. Fix the upper hinges: left (pos. 5) and right (pos. 6) to the main frame
(pos. 1), using spring washers (pos. 22) and cylindrical head screws
(pos. 13), which should be screwed to the previously inserted flat bar
(pos. 3) –see the picture on the left.
4. Slide the flat bar (pos. 2) into
the groove of the post and set it
at the height of the lower bow
fixing point. Fix the lower
hinges (pos. 7 and 8) to the
main frame (pos. 1), using the same screws and washers as in the previous point. Screw the
cylindrical head screw (pos. 13) to the previously inserted flat bar (pos. 2). See the picture on
the right.
5. In the next step, attach the bows (pos. 9 and 10) to the hinges, using round head screws (pos.
14), washers 8 (pos. 21) and self-locking nuts (pos. 16). Screws should be embedded in the
hinge from the side with specially prepared square holes. Screw the braces on the bows (pos. 8 and 9) to the flat with a threaded rod
(pos. 4) in the crossbar groove, using wing nut (pos. 18) and washers 10 (pos. 20).
6. To make the whole structure more rigid, in the rear part connect the bows (pos. 9 and
10) with the bottom crossbar (pos. 11). Fasten the bottom crossbar, using round head
screws (pos. 15) and wing nuts (pos. 19). See the picture on the left.
7. Put the net (pos. 27) and fix it to the
main frame, bows and bottom
crossbar, using plastic handles (pos.
26).
