Thank you for choosing our product. Please read this manual carefully before assembling or using
the product to avoid damage caused by improper use. Please pay special attention to the safety
instructions. If the product is passed on to third parties, this manual has to be passed on along
with the product.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
1. Warning: Only for domestic use.
2. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe
and effi cient use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used
properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of
all warnings and precautions.
3. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you
have any physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety, or
prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your doctor’s advice is essential if you are
taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
4. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed, dizzy or nauseous. If
you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing
with your exercise program.
5. The equipment must be assembled and disassembled by adult only. Two people are
recommended unfolding and closing the equipment. Be careful and keep your hands away
from the folding mechanisms to prevent fi ngers from being trapped and pinched when
performing unfolding and closing.
6. Keep pets away from the equipment.
7. Warning: To be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
8. Use the equipment on a solid, fl at level surface with a protective cover for your fl oor or
carpet. For safety, the equipment should have at least 0.5 meter of free space all around it.
9. Before using the equipment, check if the nuts and bolts are securely tightened.
10. The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for
damage and/or wear and tear.
11. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you fi nd any defective components whilst
assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the
equipment during use, stop immediately. Do not use the equipment until the problem has
been rectifi ed.
12. Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing which may
get caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.
13. The equipment is under Class H and Class C.
14. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
15. The equipment is not to be used for gymnastics or acrobatics. It should not be used for
aerial fl ips or any other gymnastic or acrobatic feats.
16. Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 100 kgs.
17. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back.
Always use proper lifting techniques and/or use assistance.

18. Remove any objects on or under the trampoline before use.
19. Do not use the trampoline if you have any foreign objects on you. Remove glasses, jewelry,
watches, etc. and empty your pockets before use.
20. Jump only in the center of the jumping mat.
21. Jump only when the surface of the trampoline mat is dry.
22. Never allow more than one person jump on the trampoline at a time. Two or more people
jumping at the same time can cause serious injury.
23. No somersaulting is allowed on the trampoline.
24. Do not use the trampoline in the dark.
25. People who suffer from ankle injuries are not allowed to use the trampoline.
26. Do not attempt to crawl under the trampoline.
27. Do not jump onto or off the trampoline, or use the trampoline as a springboard to other
objects.
28. Never use the trampoline under the infl uence of drugs or alcohol.

EXERCISE INSTRUCTIONS
Using the trampoline will provide you with several benefi ts. It will improve your physical fi tness,
tone muscles and in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet help you lose weight.

Calf and achilles stretches
1. The warm-up phase
This stage helps get the blood fl owing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will
also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises as
shown above. Each stretch should be held for approximately 30 seconds. Do not force or jerk your
muscles into a stretch - if it hurts, stop.
2. The cool-down phase
This stage is to let your cardio-vascular system and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm
up exercise. Reduce your tempo and continue at the slower pace for approximately 5 minutes. The
stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles
into the stretch.
As you get fi tter you may need to train longer and harder. It is advisable to train at least three
times a week, and if possible space your workouts evenly throughout the week.
