USING YOUR APPLIANCE
1. Switch “ON” the boiling ring by turning
the variable temperature control to
the preferred temperature. When the
indicator light illuminates, the boiling ring is
powered on.
2. You can select the temperature with the
variable temperature control from the
settings listed below:
Temperature Settings
Min: For simmering delicate foods, thickening
sauces and slow cooking
Med: For simmering large quantities and
shallow frying
Max: Rapid heating and boiling
3. When not in use, make sure the variable
temperature control is in the “OFF”
position and the mains plug is removed
from the mains supply.
4. The Indicator light will switch o when
the boiling ring reaches the selected
temperature.
5. The Indicator light will switch on again to
maintain the desired temperature.
6. Some requirements for the cookware
used for cooking.
a) For the most ecient use of the boiling
ring, the cookware used should be with a
solid base and be as even as possible,
and with a diameter of about 18mm to
20mm, and a maximum quantity of
12 litres.
b) Cookware with a base diameter smaller
than the diameter of the boiling ring
should not be used.
c) Cookware with convex, concave or
uneven bottoms should not
be used.
CLEANING AND CARE
It is important that you follow the cleaning
instructions soon after use to prevent build up
of food on the appliance
• Disconnect the mains plug of the
appliance from the mains supply when
not in use
• Do not immerse the boiling ring in any
liquid.
• Clean the dirty surface with a soft, damp
cloth and mild detergent.
• Cooking spills on the boiling ring can be
removed with a household cleaner.
• Commercially available cleaners for the
boiling ring are recommended to preserve
the natural nish of your appliance.
• Store the appliance after it has cooled
down.
STORAGE
• When not in use, store the boiling ring in a
safe, dry place, out of reach of children.

OF THE APPLIANCE IN WATER SUCH AS
MOTOR UNITS OR PLUGS.
