(A) Use liquid thread lock (such as Loctite
®
) with all threaded hardware. Important: Liquid thread lock (prior to
curing helps to eliminate the common problem of "thread seizure" in stainless steel hardware by serving as a
lubricant during assembly.
(B) Do not pour concrete until the equipment is completely assembled, leveled and plumbed. Concrete must be
allowed to cure completely before using the equipment (at least 72 hours).
(C) Refer to Installation Manual for 09 Collars, 11 Socket Clamps, and 1309 Half Wall assembly instructions.
(D) Use appropriate compliant protective surfacing and adjust footing depths accordingly. See free publication -
The Handbook for Public Playground Safety, Publication #325 at www.CPSC.gov for the surfacing appropriate
for the fall height of the equipment or consult you surfacing supply representative.

into footing hole. Allow at least 72 hours to cure
before using this equipment. (See Note B.)

Parts List
Specifications
Periodically tighten all screws, bolts and nuts. A
periodic inspection of all parts is necessary. If a part
is broken or worn, replace immediately. For general
maintenance please refer to our Playground
Maintenance Manual.
Maintenance
Assembled Parts List
GEO-WAVE CLIMBER:
Shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally
molded, Linear Low Density Polyethylene with an
average double wall thickness of 1/4". The Geo-
Wave Climber shall be approximately 35" in width,
69" in length, and 14" deep. The Geo-Wave
Climber is designed to be attached to decks 24" to
60" in height. The Geo-Wave Inclined Link is
designed for decks with a maximum difference of
24" in height.
GEO-WAVE DECK MOUNT BRACKET:
Shall be formed from 1/4" sheet steel. The Geo-
Wave
Deck Mount Bracket has a multi-stage baked-on
powder coat finish.
GEO-WAVE CLIMBER LEG:
Shall be fabricated using 1.029" O.D., 14 Ga. steel
tubing. The Geo-Wave Climber Leg has a multi-
stage baked-on powder coating.
HARDWARE:
Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or
galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion.
