Disposal and recycling information
Package
This package can be 100% recycled. Follow your local recycling regulations when
disposing of the package. Packing materials (plastic bags, polystyrene parts etc.) are
to be kept away from children due to potential danger.
Disposal
This appliance is produced in accordance with directive 2012/19/EG, Waste Electrical
and Electronical Equipment (WEEE). This means that the manufacturer/importer is
responsible for the collection, handling and recycling of a used product. The crossed-
over trash bin symbol shows that the appliance has to be disposed separately from
ordinary household waste. Dispose the electronic equipment at recycling centers for
electrical waste so as to help conserve natural resources.

This appliance is CE-marked and has been manufactured in accordance to Low
Voltage Directive (LVD) 2006/95/EG, demands in Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC)
directive 2004/108/EG as well as the Restriction of Hazardous Substance Directive
(RoHS) 2011/65/EG.The safety of this appliance can only be guaranteed when it
is connected and used in a correct way according to the safety information in this
manual.

Overview Installation and pairing
Start by charging the battery with the included USB cable. Use a free USB port on your
computer or a USB charger (5 V, 300 mA). The battery is fully charged when the battery
indicator turns off. A ashing light indicates that the battery needs charging.
The USB-receiver is located underneath the keyboard. Insert it in a free USB-port on
your computer. Turn on the keyboard using the power switch. Your computer should
automatically detect new hardware and install the necessary drivers. Press and hold
the F1 (RF) key until the communication indicator stops ashing to pair the keyboard
and the receiver. Your Mediatrack Edge is now ready for use. If the keyboard loses its
connection to the receiver you may have to pair the units again.
If the Mediatrack Edge is left unused for 30 minutes, it will enter sleep mode in order
to save battery power. Press any key to wake it up.

The touchpad moves the mouse cursor and also has the following functions:
1One-nger tap equals a left mouse button click.
2Two-nger tap equals a right mouse button click.
3Follow the dotted line on the right side to scroll.
4Pinch to zoom in or out.
To lock or unlock the touchpad, slide in the direction of the arrow.
A three-nger tap equals a middle mouse button click.
