Note:
•This product is intended to only be used in stationary locations not subject
to high g-force events or prolonged excessive vibration.
•Do not exceed 15lbs total weight mounted to the device in vertically
mounted locations.
•Ensure mounting surface is clean and flat. Paint, material type, and surface
imperfections on the mating surface will affect performance.

CONFIGURATION

For use with PMT Universal Tablet Cradles:
Step 1 –Place the 4x ¼-20 nuts over the threaded holes on the bottom of the
cradle as shown
Step 2 –Place the magnet mount assembly over the nuts as shown, and use the
provided M4 x 20mm screws to fasten the Magnet Mount to the Cradle. Notice
use of the offset VESA holes to allow clearance from the lock module.

CONFIGURATION
For use with PMT Laptop Docking Stations and Cradles:
Note:
Depending on which laptop dock you are attaching to there may be slight
variations in which holes and hardware is used.
Step 1 –Remove the mounting plate from your PMT docking station and save
the screws for a later step.
Step 2 –Place the mounting plate on the magnet mount on one of the VESA 75
patterns that will work depending on the size of the plate to allow access to the
top and bottom mounting holes. Most PMT laptop docks will require the 4x flat
head screws for this purpose, however others will use 4x ¼-20 button head
screws

Step 3 –Turn your laptop docking station over and place the Magnet Mount
with mounting plate on top as shown
For use with PMT Tablet Docking Stations and Cradles:
Step 1 –Remove the mounting plate from your PMT tablet docking station and
attach to the Magnet Mount using the 4x provided ¼-20 button head screws.

CONFIGURATION
Step 2 –Place your PMT tablet docking station in the mounting plate and fasten
with the screws provided with your dock.
Note:
The Magnet Mount can be used with other manufacturers docks and cradles as
well. Some units may require the threaded holes on the PMT Magnet Mount be
drilled out to apx .257” (1/4” clearance) and use 4x ¼-20 screws to attach to the
dock from the underside of the Magnet Mount. Some docks/cradles may require
additional hardware.

OPTIONAL CONFIGURATION
The Magnet Mount can also be used with additional optional tilt brackets. These
brackets can be utilized to provide vertical positioning on a horizontal surface for
a tablet solution, or as an adjustable angle device for better ergonomics for
laptops.
To attach the tilt bracket to the Magnet Mount use the provided 3/8” flat head
bolt assembly that comes with PMT tilt brackets.
