SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read and understand the entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install
the product.
For use with “HBT” track series only..
Before starting the installation, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by
removing the fuse at the fuse box. Turning off the power to the light switch is not sufficient to
prevent electrical shock.
This unit is suitable for indoor use only.
To avoid risk of electrical shock or fire do not modify this lamp; if any modfication is made,
it may render the product unsafe.
Save these instructions and refer to them for changes to the track configuration.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Required Supply Circuit: 120 V, 60 Hz
Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire of the supply circuit.
Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire of the supply circuit.
Use U.L./CSA listed wire connectors suitable for the size, type and number of conductors.
Secure wire connectors with U.L./CSA listed electrical tape.
All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, ordinances, and the National
Electric Code. If you are unfamiliar with methods of installing electrical wiring, secure the
services of a qualified licensed electrician.
This system is intended to be supplied by a single 120-volt branch circuit. Before you begin,
check circuit load.
This system is to be mounted to an electrical junction box at a minimum of 6 ft. above ground
level and 6 in. from any combustible material. The box must be directly supported by the
building structure. Do not pendant mount (hang by a cable, stem or wire).
This system can be expanded upon by purchasing additional "HBT" series units.

If you feel you do not have sufficient electrical experience, have the fixture installed by a

Connect the green (or bare copper colored) wire to the grounding conductor of the supply circuit.
No loose strands or connections should be present.
