Destinationand appearance
Inverter (inthismanual) –isanelectricdevice,designedfortransformation of
12V directvoltageinto 220V alternatingvoltage(50 hertzfrequency)atthe
output.
It isusedforpluggingelectricalappliancesworkingfrom domesticcircuitof
alternatingcurrent with220Vvoltageand50 hertzfrequencytoconstant-current
sourcewith12Vvoltage.
It ispossibletouseanybatteriesandaccumulatorswith12Vvoltageas
constant-currentsource. Asarule,it isthemajorityofautomobileandsea
batteries/accumulators.
Suggestedlistofmodelscontains:
fourmodels(HT-E-100, HT-E-100C, HT-E-150, HT-E-150P4),
designedforautomobileapplication. Theyaresuppliedwithaplugfor
pullingitintothecigarettelighterhole. Directplugginginto
battery/accumulatorisnotprovided.
onemodel(HT-E-350),whichispossibletoplugbothinthecigarette
lighterholeandtointobattery/accumulatordirectly. In caseofplugging
devicesintocigarettelighter hole, connected loadis nottoexceed
150W!(Itis obligatory togetmore specificinformation about

Circuitofinvertercontainselementsoftemperatureprotection,overload
protection,reversepolarityprotection, inputlow/highvoltageprotection,short
circuit protection(dependsonmodel).
Ontheframeofinverter,dependingonitsmodel, therearethefollowing

Rangeofapplicationand usagefeatures
Inverterissuitableforconnectingthemajorityofelectricdevicesand
equipment,whichconsumesstandardcurrent(220Vvoltage),suchas:
consumer electronics,office equipment, chargers,measuringequipment,
electricalinstrumentsanddeviceswith inductive engines.
It is recommended touseadditionalelectricfilters orinverter,which output
voltage hasformofsinewave, whileconnectingmeasuringorsensitive
equipment.
Toconnectseveraldevicesatonce,it ispossibletouseextensioncord(up to
50m).
Differentelectricdevicesdifferinpowerconsumptionandcanbeconditionally
dividedinto3categories:
1. Devicesthoseconsumecontinuouspower, equaltonominalone
(indicated onthem).
•Consumerelectronics(lamps, kettles, irons, razors,hair-dryers, TVsets,
radio, audioandvideoequipment,phonesandsoon);
•Officeequipment(computers,notebooks,printers,scanners,xeroxes,
faxesandsoon);
•ChargersandACadaptors(forcellularphones,notebooksandsoon);
•Measuringequipment;
•Somekindsofelectricalinstruments(solderingequipment)
Thesedevicesarecharacterizedbyconstantofpowerconsumptionandlack
ofhighin-rushcurrents,whichexceednominalatthemomentofswitching
onandduringoperation.Attention:Rememberthatconsumptionpower
(includingtotal) isnottoexceed continuousoutputpower during
connectionofsuchdevicesandusageofinverteroveralongperiodoftime
(min – 30 minutes).Connectionofhigherload will causeoverheatingof
inverterandabrasionofprotection.
2. Devicesthoseconsumenominalpower atthemomentofswitching
on/load (duringoperation)only.

Usuallytherearedevicesonbasisofcommutatormotor:
•Somekindsofconsumerelectronicsandofficeequipment(mixers,
vacuumcleaners,lawn-mowers,obsoletemodelsofprinters,faxesand
soon)
•Electricalinstrumentsandarchitecturalengineering(screwdrivers,
drills, fret-saws,planes,sprayguns,grindingmachinesandconcrete
mixers)
Thesedevicesarecharacterizedbyhighin-rushcurrentsatthemomentof
switchingon(first3-5microseconds)andconsumenominalpower(indicated
onthem)atthemomentofswitchingon/loadonly(whendrill perforates,
grindingmachinegrindsandsoon).Incaseofidlingandworkingwithweak
pressureofinstrumenttheyconsumegreatlylesspower. Rememberthat
processofoperationcanleadtosituationunderwhichpowerconsumptioncan
greatlyexceednominalvalue (incaseofdrill sticking,forexample).
Remember:powerconsumptionofsuchdevices(includingtotal)shouldbeless
than outputcontinuouspowerofinverter. Themorepowerreserve of
inverterconcerningloadis, themorestableisoperationandservicelifeof
inverter.
3. Devicesthoseconsumehalf asmuch or twice asmuchpower than the
nominalone.
Asarule, thisgroup includesdifferentdevicesbasedoninductionmotor–
pumps, compressors, refrigerators, air-conditioners.Thesedevicesare
characterizedbyhighin-rushcurrentsatthemomentofswitchingonand
consumehalfasmuchortwiceasmuchpowerthan thenominalone,sinceasa
ruleavailablecapacityisindicated,withouttakinglossesintoaccount.
Rememberthattheir operationtakesdoubleenergycontentattheminimum.
Forexample,youneed2kilowatt inverterforapumpwith1kilowattpower.
Microwave oven alsoneedsdoubleenergycontentconsideringmaximum
powerofinverter(1kilowatt microwaveovenfunctionsonlywith2kilowatt
inverter).

Limitationsand operationfeatures
Inalargelistofelectricdevices,thereareseveralexclusions.
Thesearedeviceswhichhavenostrictlyfixedvalueofpowerconsumption,
whichcanrapidlychangeduringoperationorhaveextremelyhighpower
consumptionatthestart/duringoperation.Weldingapparatusandrefrigerators
produced7-10 yearsagoorearlier, canexemplifydevicesofthisgroup.
Startingpowerofsucharefrigeratorwith100 Wpowercanrunupto1500 W
and higher. Thatiswhyoperationofsuchdeviceswithsharedinvertersisnot
guaranteed,becausepossibilityofinverter’sbreakageisveryhigh.Connection
ofmodernrefrigeratorsis allowed.
Batteryoperation
Ineveryspecificcaseuserdeterminesbatteryoperation(withoutmotor
operation)byhimself,basinghischoiceonitscapacity, state, useconditions,
powerandload type.Fordevices, thoseconsume continuouspowerequalto
nominalone:it ispossibletocountup approximatedurationofoperation
periodbythefollowingformulas:
T(hour) –batteryoperation;
C( ·hour) –batterycapacity;
P(Watt) –attachedunitspower;
Minperiod: T=(C ×8,5)/P;
Maxperiod: T=(C ×12)/P;
It ishardertocountupbatteryoperationfordevicesthoseconsumenominal
poweratthemomentofswitchingon/loadonly. Thereasonisthatprocessesof
drilling, sawing,grindingareofshort duration.
Asarule,energyofbatteryisenoughforenduringoperationperiod.
Approximateformulas:
Minperiod: T=(C ×17)/P;
Maxperiod: T=(C ×24)/P;
Powerconsumers(morethan1kilowatt)fortheperiodof1hourandlonger
aretobeattachedtobatterywithjoint automotivealternator,whichisbetterto
startafterchargeexhaustion.Periodofoff-lineoperationdiminishesunevenly.

Incaseofheavyloadoperationperiodcan be noticeablylessthan theestimated
one.
If motor(orgenerator)isstartedup,andifpowerofgeneratorisequalto
powerofloadormorethanit,operationperiodofpowerconsumersisnot
limited.Automotivealternatorreachesitsnominalpoweroutputatits
correspondingturnovers(usually200 turnovers/ min)
If powerconsumersincludeinductanceloadon basisofinductionmotors
(refrigerator, air conditioner,pump),forexample: refrigerator +TV+
lightening, thentotalpowerofthisloadisnottoexceedhalfmaxpowerof
inverter.
Example:forsynchronousconnectionofrefrigerator(100W) +TV(90W) +
lightening(400W) +pump(400W) =990W,youshouldneedinverterwith
2000 Wpower(min).
Rememberthatbatterieshavesuchacharacteristicasresidualcapacitance. For
example,ifyoumowedloan by1kilowattloan-mowerduring45 min,using
90Ahbattery,andafterthatyourinverterturnedoff –reduceload to500W(for
example,attachafret-saw)andgoonworking. Afterthatitispossibleto
connect300 Wdevices,then130 W,60W, 30Wandsoon.100%consumption
ofbattery’senergyisnotrecommended, asinthiscaseoperationlifeof
accumulatorreduces.
If totalconsumptionpowerofattachedunitsismorethannominalpowerof
inverterorinverter’stemperaturehasreacheditsmax permissiblevalue,than
overheatprotectionwill snapintoactionandinverterwillturnon.Otherwise,if
inputvoltageisbelowtheline,inverterwill alsoturnoff. Inthiscasedisconnect
adeviceandstartanengine foraccumulatorrecharging. Insomemodelsare
providedwithindicatorlampsandbleep(see Table1).

Operation
Pre-startingprocedure
1. Before usingthisproduct, check packagecontent.

If yourpackagecontentdoesnotmeetalltherequirementsofthetable,
consultyourretailer.
2. Makesure thatyourinverter and alltheattacheddevicesare in off mode.
Attention:HT-E-100 modeldoesnothavestartbutton,inHT-E-100Cstart
buttonturnsonlightbulb.
Caution!
Startbutton in «0»position correspondsto“on condition”.
Cancelingkey in «»position correspondsto“off state”.
Connection
Beforeconnectingdevices, make surethattheir totalconsumption powerdoes
notexceed maximumallowablepowerlevelofthegiven invertermodel. Refer
toTables1and3 inAttachment.
In caseofanytroubles,contactyourretailer.
a)If youneedtouseinverterinacarwithrunningengine, startit.
Attention!
Alwayscheckcordplugofinverterbeforeenginestarting.Itistobe
pulledoutofcigarettelighterholeandcableswithclipsaretobe
disconnectedfrombatteryterminals.

b)Ifyouusecablewithcigarettelighterplug,plug itintothecorrespondingcar
plughole.
c)Ifyouusebatterycables,thenconnect red cablewithinverterclamptothe
positive «+» poleand black cablewithinverterclamptothenegative «-» pole.
Usingclampsconnect red cabletothe positive «+» batterypoleandafterit –
black cabletothe negative «-» pole.
d)Plug devices(extension)intooutputsocketofinverter.
f)Turnonyourinverter,batteryindicatorwillturnon.
g)Switchondevices.
Disconnection
Disconnectionisnotstrictlyregulated,butrecommendedorderofdisconnection
is the following:
a) Switchoffload (devices).

b) Thenturnoff inverter(batteryindicatorwillgoout).
c) Further, withoutdisconnectingloadfromoutputinvertersocket,you
can plugouttheplug fromthecigarettelighterholeofthe
correspondingcarjackordisconnect clampsfrom batteryterminals.
Precautions
•Toensuretrouble-freeoperationofinverter,pleaseobserveelectro
securitymeasures
•Donotusetheunitifpowercordiskinked,damagedor
disconnected.Donotplaceheavyobjectsonthe inverteroritspower
cord.
•Pull outtheplug ofinverterfromthecigarettelighterholewhen
startingtheengine.
•Donotplug the itemtoanyfailedequipmentitmay causeignitionor
shortcircuit.Ifthereisanyabnormalnoise, smell orsmoke please
tornitoffimmediatelyandcontactyourretailer.
•Place the iteminawell-ventilatedplace.
•The item shouldnotbeplacedindirectsunlightorinaclosed
vehicle,neithershouldit beplacednearheatersnorotherheat
sources.
•Donotexposetheunittoextremetemperatures
•Keepitinachildproofplace.
•Donotstoretheunit inahumidordustyplace.
•Donottouchtheitembywethand.Donottouchbarepartsofthe
item bywethand;itmay causeflash-burns.
•Whenyoustopusingtheitem,pullouttheplug.

Описание ииспользование инвертора
Назначение ивнешний вид
Инвертор (вданном руководстве)– это электрический прибор,
предназначенный для преобразования входного постоянного напряжения 12Вв
переменное напряжение 220В~(частотой 50Гц) на выходе.
Используется для подключения электроприборов, работающих от бытовой
сети переменного тока снапряжением 220В~ичастотой 50Гц кисточнику
постоянного тока снапряжением 12В.
Вкачестве источника постоянного тока можно использовать любые батареи
иаккумуляторы снапряжением 12В. Как правило, это большинство
автомобильных иморских батарей/аккумуляторов.
Предлагаемый нами модельный ряд инверторов содержит:
четыре модели (HT-E-100, HT-E-100C, HT-E-150, HT-E-150P4),
предназначенные для применения вавтомобилях. Они снабжены вилкой для
подключения кприкуривателю. Подключение их кбатарее/аккумулятору
напрямую не предусмотрено.
одну модель (HT-E-350), которую можно подключать как кприкуривателю, так
инапрямую кбатарее/аккумулятору. Вслучае подключения к
прикуривателю, нагрузка, подключенная кинвертору не должна
превышать 150Вт!(обязательно уточните ограничения электросети вашего
автомобиля, на подключение кприкуривателю).

батарее/аккумулятору (HT-E-600,HT-P-1200,HT-P-2500). Попытка
подключить их кприкуривателю c может привести квыходу из строя инвертора
или вызвать перегорание проводки автомобиля.
Число вмаркировке модели означает максимальную мощность (допустимую
нагрузку), которую обеспечивает данная модель инвертора.
Корпус инвертора изготовлен из алюминиевого сплава повышенной
теплопроводности для отвода тепла посредством конвекции.

Кроме того, винверторах рассчитанных на мощность от 300Вт
используется вентилятор для принудительного охлаждения (см. Рис.1).

перегрузки, неправильной полярности, низкого ивысокого входного
напряжения иот короткого замыкания (зависит от модели).
На корпусе инвертора, взависимости от модели, содержатся следующие
элементы:
- кнопка включения;
- световые индикаторы илампочки;
- графическая панель индикации;
- шнур свилкой для разъема прикуривателя;
- клеммы для проводов сзажимами или вилкой прикуривателя;
- переключатель режимов работы;
- отверстия для привинчивания инвертора кповерхности;
- разъем для пульта дистанционного управления;
- выходное отверстие вентилятора;
- выходные розетки различного типа (тип розеток зависит от страны, в
которую поставляются инверторы)
Некоторые модели, помимо основной функции истандартных элементов,
имеют дополнительные опции:
индикаторы перегрева, напряжения имощности;
фонарик (включаются одна/две встроенные лампочки);
очиститель воздуха, озонирует иионизирует воздух,
уничтожает бактерии, очищает воздух от табачного дыма
встроенный теплоотвод;
встроенный вентилятор для контроля нагрева;
пульт дистанционного управления (зависит от поставки);
