APPLICATION OF THE DEVICE
A pneumatic wrench is a tool powered by a stream of compressed air under appropriate pressure. With the use of
socket wrenches placed on the driver, it is possible to tighten and unscrew the screws, especially where high torque
is required. Correct, reliable and safe operation of the tool depends on proper use.
Use the device only for its intended purpose. Any use other than that described in this manual is not in accordance
with the intended use of the device. The user / owner, not the manufacturer, is responsible for any damage or injuries
resulting from improper use. In order to improve its products, the manufacturer reserves the right to the possibility of
differences in the above-mentioned product.
For safety reasons, the device must not be used by children and adolescents under the age of 18 and by persons
under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants.
Persons who have not read this manual, please read it carefully before using the device for the first time.

ABOUT GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before you start working with this device, familiarize yourself with all the controls. Practice handling
the device and ask a professional to explain its functions, operation and techniques. Make sure that
in the event of a failure you can turn off the device immediately. Improper use of the device can lead
to serious injuries.
B WORK AREA SAFETY
a) Ensure proper hygiene and proper lighting of the work area. Contamination or insufficient lighting of the work area
can lead to accidents.
b) Do not use the tools in potentially explosive atmospheres, e.g. in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust.
Electrical appliances create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and other people away from the work area of the tools. Inattention can cause you to lose control.
B PERSONAL SAFETY
a) When using tools, be vigilant, watch what you are doing and use common sense. Don't use them when you are tired or
under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious
personal injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always use eye protection. Protective equipment such as a dust mask,
rough-heeled anti-skid work shoes, hard hat or ear muffs when used in the right conditions reduce the risk of injury.
c) Avoid accidentally switching on the appliance. Before connecting to a power source and / or battery, picking up or
carrying the tool, make sure the power switch is in the off position. There is a risk of an accident when you carry the
product with your finger on the power switch or connect to tools with the power switch turned on.

d) Remove any adjustment wrenches from the tool before turning it on. A tool or wrench left in a rotating part of the
tool may cause injury.
e) Stay low. Maintain proper posture and balance at all times. This enables better control of the tool in unexpected
situations.
f) Wear appropriate clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry when working with this tool. Keep your hair,
clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If the devices for connecting the dust extraction and collection mechanisms are included, check that they are
connected and correctly fitted. Using a dust extraction device can reduce the risk of dusts.
h) Do not allow knowledge of the machine to ignore safety precautions. Careless action can lead to serious injury
within seconds.
4) The use and care of tools.
a) Do not overload the device. Use tools appropriate to the application. The correct tool will do the job better and
safer within the specified performance range.
b) Do not use the appliance if it cannot be turned on or off with the relevant switch. Devices that cannot be controlled
with the switch are dangerous and must be serviced.
d) Store idle tools out of the reach of children and keep them away from persons unfamiliar with the tools or their
operating instructions. Tools represent a danger in the hands of inexperienced users.
e) Maintain tools. Check the device for improper alignment or blockage of moving parts, broken parts or other defects
that may have a negative effect on the operation of the device. In the event of a fault, repair the device before
reusing it. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
g) Use tools, accessories, bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and
the tasks to be performed. Using the tools for work other than those for which they are intended may result in a
hazardous situation.
h) Keep the handles and the surface of the handles dry, clean and free of oil and grease. Slippery handles do not ensure safe
operation and control of the tool in unexpected situations.
B SAFETY RELATED TO USE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Do not overload the tool. The device will work better and safer under the loads for which it has been adapted.
Do not try to use incompatible accessories to increase the performance of the tool.
Do not use a tool with a damaged switch. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and
should be repaired. The tool should be stored disconnected from the power source, out of the reach of children
and unauthorized persons.
Maintain the tool regularly. Check for play and failures of moving parts, for damaged parts of the tool, or for
other defects that may interfere with the correct operation of the device. In the event of any irregularities, the
tool should be repaired immediately. Many faults arise from poor maintenance.
Use the tool and related accessories in accordance with this manual and in a proper manner. The conditions
and type of work to be performed should be taken into account. Serious accidents may occur if the tool is
misused.

6. A damaged switch should be replaced at an authorized service center. Do not use a tool with an inoperative on /
off switch.
7. Do not leave the tool unattended when it is turned on. Always switch off the tool and wait for it to come to a
complete stop before leaving the work site.
WITH SAFETY RULES RELATED TO THE USE OF PNEUMATIC TOOLS

Do not use tools for purposes other than those for which they were intended. Air tools are not intended for use
in a potentially explosive atmosphere and are not protected with high voltage insulation.
It is necessary to take care of the device of all possible security measures for both tools and the workplace.
Keep the tool clean and tidy.
Armored cables should be used in places exposed to mechanical damage. Connecting and disconnecting the
hose from the main hose should be done with the air valve closed.
After connecting the hose, blow it out first, taking appropriate precautions to remove any dust build-up, and then
attach the air tool. Pneumatic conduits should not cross or be in the vicinity of live electric conduits.
Only use accessories designed for working with air tools. It is forbidden to use accessories intended for manual
work.

Before starting work
1. Put on working and protective clothing intended for use at the workplace. Do not use loose clothing that may
catch fire or become entangled when working with a movable tool.
Before each use of tools, visually check their technical condition. WARNING! If any damage or faults are found,
work must not be resumed. Only after making sure that the damage has been removed, you can start working.
Check that pressure hoses are not damaged or loose.
Make sure that the commencement of work will not cause any threats to people staying at this workplace or in
its immediate vicinity.
When starting work, gradually supply air to the tool, and only after confirming its efficiency, turn on the full air
supply. In the event of any irregularities in its operation, shut off the air supply immediately.

During work
1. When working side by side, you should position yourself so that no one is exposed to injury from the neighbor's tool.
2. Fix the working ends of the tool in the holder in such a way as to prevent them from falling out during work.
3. Disconnect the tool from the pressure line when not in use before changing accessories, adjusting or repairing.

Warning! It is unacceptable:
✓ overpressure to increase the power of the tool
✓ direct the pressure hose towards yourself or others.
✓ touching parts of moving devices
✓ allowing any persons to work in their position without the knowledge of their supervisor
✓ repair devices yourself
✓ repairing, adjusting or replacing tool tips during operation
✓ cutting off the air supply by kinking hoses
✓ mounting the quick coupler to tools (vibrations from beating out of the pressure hose can
cause its damage and a serious risk to health)
✓ resting your elbows against your body while working with a pneumatic tool to increase the pressure
✓ staying in the workplace of minors, sick people, under the influence of alcohol or
other stimulants.
After work
1. Stop the operated tool, thoroughly clean the workstation.
2. Place the tools and auxiliary devices in the places intended for this.
3. Make sure that the position and devices left behind will not create any threats to the environment.
WITH SAFETY RULES REGARDING VIBRATION
1. The tool vibrates during operation. Regular and prolonged exposure to vibration can lead to temporary or permanent
injuries, especially to the hands, hands and arms.
People who work regularly with vibration generating tools must be under the constant supervision of a doctor and
check for injuries resulting from working with the tool.
If you experience any symptoms such as tingling, numbness, itching or blue fingers, see your doctor
immediately.
The tool cannot be used by:
- Pregnant women.
- People with circulatory disorders in their hands.
- People who have had injuries.
- People with disorders of the nervous system.
- Diabetes - People with Raynaud's disease
Do not smoke while working with the tool. Nicotine reduces blood flow and increases the risk of injury from
exposure to vibration.
When working, wear work gloves to reduce the impact of vibration. Always choose an
operating mode that generates as little vibration as possible.
Do not use the tool for too long. Take frequent breaks at work.

9. Do not grasp the tool too hard. The handle should be as light as possible and at the same time allow good control of
the tool.
10. To reduce the vibration level, maintain the tool according to the instructions. Stop work immediately if excessive
vibration occurs.
PREPARATION TO WORK
1. The tool should be supplied with clean and dry (without water) air at 6.2 bar (90psi).
2. Do not supply air pressure greater than 6.2 bar (90psi) as this will result in faster wear to the tool.
3. The tool should be connected to the air source, paying particular attention to the pipe diameters and air
preparation block shown in the drawing below.
4. Use an air grease gun, the dispenser should be set to deliver 2 drops of oil per minute.
5. If the use of a grease gun is not possible, add 2 drops of oil to the air inlet before starting work.
SERVICE
WARNING! The tool generates a lot of torque. When working, always hold the tool firmly with both hands
and balance the turning force of the tool with the correct posture.

Fit a socket of the size corresponding to the screw on the wrench. Connect the
key to a power source.
Set the direction of rotation (4) and the force (2-stage loosening / 3-stage tightening).
Place the cap on the bolt, grasp the wrench with both hands, and gently squeeze the trigger. The key will start working. If
the wrench suddenly stops turning during operation, do not increase the operating pressure above 6.2 bar (90 psi). Such
pressure could damage the bolt and wrench, or seriously injure yourself. Use a different tool.
After loosening / tightening the screw, release the trigger and remove the cap with the wrench. The wrench stops a few seconds
after you release the trigger.
For tightening, use a torque wrench to check the torque of the bolt.
After finishing work, turn off the compressor and disconnect the air hose from the key. Keep the key
in a safe place.

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
K. ONSERVATION
Regular and correct maintenance of the tool will ensure its correct and long life.
Regularly inspect the tool. Damaged components must be repaired or replaced.
Lubricate the tool properly. Always add 2 drops of oil to the air inlet before and after work.
Use only oil intended for air tools for lubrication. Other types of grease or oil can damage the tool.
Keep the tool clean, dry and free from grease / oil. Store the tool in a dry
place.
Regularly check couplings, fittings and hoses. If any element is damaged, contact the service center.
All kinds of faults should be removed by the manufacturer's authorized service.
