This user's manual has been written showing the latest information at the time of printing. Subtle changes can
occur over time to the product design, so some differences and variations can occur in the product pictures below.
The functions of the camera will remain the same, even though the picture may differ slightly.
Important Information before use.
Please read this information carefully before using this video camera to ensure proper and safe operation. Do not
expose the video camera to direct sunlight or point the lens into the sun to prevent damage to the image sensor.
Unit requires a class 6 (or higher) micro SD card for operation (not included). Lower class will cause
unit not to function correctly so please check class of card before use.
Keep the camera in a dry environment, if wet or splashed, wipe moisture off with a dry cloth.
If mounting, place the camera in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Do not expose the product to extreme
temperatures (above 50 degrees Celsius) or in dusty or very humid environments.
Be sure to regularly use the camera and regularly recharge the battery to prevent pre-mature battery failure
by leaving in a discharged state.
If dirt or dust accumulates on the lens, please use a soft cloth such as a glasses cleaning cloth or microfiber

to gently wipe clean. Avoid heavy pressure to prevent scratches to the lens element.
Do not touch the lens surface with your fingers.
The external SD and MMC cards are manufactured from precise electronic components. Data may be lost or
damaged under the following circumstances:
1. Improper use of the memory card
2. The memory card is bent, dropped or crushed.
3. Operation under high temperatures, moist environments or exposure to direct sunshine.
4. Exposure to electrostatic or electromagnetic fields.
5. The memory card is removed incorrectly or the power supply is interrupted when this camera or
computer is connected to the memory card (i.e. during reading, writing and formatting).
6. Do not touch the metal contact surface of the memory card with fingers or metal materials.

Camera shooting can support VGA (640 x 480) and HD (1280 x 720) modes.
Resolutions of 5M, 3M and 1M are available for still JPEG pictures.
This product supports the watermark function for time and date recording.
High-speed USB2.0 support.
Maximum SD card supported is 32GB, min class 6 required or higher (Not included)
Continuous recording mode –records from beginning if memory card capacity is reached.
This product supports video output and in-situ playback using the inbuilt screen. The recorded video may
also be output to a connected TV or Computer system.

Usage
1. Charge the built-in lithium battery
Connect the camera to the computer using the USB cable for charging whilst the unit is shut down and
powered off. The indicator light will show for charging. The unit should be fully charged after 2-4 hours.

2. Use of Memory Card (Not Included)
1. Push the SD card into the card slot until it clicks into place.
2. To take out the SD card, gently press the end of the memory card in and it will click out.
3. Please ensure SD card is rated class 6 or higher. Max supported size is 32GB.
Note: This camera has no internal memory, ensure memory card is inserted before use.

3. Startup/Shutdown
3.1 Startup: Press the POWER key for 3 seconds, the screen is displayed and the camera enters the startup state.
3.2. Shutdown: Press the POWER key once under idle condition and the camera will shut down.
Automatic shutdown: when the camera has been idle for approximately 5 minutes, the camera will shut down
automatically to save power.
3.3. When the battery power gets low, the LCD display screen will display the low battery icon. Please charge the
camera immediately to continue operation. When the icon turns red and starts blinking, the video camera
will shut down automatically.

4. Function Modes
Three modes are available for this video camera: still picture mode, video recording mode and vehicle
mounted mode. The selection is available via the mode switch on the side of the camera.
5. Indicator lights
Busy light: when the camera is busy (such as, recording a film, taking photos, automatic off-screen), the busy
light will be on.

6. Video recording mode
When the MODE switch is turned to video mode, press the shutter button once or click the LCD in the center
once to begin video recording; press the SHUTTER button once again if you want to stop recording. The
camera will also stop recording automatically when the memory card is full or the battery power is insufficient
to continue recording.

3 : video recording size, choose between 720P and VGA.
4 : indicates that the memory card is inserted.
5 : digital zoom icon, click to zoom in.
6 : digital zoom icon, click to zoom out.
7 : visual shutter, click this icon for taking photos or
recording.
8 : battery icon represents the present power of the
battery.
9 : represents digital zoom magnification.
10 : click this icon to switch between the playback mode.
