Check and count the items inthe box before you start building
your cabinet. If you are missing any pieces, stop and call your
supplier, otherwise continue onto step two.

Lay face frame down on Styrofoam and line them up to screw
them together through pre drilled holes using 1” flathead screws
Please note: face frame will come in two parts.
Lay bottom panel down on Styrofoam top up and use four of the ½”
roundhead screws to attach swivel to the bottom panel. Line up the
center hole in the swivel to the small hole in the bottom panel. Make
sure the large hole isn’t covered and screw the swivel in place.

Take the turntable and lay it upside down. Take the bottom panel with
the swivel and lay it upside down on top of the turntable with the small
center holes lining up and turn it so that you can use the larger hole to
put a screw into the tray
through the swivel using four ½” round head screws. As seen in the image
below, you can use a pencil to make sure the small holes are lined up.
Rotate and repeat for the other three holes, making sure that the small
holes remain lined up.
Place the trays attached to the bottom and shelf and set them aside along
with the face frame you screwed together in step 2.
Grab the side panel with the shelf support and lay it flat.

Once those are in place, grab the back panel, apply glue to the two
grooves and slide it into place.
Apply glue to the two grooves going from front to back and slide in
the floor panel that has the tray attached and the top panel.

Next grab the face frame and lay it face down. Make sure to pay
attention to where the hinge side is and where the magnetic catch side
is so that you have the proper hinging. Apply glue to all six groves on
the face frame.

Carefully roll the cabinet box onto the face frame making sure that all
the grooves align.

Now that the frame is aligned with the cabinet box, take the metal L
brackets and use the ½” flathead screws to attach the side panel and
the frame. It’s important to make sure that the side panel is securely in
the groove of the face frame and aligns with the top of the face frame.
Next, roll the cabinet back onto its face, grab your back-side panel
with the shelf support, apply glue to the grooves and slide it into place
Once the frame is attached, roll the box back onto its side. Grab the
other side panel and apply glue to the two groves and slide into place.
Attach the two L brackets to this side the same way you did the other
side. Again, make sure it’s properly aligned to the top of the face frame.

Stand the cabinet up. Grab the shelf with the turntable and set it in
place. Make sure the finished side of the shelf is facing the front. Use
the one-inch flat head screws to attach the shelf to the shelf supports.
Do this on both ends of the shelf.
Roll the cabinet back onto its side. Use the smaller L brackets with ½”
flat head screws to attach the side panel to the back-side panel at the
top and bottom on both sides.
Lay the cabinet on its face again to slide the back pane into place and
attach it with six 1” flat head screws.

Take the toe kick piece with the dado and place the dado face down. On
the opposite end from the dado attach the plastic bracket with two ½”
round head screws. Attach the other plastic bracket to the other toe
kick piece. Place the toe kick piece without the dado standing vertical
on the side panel with the bracket on the bottom facing the back.
Attach it to the side panel. Take the toe kick piece with the dado and
set it with the other toe kick piece lining up in the dado. Attach it to the
other side panel. Take the longer flat head screws and screw them
together at the dado.
Place the doors on a flat surface with a piece of Styrofoam. Grab the
door to door hinges with the 45 degree angles and attach them to the
door with the metal plates for the magnetic catches. Then set the cup
hinges into the holes on the other door and attach them using ½” flat
head screws.
Now that the cabinet is fully assembled, stand it up and move onto the
doors.

Place the door to frame hinges in the remaining holes and screw them
into place using ½” flathead screws.
The final thing to do is to apply the bumper pads to the top and
bottom corners of the two doors.
Finally, take the ¾” round head screws and attach the hinge to the
cabinet aligning the back hole of the hinge with the pre drilled hole in
the cabinet.
