building your cabinet. If there is, stop and let us know at

I N S P E C T I O N
Slide the side panels into the grooves of the face frame
aligning them on the top.
Put the face frame face down on a flat soft working space.
We suggest you use the foam provided in the box. Apply a
minimal amount of glue into the grooves on the left and right
sides of the frame.

Once you are done with the bottom floor panel you will move to the
top of the cabinet where you will need to install the I-beams. Place
glue into the side grooves, slide the left side into place and repeat for
the right side. (Note: not all base cabinets use I-beams.)
Install the back panel: Apply wood glue to the grooves in the
back panel. Gently set the back panel on top of your cabinet, and
push the side panels into place.
Once the I-beams are in place we will move on to the back panel.
Notice the back panel has two grooves on the inside the wider
groove will be for the top of our cabinet.

After aligning the side panels to the top of the frame, go ahead
and apply glue to all three of the bottom grooves. Then place
the bottom floor panel into the grooves.

Install the L brackets: Take the adhesive side and press it right
into the corners of the cabinet. Next, use your 1/2" screw to
secure the bracket assuring the panels are flush with the top of
the face frame.

To install the corner blocks we will need 1" round head screws, be
sure the hole on the face of the corner block is facing out. Holding
both the side and back panel together aligning the corner block
with the side panel and screw into place. (Note: Some base
cabinets use plastic corner brackets instead of wood ones.)
Continue this process for all four sides. Take all four remaining1"
screws and drive them right into the center of the corner blocks
down into the I-beams.
Next grab your hardware bag, inside the hardware will be a smaller
bag filled with L brackets and screws.

Now that you are done with the top of the cabinet we are going to
move to the bottom of the cabinet. Take the last two L brackets
making sure a snug fit into the grooves and Screw them into place.
Applying toe kick: Take your two plastic corner brackets, set them
flush to the edges of the toe kick panel, and attach them to the toe
kick. Making sure the toe kick stays flush with the front of the
cabinet use your hand to support the toe kick screw into place.
Glides: Place the glide holder into the holes with the T-side up. On
either side of the glide holder you will use 1/2" screws to fasten it
into place. Center the glide holder. Place the bracket into place,
aligning the front of the glide up with pre-drilled holes in the frame
and secure with a 1/2" screw.

Place the drawer box front on a soft surface. Apply wood glue to
each one of the dovetails. Line up the dovetails and press them
together, Insert the drawer box bottom into the groove between
the sides. Insert the drawer box back and press the sides to lock,
Using a rubber mallet, gently tap the sides to get a smooth
dovetail joint. Use four of the 1" screws in the pre-drilled holes to
secure the dovetail joint in place.
When installing the drawer clips, make sure the colored part
is facing toward the middle of the drawer box. Screw into
place slowly and carefully to avoid cracking the wood.

Attach the drawer front: Place the drawer front face down
on a soft surface. Use the 7/8" flat head screw to drive them
through the drawer box and into the drawer front. (Note:
Some cabinets have the cabinet fronts in a separate box. This
will be noted on the box the cabinet comes in.)

To install the drawer, simply pull both drawer rails completely
out. Align the notches on the back of the drawer box with the
drawer rails. Push the drawer box down and close it completely.
Open the drawer and check if the drawer rails are locked into
place. If the rails are not locked push them with your hand to
lock in place.

Place your door face down on a soft surface. Place hinges into
the door while aligning the pre-drilled holes up with the hinges
and screw them into place.
Place the door into place, align the pre-drilled holes in the face
frame, and screw the hinges into place.
Install shelf clips, place at any level you see fit, place shelves
with the finished face out. Last apply the bumpers.
