Download and install the VLC software.
Open the media, select open network stream.

Default IP of the IP camera is 192.168.1.168. If your computer is not in
the 192.168.1.xxx, you must be unified network segments, for example,
modifying the computer address or modify the IP camera.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Restore the factory settings situation
1. Web port is changed and device can’t access Camera.
2. IP address is changed so that it can’t access Camera.
3. Other unknown reason so that it can’t access Camera.
Why does it shows “Get Param Failed”?
1.Please check the IP information, such as port.
2.Please make sure the IP Camera connected correctly.
3.The network status is poor.
Why screen get stuck, when we preview remote?
1.Network unstable (We need a better network).
2.Computer configuration is poor, For example, CPU or Graphics
card.
3.Simultaneous access to too many people.
4.Your camera frame rate and resolution of the problem.
Adding client equipment what are the issues that need atten-
tion?
In our client add device, manually entering the information must be
correct. If the camera working in LAN, you can search and add, but
you must pay attention to your user ID and password.
Why use Web pages can’t access IP camera?
1.The IPC input address errors.
2.Do not has install the corresponding OCX control.
3.The IPC logon account password error.
4. Relatively slow speed of the network or online more.
Why can not access the camera after update?
Clean browser cache. Steps: open IE, click “Tools” and select “Inter-
net Options”, then you can see “Temporary Internet files” and click
“Delete Files”, it will prompt a dialog you need to check “Delete all
offline content” and click “OK”. Also you can click “Start” and select
“Run” then enter “cmd”, enter “arp - d” in “Command Prompt”
interface. Re-access the camera.
Which one is the camera’s onvif port?
Our onvif ports: 80 or 8999.
