1. Safety information
CAUTION
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, do not attempt to open the shell or attempt
to repair, if the device or any parts are defective, please go to a Prestigio maintenance
centre for repair.
Installation and relocation
• Have the unit installed, removed and disposed of only by qualified service personnel.
• Do not place the unit where it cannot be securely positioned and would easily tilt.
• Do not lean against the screen or on the cover (lower), even if the electronic board is
mounted on the wall.
• To avoid the risk of electrical shock, do not connect or disconnect the product with wet
hands.
• Do not put drinks, other liquids or heavy items on the tray or screen.
• Do not put heavy objects on top of the unit.
• Do not use the electronic IDS in an excessively humid or dusty location.
• Do not place the device near a heat source or directly expose it to flame or heat.
• Do not put the unit near appliances that create magnetic fields.
• Please use the device under natural temperature, do not work under the temperature
which human body cannot adapt to.
• If the electronic IDS will not be used for an extended period of time (e.g., during
extended holidays), turn off the power and remove the plug from the outlet wall.
• When the unit will no longer be used, in order to prevent it from falling, do not leave the
unit installed, but remove it.If the unit falls, it can cause injury
Power cord and power supply
• Please ensure that the power voltage specified on the product conforms to that of the main
power supply.
• Prior to a lightning or thunderstorm, switch the power off and disconnect the power cord.
• The included power cord is for this unit only.Do not use it with any other devices.
• Do not place the power cord near heat sources.
• Do not unplug the power cord when the device is in use.

The display unit of the LCD monitor is designed in line with safety
standards. However,improper use may result in electric shocks,
fire accidents, and even personal injury andmproperty damage.
In order to prevent potential dangers, ensure your safety and extend
its service life, make sure the following notes are carefully read and
complied with prior to installation, use and cleaning of the product.

• Please keep the power cord from physical or mechanical damage.
• Do not bend or pull the power cord with force.
• Do not place any heavy object on the power cord.
• Please ensure that the AC power is grounded.
• Disconnect the power cord from the power socket if you will not use the unit for an
extended period of time.
Screen
• Do not use any hard or sharp object on the screen.
• Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
• Clean the screen with a soft, dustless, and dry cloth.
• Do not use water or directly spray any type of detergent on the screen.
• For a thorough cleaning, contact an authorized service centre.
• Do not display a still image with high brightness on the screen for an extended period of time
Temperature
• Do not place the product near any electric radiator or heating unit.
• When moving the product from a low temperature area to a high temperature area, let it
sit for a period of time to allow the condensation inside to defuse before powering it on.
• The unit’s optimal operating temperature is 0 ~ 40°C, and the advised temperature for
storage is -20 ~ 60°C.
Humidity
• Do not expose the product to the rain, or place it near the water.
• Please ensure the unit is placed in a dry and cool environment. The suitable operating
humidity level is 0 ~ 90%, while for storage it is 10 ~ 90%.
Ventilation
• The vents and other openings in the cabinet are designed for ventilation.
• Do not cover or block these vents and openings, since insufficient ventilation can cause
overheating and/or shorten the life of the unit.
• Ensure that there is enough space around the unit for ventilation: the left, right and back
>10cm, the top> 20cm.
• This product is not designed for built-in installation;

• Signals input via RS232-IN can be output via RS232-OUT.
• HDMI1/HDMI2 input port supports the maximum resolution of 3840*2160 @60Hz.
• To obtain sound display effect, it is recommended to use the provided wires or wires
of a well-known brand.
• The above resolutions are the maximum resolutions supportable. When matched with
UHD type screen, it supports the resolution of 3840*2160; when matched with FHD type
screen, it supports the maximum resolution of 1920*1080.

1.Signal reception window for the remote control and indicator light.
2. : Press key to enter the signal source selection menu, and to select the signal source;
It is used to confirm the operation under the MENU operations.
3. ▲/▼: In the OSD menu, press the ▲/▼key to select an item.
4. ◄/►: It is used to adjust the volume. In the OSD menu,
press the ◄/►key to adjust the value of the selected item.
5. : Press the key to enter the main menu, and it confirms the
operation in the source menu.
6. : Press it to go to Standby mode.

5. Operation Instructions
Connect the power plug to the power socket, press the key
on the panel or the Standby key on the remote control to turn on the monitor.
Standby
Press the Standby key on the remote control, the monitor goes to Standby.
Tips
The product is environment-friendly:
①If no signals are detected in 5 minutes after startup, it enters the Standby mode;
②It enters the Standby mode when it reaches the time to switch off;
③Power plug must be removed when the complete power-off is needed.
Selecting Signal Source
1. Press the “Signal Source” key on the remote control or the key on the panel,
the Signal Source menu appears;
2. Press the arrow keys on the remote control, or the ▲/▼keys on the panel
to select a signal source, such as HDMI, VGA and USB;
3. Press the OK key on the remote control or the key on the panel to confirm.

Menu Operation
Press the Menu key on the remote control or the key on the panel,
the main menu appears:
1. Press the Left/Right arrow keys on the remote control or the ◄/►keys on the panel
to select a menu, like image, sound and settings.
2. Press the Up/Down arrow keys on the remote control or the ▲/▼keys on the panel
to select an item to be adjusted.
3. Press the OK key on the remote control or the key on the panel to select an item
to be adjusted.
4. Press the Left/Right arrow keys on remote control or the ◄/►keys on the panel to
change the value.
5. When the main menu is present on the screen, press the Menu key to exit;
when a submenu is present on the screen, press the Menu key to return to the previous
menu. Press the Signal Source key, the Signal Source menu appears, press again to exit.
6. During menu operations, the grey options are inaccessible.

6. Troubleshooting
Problems Possible causes Solutions
The Power indicator does
not come on A. the monitor is not powered on A. Check if the power cord is connected, and switch
ON the monitor.
The Power indicator is on,
but no image is displayed
A. The Video wire is detached or
connected improperly
A. Connect or replace the video wire,and ensure
proper and correct connection;
B. No video signal input B. Check the signal source, and check if it is properly
connected at the output end.
Image jerking or ripple A. There exists an electric device that
interferes with the video signals;
A. Turn off the electric device, or relocate the
monitor.
Dim or extremely bright
screen A. Low or high brightness/contrast; A. Check the brightness/contrast settings, or restore
to default settings.
Color difference A. Improper chromatic saturation; A.Check the chromatic saturation;
B. Improper RGB values or color
temperature;
B.Adjust the RGB values or reset the color
temperature;
C.Restore to default settings.
Image distortion A. Improper aspect ratio; A.Reset the aspect ratio.
No sound A. the Audio wire is detached or
connected improperly; A.Ensure proper connection at the input end;
B. It is mute; A.Reset the volume.
