- Per mantenere una buona estetica della maniglia
nel tempo, evitare il contatto con cere per
carrozzerie e con idrocarburi (nafta, benzina, ecc.).
- Durante le operazioni di montaggio/smontaggio e
le manutenzioni ordinarie, si consiglia di attenersi
alle norme di sicurezza previste (D. Lgs 81/2008)
e di utilizzare abbigliamento adeguato (camici,
occhiali, guanti, ecc.).
- Ingrassare la serratura ogni due mesi con grasso
Tribol 4020 - 460 - 2 a base minerale.
- La ditta non assume nessuna responsabilità nè
rilascia alcuna garanzia se il prodotto viene inserito
in sistemi o montato con particolari che non siano
di produzione della ditta stessa. La ditta si ritiene
svincolata da qualsiasi indennizzo eventualmente
richiesto dall’acquirente per danni subiti o arrecati
a terzi.

DESCRIZIONE e FUNZIONAMENTO
La P.203J viene prodotta in poliammide fibra vetro anti - UV per garantire un’elevata resistenza agli agenti
atmosferici ed alle sollecitazioni meccaniche. La guarnizione di tenuta è in FORPRENE e i componenti me-

1 - Togliere la manopola di apertura interna aprendo i denti d’aggancio con cacciavite.
2 - Smontare le aste di collegamento dalla camme di azionamento liberandole dal giunto P.94.
3 - Allentare e rimuovere le quattro viti autofilettanti.
4 - Estrarre il corpo maniglia dallo sportello.

RICAMBI PER P.203J
1 - Assicurarsi che la guarnizione aderisca al profilo
della maniglia e collocare quest’ultima nell’apposita
sede del portellone (l’utilizzo di silicone adesivo non
danneggia la guarnizione).
2 - Applicare gli spessori e la piastra di chiusura foro
P.242 (da acquistare a parte cod. 69547) seguendo l’or-
dine e le indicazioni specificate in fig. C
3 - Fissare la maniglia al portellone utilizzando quattro
viti autofilettanti ø 4.8. Stringere le viti ad una coppia di
serraggio max di 0.7 Kgm - 5 Ftlbs.
4 - Applicare le aste di collegamento P.99 o P.116
o P.118 agli appositi perni di chiusura P.238 ed alla
camma, bloccandoli con apposito giunto P.94 (quest’ul-
timo è già montato sui componenti). Le aste hanno un
senso (destro e sinistro) ed è possibile tararne la lun-
ghezza agendo sulle pieghe di registro (vd. fig.D).
5 - Come ultima operazione, connettere la manopola
interna al collettore di collegamento, fasando i denti
d’aggancio della manopola alle corrispondenti sedi sul
collettore.

di protezione). In mancanza di serratura, siete in possesso della versione JOK
( la serratura P.474 deve essere acquistata a parte) quindi seguire le indicazioni
nel manuale utente “Sistema JOK” cod. 40712 contenuto in questa confezione.

- To keep the handle in good aesthetic conditions
over time, avoid contact with vehicle wax and
hydrocarbons (mineral naphtha, oil, etc.).
- During assembly / disassembly operations and
ordinary maintenance, follow the safety rules
provided and wear suitable clothes (coats, goggles,
gloves, etc.).
- Lubricate the lock with Tribol 4020 - 460 - 2 grease
(grease with mineral base) every two months.
- The Company disclaims all responsibility and
will not release any warranty in case the product
is installed on systems or used with components
that have not been manufactured by the Company
itself. The Company will not be held responsible
for any customer claims due to damages suffered
or caused to third parties.

DESCRIPTION
The P.203J handle is made by glass-fibre polyamide to guarantee a high resistance to atmospheric agents
and mechanical stresses. The gasket is made by soft FORPRENE and the metallic components are made
by stainless steel. Working temperature -10/+120 °C. The overall sizes and fixtures are shown in figures A

1 - Pull out the internal knob, opening the coupling teeth with screwdriver.
2 - Release the connecting rods from the joint P.94 and remove them from the driving cam.
3 - Loosen and remove the four self-threading screws.
4 - Pull the handle body out of the door.

SPARE PARTS FOR P.203J
1 - Make sure the gasket fits the handle profile and
insert the handle in its special housing in the door (use
of adhesive silicone will not damage the gasket).
2 - Apply the fixing spessors and the cover P.242 follow-
ing the indications specified in fig. C (the spessors and
the cover are supplied on request by PRIMA code69547).
3- Fasten the handle to the door by using four
self-threading screws M5. Tighten the screws to a 0.7
Kgm - 5 Ftlbs max driving torque.
4 - Apply the connecting rods P.99 or P.116 or P.118 to
the corresponding locks P.238 and to the cam, blocking
them with adequate C-clip P.94 (this one is just assem-
bled on the components). The rods have a direction
(right or left) and their length can be adjusted by using
the setting folds (see. fig.D).
5 - Connect the internal handle to the connection man-
ifold. Please align the handle coupling teeth with the
corresponding seats onto the manifold.

SYMPTOM PROBLEM POSSIBLE REMEDY

Check the driving torque of the self- threading screws
(point 3 of assembly procedure).
The lock does not turn during opening. The key is not fully inserted. Pull out the key and insert it again, while making sure
there are no burrs.
The opening mechanism does not work
smoothly. Length of rods. Adjust the length of rods by using the setting folds (point 4 of assembly procedure).

The handle is available in the following models:
* Check if the lock is already fixed into the hole provided (under the lock cover/
protection flap). If this lock is missing, it means you bought a J.O.K. type (the
lock P.474 must be purchased separately), therefore just follow the instructions
of service manual “JOK System” - code 40712 inserted in this package.
PRIMA Industries Srl reject any responsibility if the instructions contained in
the above mentioned document are not fully observed: failing to do so could
make the handle unusable.
