InstallationMade Easy
Toolsneededforinstall:screwdrivers,wirestrippersandcutters,crimping
tooland voltmeter.Plus,youmightwanttohavethe
followinghandy: connectors,velcro,and zipties.
Makesurethereisnotmetalabovethedeviceasitmayinterfere
withthesignal.
Keepit fromdirectexposure tothe sun,heat,rain,moisture,etc., and
away fromheaterventsorhot enginecompartments.
Do not tightlykinkorwrapexcesscable.
Mounting Evo

Install the Evodevice inaconcealedlocationunderthedash.
Holdit inplace.
Mark the locationforthevelcro.
Attachedvelcrotothebackofthedevice
and the othertothedash.

pluggingharness intotheEvodevice.
Black Wire:

Connectthegroundwiretothevehiclechassis(shouldalwaysbefirst
connection made.)

read 12Vwhen thevehicle’signitionline isin the off position.

A solidredlightindicatesgoodGPSsignal.

ECMStarterDisable
[DIAGRAM1]
If the starteris controlledby the ECM(Engine ControlModule),splicethe
wire that leadsdirectly fromtheECMtothe starter.
Note: Donotsplice intothewireleadingfromignition switchtothe ECM.

Note: Groundshouldalwaysbethefirstconnectionmade

StarterInterrupter
[OPTIONAL FEATURE DIAGRAM 1]
Locateandcutthestarterwireofthevehicle.Thiswirewillonly
display12VDC while the vehicle isstarting.
Connectyellowwirefromthe harness tothe yellowwireofthe starter
interruptrelay.
Connect redwire from thestarterinterrupt relay tothe ignitionswitch
side ofthestarterwire.
Connect white wireofthestarterinterrupt relay tothe starterside of
the starterwire.

Payment Reminder
[OPTIONAL FEATURE]
Locateaswitchignitionpowerwirethatreads12Vwhenthevehicle’s
ignitionisinthe ON positionand 0 Voltswhenthe vehicle ignitionis
intheOFFposition.Theignitionwireretains12Vasthevehicle
isstarting.
Connectthewhitewirefromharness tothevehiclesignitionwire.
Ifthewhitewireisnotconnected,thepaymentreminderfeaturewill
activate uponthe changeofvehicle voltage,insteadofwhenthe
vehicle starts.
Note:If the whitewireis notconnected properly,the paymentreminderoption
will not function asdesigned.
