USER MANUAL FOR INFRARED HEATING UNIT
Dear Customer
Congratulations on the purchase of the heating unit–environmentally-friendly and
economical in energy consumption. Please apply these guidelines for safe and economical
use of the unit.
Guidelines to observe during operation
This equipment is the radiant heating element and does not operate on the basis of
convection principle. Usually several minutes after starting, you receive pleasant warmth.
During the first start-up it may be necessary to warm up first all cold surfaces (furniture,
walls, ceiling and floor). The equipment must be left working for several hours, and in
extreme cases also for several days, to the moment of creating the pleasant sensation of
warmth within the room. On heating the solid object, the warmth shall spread over the
whole room, and then it is possible to reduce the operation time of the equipment to the
necessary minimum.
Before the first switching-on
Please read the whole manual and safety instructions. Also, check the conformity of the grid
voltage with the voltage indicated on the rating plate (rear part of the equipment).
Start-up
The equipment must be fixed to the wall or the ceiling, using the mounting brackets in the
set, and then the heating unit must be fitted to the prepared & mounted structure.
Mounting brackets must be fitted to the wall or the ceiling using screws or bolts.

Cleaning and maintenance
The unit is heating up during operation, reaching high temperature, so before cleaning the
unit must be switched off. Also, the unit must be left for the time of cooling down
completely. For cleaning purposes use the soft cloth with small amount of washing liquid.
Neither the equipment nor electric wires can be cleaned with running water or immersed in
the water. Do not use sharp tools for scrubbing.
Warning- temperature setting
The panel is equipped with temperature control device for monitoring ambient
temperature. Do not use the panel in small rooms occupied by people unable to leave the
room without assistance, unless they are supervised.
Do not cover the unit
Due to high operation temperature do not cover the unit.
Safety instructions for fixing and operation of heating unit
❖Do not fix the unit directly under the socket.
❖Due to the application and protection degree the unit shall be connected to sockets
with pin.
❖Do not install the unit in the proximity of the bath-tube, shower or sink.
❖Connect only to the 230V AC inlet.
❖Do not immerse the unit in the water.
❖Do not place any objects on the unit and do not cover it- danger of overheating
exists.
❖At all times it is necessary to provide access for and possibility to switch the unit off
using switch or thermostat.
❖In case of direct connection, connect the unit to the junction box.
❖Minimum distance from other objects must be 50 cm in the frnt, 20 cm laterally and
10 cm from the top.

❖Minimum distance from wall in case of mounting on the ceiling shall be 20 cm
❖Do not damage the surface of the unit.
❖For fixing, use only the brackets provided.
❖Children do not recognize dangers connected with electrical equipment operation. As
a result, do not leave children unattended in the proximity of electrical equipment. In
case of small children, the unit should be placed in a location completely inaccessible
for them.
❖Do not perform any repairs yourself. The cable cannot be replaced by user. You
must deliver the equipment to the supplier each time for repair works
performance.
❖Fixing heating units in humid spaces can only take place using water-tight
connectors and can be performed exclusively by authorized specialists or/and
electrician.

Due to the weight of the unit (11 kg), one must make sure if the member resistance for
mounting of the panel shall bear the load of 22 kg.
Electrical connection
On fixing the unit, it should be connected to 230V AC inlet directly or using the temperature
controller. This operation must be performed by a qualified electrician.
Guarantee
We provide 60-month long guarantee for this equipment, counted since the date of issue of
the respective bill of sale. It is necessary to present the bill of sale, possible the bill of
landing. During warranty period all material defects and production errors shall be removed
free of charge. The removal shall take place via repair or replacement of faulty components
or, upon the manufacturer's decision, the replacement of the whole unit into the item free
from defects.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, you must operate and maintain the product in
accordance with the instruction manual. All and any claims exceeding the scope of this
guarantee are excluded. In justified cases the guarantee includes only the repair work of the
unit. Further claims and liability for defects are excluded. The guarantee does not include
components subject to standard wear and tear, as well as defects resulting from improper
use of the equipment, humidity in the room or defects resulting from actions and activities
of the third parties.
In case of complaints, the unit must be sent to the supplier:
❖with the bill of sale or the bill of landing or with the statement of unit collection,
❖with detailed description of the defect,
❖properly packed- for these purposes please keep the original packaging in a safe
place.
